I was trying to figure out what to do for our daughter's 13th birthday that wasn't too "little kid" themed and thought maybe we could do an early dinner before your typical crowd comes in. When I looked at your website it was like it was meant to be that ON her birthday you were having your special event. It was perfect. Food- she still prefers her safe food so her meal was the Golden Arches ;) but thank you for letting us bring it in for her. For mom and dad- this time instead of just appetizers we opted for an appetizer (garlic bread), and two main dishes: the pernil and the creamy chicken pasta. Everything was delicious. My husband took one bite of the pernil and I heard him say "oh yeah" lol. My chicken pasta was flavorful and had plenty of veggies and chicken and the portion was perfect for me to have leftovers at home. That garlic bread though-- you are not kidding around with that! It was very tasty! Thank you for the little birthday dessert, while we knew she wouldn't eat it, it was important for her to have the candle/singing experience. Then of course she made us eat it. There are also a couple of semi-private dining areas toward the back that are slightly separated from the main dining room. The interior has a cozy, rustic feel with exposed brick that made me feel like I wasn't in Tracy. Our server was friendly, attentive, and quick to take our drink orders while we looked over the menu. The only minor disappointment was the drip coffee, which had a bit more bitterness than I prefer. I ordered a build-your-own omelet with three eggs, avocado, bacon, and cheese, served with fresh fruit and wheat toast. The omelet was a generous size, and they definitely didn't skimp on the bacon. The fruit was fresh, and the wheat toast had the perfect balance of being lightly crisp on the outside while still soft and buttery inside. Overall, I had a very good experience. The food was satisfying, the service was excellent, and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the mood for breakfast.
