One of our favorite restaurants! I almost always go for one of the daily specials. Hubby loves their pizzas and calzones. Their garlic bread before the meal is fantastic, esp with marinara sauce. Service is top notch. Only problem is they can be very busy with long waits at high demand times, especially when winter visitors are here. They're often busy even at odd hours. Cathy is the best Hostess (Manager?). She put my name on the wait list over the phone with no guarantees of course and then She was so friendly and accommodating once I arrived. Awful service, management needs to go back to customer service basics, but more than that they need to be more human and understanding, absolutely do not take your service dog there, they will give you "the looks." I was asked at the entrance if she was a service dog, I said yes. That should have been the end of it. We got sat down, put our order in, then I get a manager come and reads out his rules and absolutely makes my best friend and I have to leave as I was not going to sit and argue with him about me being there with my dog. I might add they had taken out order and brought bread to the table, and we were very much looking to our meals and support this business. Gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options! I'm super fun to dine with-food allergies and don't eat meat. The cauliflower pizza crust was good. I only had pineapple and black olives on it, but it was more than enough for me. I'll for sure be back for the pizza alone. The second visit I had the Mediterranean salad and it was huge. It was a good standard salad. It was really fresh too. There were a few more salads on the menu I would love to try next time. They also had the impossible burger on the menu as well as a black bean burger. You can eat there or call in an order togo too. We stopped in for lunch on Saturday, we took our 2 sons and grandson. It was our first experience eating inside with the coronavirus. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and separation between others eating there. The staff was top notch! 2 of us really were looking forward to having the Ruben sandwiches, we didn't see it on the menu, YEAH! very nicely informed it was 'a Saturday special!' This place was our favorite place to come enjoy great food. I'm not sure if today was an "off" day but it wasn't good. Our server took forever to come bring drinks, a salad (we ordered two side salads), while we watched him buss four tables while we waited for him to take our orders. The hostess at the front never sanitized her hands and forgot to give us silverware and napkins when she seated us. Just observing everything, it was not on point like it usually is. We were seated next to the menu cleaning station in which the hostess kept wiping off the same menus the entire time we were here. We were in the restaurant for almost 90 minutes which was not because we took that time, this was the time it took from start of order to finally getting the check. We ordered the California turkey burger and Buffalo chicken ciabatta sandwich. We watched when our orders came up in the window, while it sat there for over 15 minutes before it was brought over. The sandwiches were cold and we still didn't have silverware or napkins at this time. It was a few more minutes before our server came over to check on us and we asked for silverware. He disappeared and came back with two forks and napkins. No knives! We then asked another gentleman for knives in which he brought them right over. My husband and I dined here on Sunday afternoon 2/21/21. Had over 30 minute wait on a hamburger and chicken sandwich. Brittney was our waitress. Our food was room temperature and not hot. Obviously been under a heat lamp for some time. My medium well hamburger was charred black and very well done on the inside. The edges were burnt. When I complained that I could not eat the hamburger, Brittney said: "At least you could eat the middle right?" I asked to speak to the manager but they were too busy to come to talk to us. The 'No bones Buffalo Chicken" sandwich was below average and my husband only ate 1/2 and we threw the remaining sandwich out when we got home. $13.50 for each sandwich. Poor service and poor food. This is our second time being to the is restaurant and this restaurant missed the mark is so many ways. Our wait person was short and curt and did not go over the daily menu. No suggestions, no pairing of wines, or beers with the daily specials. She was just here for the job. We each ordered the "Chicken Rontini with pasta. It came out as a huge disaster!!!! The chicken with pasta was burned and when you cut it open all the cheese had curdled and look like cottage cheese. The coating fell away from the chicken and the ingredients was raw inside . The pasta was over cooked swimming in a brown Marsala gravy. IT WAS A DISASTER!!! I can't believe this left the kitchen with both plates burned to a crisp. Today's visit was huge disaster and the. Amazing Staff followed by delicious meals. Truly a great find for people just choosing a restaurant to dine. The catchy name drew our curiosity, so we stopped in on a Tuesday night. The wait of about 20 minutes took us by surprise but didn't detour us. We were not disappointed the Linguini with meatballs were served to perfection. The soup salad and bread all rated 5 Stars.
