I had been trying really hard to find a car wash to clean my black car. After searching and reading the reviews I in trusted Redlands car wash with my Baby!! For a 100$ hand wash and wax. I had to go home and clean me car myself so not worth the 100$. I still had crumbs in the seat the widows were smudgy not clear. Had water spots still on the front window and grill and chrome. Not, bad.... that about sized this place up. Short little car wash that you would find at any gas station with a bit of glitz on it . 41 dollars for the Royal treatment? I thought I was going to get the best was and shine ever but the machine is the one putting the "wax" on the car. They clean the car, they do it fast but so does the quick drive thru places. I cant imagine going back but to try some 100 octane gas in my suv. I honestly had a good experience here. It was my first time coming here. Very straightforward and simple. You drive in, pick what you want and then step out and they take care of the vehicle. I went on a Friday so the wait was about an hr or so. Target is a 3 minute walk so I took advantage of that and went in to get a couple things that I needed. My SUV was nice and clean! And make sure to tip they're working out there in the HEAT getting your car CLEAN. read more

Update: Took my car here today for wash because it needed to be done. And although previously they were average they have gotten way worse. Got a basic wash $21 plus tax and tip came out to $30. They used dirty oily rags to dry the car. I get the car home and notice a streak. Look around and there is oil streaks everywhere! Literally every inch of the car was covered in oil streaks. I'm so mad right now. I would take it back but they closed at 5 and it's 6:30 now. Never ever go here to get a car wash. read more

A total RIP off. I never leave Yelp reviews, but people shouldn't go here. I picked the highest price packet listed for $39.99 and when I got my car back and opened the door I noticed the center console wasn't even wiped down or the doors or steps to get into car. I asked the guy if it was done and he said yes. When I said it isnt wiped down inside or vacuumed well at all, he grabbed a rag and said...just so you know the $40 doesnt cover us wiping down the inside. It's for the outside of your car and if we wipe it down I side, we are being NICE what a joke. I told him...cool, so you RIP people off. I'll never come back here!!! For $40 you should atleast vacuum the car well and wipe the inside. They even left the back windshield looking like crap. Been coming here since it opened, usually the service is great. I paid for a spray wax, the guy said it got done although I watched threw the spray area to the dry area, it was never sprayed. The mirrors were still bent in from going to the wash, and the seat was pulled up so far I couldn't get into the car. They used to have a person doing quality control, I guess when they raised the prices that went bye bye. read more

Was real good with the old Owners, With the new owners went from 5 Stars to minus -4, takes 4 times longer, if your not buying everything they tell you it's going to take a long time, and then some items are not done at all even after you pay for them, then you have to wait for them to find someone to do it. if you have a complaint and you ask for a manager, they pick anyone and say that's the manager, I went there for 10 years, but no more. read more

The owner was very nice and generous with his expertise. I had an unknown sticky substance on the back of my sisters car that I was entrusted to watch. He used some magical liquid that did the trick in no time when I tried unsuccessfully at home on a very hot day for a good hour. I will definitely go back. I'm not a fancy car wash type of person but his as well as the others customer service really surprised me. It's nice to know that there are still honest business owners out there. He could have easily quoted me a hefty price being that I was clueless and desperate to get my sisters car back to its original state. So yesterday I had a situation my friend got sick in my car . On Sundays everything closes early . I called a private mobile car cleaning service and they were out of town and then I went to three other places and they were closed I showed up here a hour before closing and Travis asked the manager if they can still assist me . I was so relieved when they said yes because I needed it detailed . It was kind of pricy but their service was worth it thank you ! read more

Horrible. I paid $40 for the Royal car wash. It's like I paid $5.00 for a drive through wash. The guy who parked my car just parked it and walked away. No wave. No honk to tell me my car was done. After a half hour, I asked someone what was going on with my car. He told me that it was done. I explained to him that nobody called me over. He decided to be a smart ass and tell me he was pretty sure someone called me over. Lie. Didn't look anything like a $40 car wash. Inside was still dirty. They forgot to shine one of my tires. We left there about an hour ago. We got there at 430 and had asked for a full detail. He then began to speak Spanish and ask if they had time and if they only had time for the outside or the inside ... so then i let them know I was more concerned with the inside than anything else. They said ok and asked me which kind, the man was very sweet as it was our first time here. We recently purchased a truck and wanted it nice and clean. They took an hour and a half, and we paid $80. They took time, but it seems as though they lacked initiative to move things such as a jacket or lift the center console. The seats weren't fully vacuumed. The bed of the trip had a melted chocolate bar (not sure from where) and I had asked for a towel to clean it up. For $80 you'd expect a thorough cleaning, if you see a folded blanket on a seat, lift it up real quick and get whatever is underneath. Sweet people and we gave them $20 tip because they worked on it for a good 1 1/2 hours, but we won't be going back. For $80, you'd expect them to go above and beyond. But I wasn't satisfied. Kind people and hard workers, but not worth the price. Side note: the stuff on the floor wasn't there when we got the wash. I took the photos of under the jacket and of the back holders after we came back from the store. read more

