He provided a quote from other shops and Lee negotiated a price. The only thing I would change is the waiting area. The place was welcoming as far as staff but not so much ambiance but I can over look that for quality and care!

They know what they are doing, they do the work when they say they will, and they almost always quote me a higher price than they end up charging me when the work is done. Doing a 100k tune-up? They won't just do everything on the list. If your air filter/fill-in-the-thingamajig is fine, and just needs to be cleaned, they just clean it, replace it, and take it off of the final charge. They are honest men in a sea of shucksters and snake oil salesman. Just call ahead of time, they do have very busy times.

Sad to see there are services near me that take advantage of the elderly…read more I was trying to get my vehicle with from a dealer in N.C., safety inspected because they could not certify in Md. Had 11,000 miles on it. Environmental Auto failed it. Said it needed wipers and an oil change and wanted over $300.00 to do the service, what?? I declined and took it to the NAPA Store across the street, they said they wouldn't change the wipers as there was no need. Finally got the oil changed today as this was the recommendation on the sticker in the windshield. I took it back to Environmental Auto on the way home to get my sticker and they said nope, it's been 34 days since we did the inspection, we need another $119.00 dollars because it's over 30 days. I don't have another $119.00 to give them. Now I'm driving illegally waiting on my next SSI check to take it somewhere else.

But I'm not an expert and I told them to check it out. after almost 2 weeks and several phone calls I got a call back from Chuck. He told me it was gonna be approximately $1400. If it was all the normal stuff that went bad. Long story short. I ended up getting charged $2700. I went then to pick up my car. I paid the bill and left. I didn't get 100 feet out of the store before it was making the same exact noise that I took it there to be repaired. They tried to tell me that it wasn't making any noise when they test drove it. They lied. They never touched it. They couldn't have. When I took it back in there as much as admitted that. Assuming that the repair hadn't been done correctly I left the vehicle for further examination. I should've run. after the dust is settled I ended up paying an additional $3500. As if all of this wasn't bad enough. They damaged my car. There was a significant dent in the front, left fender, a dent in the bumper and a dent in the passenger door. When I called, I had to leave a message and they have yet to return a phone call to me. Stay away from this place. It is the worst.

Now, after fixing everything else they screwed up the transmission went up again I'm disabled with a service animal and now I have no car to get around to appointments There's also a dent on the rear driver side of the car that wasn't there before I left it there I had proof and pictures of before the car was left there

Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who will not try and sell you unnecessary repairs…read more We are new to the area and took our vehicle to them for a check engine light concern. After checking the codes and finding the issue, they began to research the problem. After they began checking equipment they were unable to duplicate the error and tried over multiple days. Rather than make repairs that "might" be they cause they asked us to pick up the vehicle and bring it back if the issue returned. It has been 3 weeks and still no issue. We know there may be a future repair needed, but would rather have the correct answer and not a bunch of unneeded work first. The office staff and the mechanic we spoke to during the week were very professional and we never felt rushed or that we were bothering them. They even recommended a local tow company when we initially called without hesitation. We will be bringing all our vehicles there going forward.
