New fav! Hands down this was worth the 35 min drive. I got the BMB and my friend got the Dalgona and I didn't try hers but mine was AMAZING! One thing I paid attention to was that they aren't using syrups or powders. That is a HUGE HUGE plus for me! I pay attention to that and really dislike when companies use those. They had a fresh tea machine that they continuously filled up with herbs and hot water and used that for the tea bases. Next time I come I'll be trying one of those! My fiancé and I stopped here at 7:55pm and it was still quite busy. The shop was very clean, they wipe down tables after every use. I really hope they can continue to do that because I've been to many bubble tea shops before where they did that in the beginning and then stopped. The drinks we got were really good! I got the strawberry matcha latte and my fiancé got the Peach Bellini. The only thing I would recommend for the shop is to add another screen & increase the font size. It's really hard to read the menu on the wall. I went twice, back to back days since I loved the first time I went with a simple passion fruit tea and the tea was strong, boba was perfectly bouncy and solid overall. I went back and got the milk tea and jasmine milk tea which lacked the tea flavor of the first time. The grass hopper was cool, a popular choice I heard but it won't give you "boba vibes" but more so healthy juice forward type experience. Peach Bellini was also watery, would not recommend. No problems with the service, things moved smoothly with a slightly heavy flow of people. I ordered the Passionfruit Jasmine at 50% sweet and the jasmine flavor is strong! This is a good drink to sip on slowly (hence, "cocktail inspired"). Even when the ice melted, I felt like the tea flavor was still there (but diluted but of course with the ice!). The rose garden is a jasmine green tea combined with rose and lychee. The peach bellini was a peach black tea with lychee and mango. I love the little lychee bits in the rose garden but they don't put in that many. I liked the peach peach more, it had a like instead of a lemon so it added a bit more bitter flavor. The only thing that made my experience not as good as it would've been was that they ran out of boba, so I had to go with the agar boba, which is not bad, but not as good as regular boba. However, the layers were good individually and they offer other drinks that are more traditional to a milk tea. While waiting for my drink, I talked to Megan more about their loose leaf teas that were in canisters, and she was super awesome at describing each profile! My favorites after our conversation were the Blood Orange (combination of orange peel, apple, hibiscus, rose petals and rose hips) and the New Zealand Sunny Slopes (blend of natural kiwi, strawberry, apple and other natural fruit). Sad to say that coming here was a disappointing experience. I was excited to try it because I've heard positive things from friends but the first time I went, my Strawberry Jasmine Green Tea tasted like flavored water. The second time I went my Honey Oolong tasted burnt to a crisp and not to mention they ran out of boba :( I usually never ask them to re-make my drink but after allowing 6 of my friends to try my drink and none of them wanting it because of the taste, I had no choice.