We paid for the 27 dollars for this crap. We brought the issues to the attention of the guy that took care of our car and supposedly, he "took care of it". The car wasn't thoroughly vacuumed, there was dust on the dash and the doors, water spots on the rims and windshield. The package we paid for included Armor All on the tires, which it did not have. We had to ask the guy to add it. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. We will definitely NOT be coming back. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else!!! read more

They usually do an amazing job with wash and George takes care of me when I'm in a hurry. However when I took my truck in for a Detail I had to pay $289 for interior and exterior, which I thought would be worth it considering they always do an amazing job on a regular wash. This was not the case on Saturday, I dropped it off at 2:30pm and was told about an hour to hour and a half. Came back at 5pm when they close, but didn't get the truck until 5:58pm. The bed of the truck had not been touched, the ceiling had not been cleaned at all, and even the dash where the console had dust as if not even a rag was passed through. I made Robert aware of the situation and he had someone clean it. Everything is now dry from the detail and seats are still dirty and Bed of truck looks like it was just power sprayed (not scrubbed). Today, I decided to drive to this car wash. The yelp reviews caught me attention and I needed to check it out for myself. I drove my new Jeep JL and purchased the " Royal wash". I walked outside and waited for the Jeep to come out. I was amazed to see the Jeep drive out of the car wash with the Antenna still attached to the car. Sad to say it was bent from taking a beating from the rollers. I also noticed the undercarriage was still dirty. I asked the manager why the antenna wasn't removed to avoid it being damaged and he said, "They don't come off". Sad to say but this was a false statement. All the previous car wash I have visited have removed the antenna to avoid it being damaged. Brian the manager offered to replace the antenna and or a free wash. Brian was a pleasant person to deal with but unfortunately the business reputation was not what it appeared. This car wash has been the worst business I have visited and I will never vet come back a second time for the free wash. My Jeep was still dirty and I waisted my money and time. read more

I've taken my truck here for years and they've done an amazing job until recently. Upon them finishing today, I pointed out many parts of the car that were obviously still very dirty. I pointed it all out and told them to pretty much do the interior again. Come back to find they barely fixed any of it. If I had more time to sit around I'd show them what they missed again but I didn't. The poor quality does not match the price point. Will be going somewhere else. Bummer. read more

Wow, where do I begin? First the guy tries to upsell me on the wash. He sees a big new truck and thinks I have an endless budget to squander. Second, I clearly asked the guy if my truck could go safely through, and he said no problem. It's 7 feet tall.. brand new superduty turbo diesel crew cab. Well I got a chip on my hood for my trouble, AND a rub mark on my side mirror. I can assure you there were NO chips, dents, or mirror damage on my brand new truck before this horrible experience. Too expensive, didn't get my truck clean, water spots on the rear bumper created by them. They left it in the sun wet, and when I asked him to remove the water spots, he said "next time you go through, they will use chemicals".. look pal, just remove the water spots you created. There will not be a next time. Not sure why I keep trusting these morons to wash my vehicles. My car had not been washed for over 6 months. It was crusted with guano, kamikaze insects, and general muck. Someone fingered, "Only if my GF was this dirty," on the rear window. Naturally, I took it the car wash. Very pleased with the excellent car washing abilities of the technicians. They did a superb job & now my car looks brand-new. Would definitely go again! I've been bringing in my ride here for a long time, back when I had a Chevy Silverado and to my current Acura, I have never experienced anything I would consider deal breaking, sure they do try to up-sell but Im a- okay with it. When my car has needed I have done the whole nine yards! (hand wax and even the clay bar and wax). It has always looked good - great. **** 4 stars as of then BUT!! I recently took in my car after I had a trip to the DMV, I got the regular wash, and it took 60 minutes to get my car back! ok It was a little busy..(I've seen it busier) but for the regular wash, really!? Ok so heres the best part, after I get my car I immediately notice a HUGE stain on the inner part of the grill, WTH? Ok I go to tell the guy and he then calls someone over, he takes a look tries to get it off and has a puzzled look on his face, I assure him that this was certainly not there when I took it in. He then tells me that my car has leaked radiator fluid onto the grill, ok a 2013? I don't think so. I ask who is in charge hen then says that he is, well I didn't buy it I went ti find the guy that sold me the carwash and he says that the boss is at an expo and I wouldn't be able to speak to him until Monday ( it was Friday) I gave him my number and had no follow up, I called left a message and had nothing back to me. Update; I'm taking off a few stars. As mentioned by some previous reviews, I do not appreciate being hustled trying to get my windshield repaired. The supposed "hits" on my windshield are smaller than the end a pen. Yet they won't leave me alone. I don't know how many times I've had to tell them no. If it happens again I'm changing this to 1 star and not coming back. Their prices also went up. What I used to pay $34.99 for is now $59.99. Ouch! read more
