However, by 8:40-:45 consistently you're encouraged not to dine in. I work most evenings so this is not a one time occurrence, this is just about every time. Employees will sometimes come around and deliver the party line that it would be their pleasure to get you drink refills, etc. but too often they don't come back to do so and I have to go up to the counter for assistance. Rarely to never am I given a tray in the evening, always paper bags when I do manage to get there in enough time to be allowed to sit and dine (still haven't figured out what the sweet spot is leading up to 9:00). The Valentine's Day dinner event was advertised via an email my husband received for having the app as going to 9PM. He did the RSVP and was confirmed for 8:40 with a table meant to be waiting for us.
