Redlands Diamond District was very friendly and are morally sound. I had 2 diamonds fall off my ring, that I got from a different jeweler. I took it to Redlands Diamond District, where they analyzed the ring and had me look through the magnifying glass to see for myself, that the design of the ring was flawed. I asked them if they could put fake diamonds in there, they said they could. When I picked it up, to my surprise, they had put real diamonds in the ring. They said they could not morally put fake diamonds in the ring. They did not charge me more than they quoted either. I will definitely be going back to Redlands Diamond District. read more

My mother in law gave me her ring for our marriage. We brought it here to get it sized, and to have the sleeve soldered back together since it broke apart on the bottom. While here we were told it could use some maintenance on the prongs that hold the diamonds up. He gave my husband the magnifier to see the condition of the prongs for himself. I liked that. Also, I was advised that if I plan on always wearing the ring and sleeve together that I should just solder them both together to insure it won't break apart again. Very helpful and informative, pricing was very reasonable too. They did a beautiful job, and I'm so happy with the final result. Looks like a new ring, and it fits great!
