We always take our vehicles here and always will. Not only did they do our smog but this week we had 2 vehicles needing attention. 1 needed a smog and a new throttle body unit put in and the other vehicle needed a purge flow sensor to be put in. I brought my vehicle in to be smogged. Ricky let me know the smog would not pass with my "check engine" light on. The fuel gauge sensor went bad many months ago. I had delayed the repair as the estimated cost was over $600, due to the time and labor needed to remove the gas tank for the fix. Ricky let me know he could do the repair at their shop and would give me the best price he could. The next day I brought it in at 8:00am. He called me at noontime and told me the repair was done. I told him I'd walk over there to pick it up as my office is less than a mile away. He was very kind and offered to come over and pick me up since it was hot outside. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned the repair was a couple hundred dollars less than what I had thought it would be. So impressed with Ricky and his sister, who manages the office. Someone recommended this shop to me, I called and spoke to a gentleman he advice me to drop my car off I'm the morning, they would take a look at it and give me a call by late afternoon. The problem I just got my brakes done from another shop and they would make a noise every time I would stop. I took back to the previous shop that performed the work and there was alway an excuse. Ricky diagnose the problem, called me explained the issue in detail I gave him the OK to fix. Do not take your car here! I took my to get smog and pay $50.00 dollars cash. And the man stated that my car didn't pass the smog. however if I pay him extra $10.00 cash he will pass the smog. My car is in great condition with no check engine I though it was odd that it didn't pass smog. So I end up taking car else were and pay to get my car smog, and it pass with no issues. I will file a complaint with the better Business Bureau. For doing fraud work just so he can't get extra cash. read more

Just had another one of my cars smog tested here. I've been taking my cars here for years and they have always been fantastic. Prompt service, friendly and accommodating staff, competitive prices. I have not had any major engine work done (I do most of my own work), but if I needed to, I would feel comfortable having them do the work. Took the RV today for a smog check. Thank you God it passed :) Ricky the service tech/manager and I think the owner was Awesome. I needed a new fuel cap and Ricky said no problem "let me order one for you", 30 seconds later he says it's on it's way. :) Ricky tells me to wait in the customer area and as soon as he is finished with a small Nissan my RV is next. 15 minutes later Ricky says sorry ran into a few minor issues with the Nissan am I ok waiting. I said yes thank you for being considerate of my time. 30 minutes later great news it passed. This is what I am talking about no hassle, no back and forth just go in and the work gets done. Ricky is a super nice, hardworking, and honest guy. I came in to smog my truck (which I have been rebuilding myself over the past few months) and wasn't 100% sure if it would pass as I suspected it needed a new catalytic converter. Ricky came to the same conclusion after testing the truck and didn't try to up-sell that my truck would need other things to pass. Just said he thought it was the cat, and sure enough, got a good smog test after he replaced it! He also tried adjusting the idle speed and timing to see if it was just a quick fix instead of jumping right into installing the more expensive cat which I really appreciate. His labor prices are quite fair and the price he charged for the cat was pretty fair too. Ricky is very knowledgeable about his trade and does good quick work. I also really like how he offers to run a quick diagnostic check (on OBD2 equipped vehicles) of your vehicle before starting each test so you don't waste your money! The girl working the front desk is nice and friendly as well so that's always a plus. I will definitely bring all my cars here from now on and will recommend him to my friends and family as well! read more

Went into Redlands Smog Stop after a few people told me how great the service is there. Turns out needed a few sensors changed out and new coolant.
