By the time I rushed home to pick up my computer and dropped it off, there were already a couple people who dropped off their PCs. My price ended up being much less than the quote because my fix was so simple and so fast! I got my computer back the next day. (I low key also thought there was a possibility of a virus, but luckily that wasn't the case). The service here is top tier and I'm so happy to have my computer back! I should note that I pay annually for the place I purchased my computer to fix it and I went out of my way to come here, so it's definitely worth it. Just to mention my issue, my computer wouldn't shut off completely when I would shut it off. Like it would look like it was off but my tower lights would still be on as well as my fans.
