Tonight was a perfect, spur-of-the-moment, let's go out to eat and make it a patio night! One of our favorite places, disappointed us. More specifically, one of the dishes, mine! Thought I'd change my choice of sandwich and picked the Chipotle Chicken Crunch. It consists of Char-Grilled Chicken, Pepper Jack Cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Jalapeños, Chipotle Mayo and Chili Onion Rings. Tonight, I could not eat the sandwich, but had to use a knife and fork to cut the chicken. Tough and in my opinion, over cooked, the chicken was a bland piece of meat. Everything else in the sandwich suffered because of the chicken. Would not recommend this dish, since there are others that are MUCH better!! read more

This was the second time we've stopped here for dinner on our way from Cleveland to Erie. All facets of the establishment were outstanding. The food was delicious, with a varied and extensive menu from which to choose. The service was efficient and friendly. They exp ertly handled a problem that I made when I placed my dinner order. Once our party ordered drinks and then our meals, our server paid no further attention to us despite drink glasses which were obviously empty. Well over 40 minutes later, our meals arrived where discovered my gyro was made with roast beef (as opposed to lamb described as being the 'special' for the day.) Tzatziki sauce on roast beef in a pita hardly constitutes a Greek gyro... Once our meal had ended and our server was still no where to be found to offer dessert, we requested another server to bring our check. So haven't been to this place in awhile. Decided to go dinner. Menu gave us so much hope. My wife had chicken marsala and I had mac and cheese. Both dinners were served stone cold. Manager came over no real apology. Took our food and brought it back warm but not hot food. Never offered money off never offered desert. Nothing. Had to ask for water .. had to ask for more soda. We came to dinner while visiting friends in Cleveland. We had a large group with 6 kids and were seated promptly. I ordered from their daily specials and got a half rack of ribs with rice, fries, and garlic bread. My food was great- but missing the garlic bread. My husband got the Monte Cristo and said it was pretty good. Our friends ordered the meatloaf and a Buffalo chicken salad. Both enjoyed their meals. The kids meal are large and only $5.50. The kids burger bun was a bit burnt- but all other kids meal were good. We would come back! read more

Excellent! All the way around! We just had a fantastic dinner at Redhawk Grille. Service was excellent, quick, and our food was delicious. I had the ribeye which was sensational. We also had the Chicago style eggrolls, and my ladies had the burgers which were all outstanding with mushroom and Swiss. This was our first time eating there. The menu looks incredible, and the vibe is very clean, spacious, and there plenty of seating options. Looking forward to returning soon to try out some more of their additions! If your looking for bar food then it's decent. If you want home style it's in the menu but leaves much to be desired It's more a bar with food then a restaurant. A group of four, we ate outside on the patio. Table had good shade and not too close to other tables. Appetizers, entrees and desserts (carrot cake was an offered when I asked if there were other options....yes!!). Service was great....waitress a bubbly energetic young lady with stylish braids. Tried to make a reservation as we were traveling from out of town. Didn't work online. Called and made reservations for Friday but the confirmation text read Saturday. Had to call and get that fixed. Parking is inadequate for as many customers as they have, but we found a spot. When we got to the restaurant they couldn't find our reservation because they were looking at Saturday. We sat on the patio on a Thursday in July. We arrived at 4:30, there were lots of open tables and we were quickly sat. Patio is beautiful! Three tables were sat after were us, they all had drinks before anyone ever stopped by out table. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer. We never received our appetizer. I ordered the rice with vegetables and added the steak. I ordered the steak medium rare, but it was definitely medium or medium well, there was not even pink in the middle. I wanted to say something to the server, but she never stopped back until we were about done eating. I also wanted a second margarita, but again, she did not stop by until we were about done eating. Stopped in this evening for dinner with my wife. They were super busy thanks to the beautiful and unpredictable weather! Lots of people enjoying the deck. We opted for dinner inside. My wife ordered the short rib dinner with asparagus and mashed potatoes and I had a maple glazed salmon over rice. Both meals were OUTSTANDING! We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come for a drink order and actually summoned one of the hostesses who helped with that and took our order (she was GREAT!). We know it was a busy night for the wait staff so it's really not a big deal in the whole scheme of things! We live close and will continue to enjoy the Redhawk !! read more

I am a big fish and chips girl always willing to try new places. I somewhat live in the area for some time now and decided to try it here at Redhawk Grille, Concord Ohio. I called in the order for pick up and expected at least two decent size pieces of fish with fries for the price. I get home to find I received 1 piece of fish with fries. I totally regret paying for the dinner due to the amount served to me. Who would order fish and fried for 15$ to expect one piece of fish? I called to vent/express my feelings hoping at least a gift card for future or something and never got even a sincere apology. The individual who answered acted as if I was bothering them with my opinion. I am not one to complain but the fact my complaint, legit as it was was not even acknowledged was much disappointing. Still hands down my favorite go-to place. Anytime I want a solid, standard, safe warm inviting place to eat its red hawk. As patio season is definitely over for this year the dining room is closed for a private event so we sat in the bar which again was no big deal we actually prefer sitting in the bar. We sat in a booth and because we go there so much we're familiar with most of the servers. Last night was kind of neat because they have a virtual reality DJ of sorts. I suppose in the old days you would go to a bar for karaoke night but this is a new version of that. It doesn't cost the patrons anything The bar pays for this virtual-reality reality guy to come in. So that was something cool to keep the kids occupied well my wife and I were able to sit down and enjoy a bottle of wine. Last night my wife ordered the scallops off of the specials menu which there's always something new and interesting on there. My son got The Big Burrito oh, my daughter got her standard salad with chicken on it she's not very adventurous and I got my standard which is the Buffalo chicken salad. I forgot to ask to get the chicken grilled instead of fried but I did not complain because it was almost a tempura fried chicken. Really good. As usual Redhawk with the vegetable of the night was something my son doesn't like however they always keep some broccoli in the freezer for him as the kid inhales broccoli. For that I am forever grateful. We got to watch a little football in the TVs, got to do some virtual reality, had a nice relatively quiet dinner with a bottle of wine the food was great my wife was about licking her plate, it was perfect. Everything was perfect and I can't say this enough but I would encourage you guys to go to Redhawk have a good meal enjoying a drink with friends and maybe do a little virtual zombie killing on Thursday nights. read more

Feel confident Red Hawk knows how to manage a big party. Last night I had a party of 27. The Red Hawk's staff was incredible!!! Several different checks, one server. She got everyone drinks quickly & accurately. She proceeded to bring out everyone's dinner around the same time- and each dish was fresh, hot and delicious! This party was smooth as glass! They took the cake from us and brought it out at the appropriate moment. No one was ever waiting for a drink. Even the ending was flawless, as she brought out the checks all around the same time and with zero errors. We are a boisterous crowd, we were mingling, we were changing seats to talk to others- My Compliments to the the staff in entirety, as to pull this off on a very busy Friday night at 7pm -took the whole team. read more
