I really hope they can continue to do that because I've been to many bubble tea shops before where they did that in the beginning and then stopped. The drinks we got were really good! I got the strawberry matcha latte and my fiancé got the Peach Bellini. The only thing I would recommend for the shop is to add another screen & increase the font size. It's really hard to read the menu on the wall. I was expecting the drink to be a bit more creamy and the coconut flavor was mild. The sea salt Thai mt ($6.50 w/ boba) lacked creaminess as well so there wasn't much for the sea salt to complement. I went twice, back to back days since I loved the first time I went with a simple passion fruit tea and the tea was strong, boba was perfectly bouncy and solid overall. I went back and got the milk tea and jasmine milk tea which lacked the tea flavor of the first time. The grass hopper was cool, a popular choice I heard but it won't give you "boba vibes" but more so healthy juice forward type experience. Peach Bellini was also watery, would not recommend. No problems with the service, things moved smoothly with a slightly heavy flow of people. If you are looking for drinks with stronger tea flavors, I recommend this spot! This was my first time here and I love the story behind the creation of this store. I ordered the Passionfruit Jasmine at 50% sweet and the jasmine flavor is strong! This is a good drink to sip on slowly (hence, "cocktail inspired"). Even when the ice melted, I felt like the tea flavor was still there (but diluted but of course with the ice!). I appreciated the generous amount of dalgona pieces scattered on top and the separation of colors on the French daisy. They have milk substitutes and you can adjust your sugar levels. I typically request for 25-30% sugar, but the cashier mentioned that the sugar content was not high to begin with, which led me to 50%. Major regrets. I had to dilute the tea and coffee when I got home. I recommend going with 30% sugar. The ambiance of the cafe is warm with their yellow lighting, but bright with all of the natural light. Honestly, I've come here 3 times by now and the drinks are good but not the best the area has to offer. They have an extensive menu with many type of drinks offered, the cashier is always there to help and the baristas are pretty quick with the turn around. Everything was top tier and this was one of the best boba spots I've been to. The whole interior was aesthetically very pleasing and very clean. The workers were really nice as well. The only thing that made my experience not as good as it would've been was that they ran out of boba, so I had to go with the agar boba, which is not bad, but not as good as regular boba. The drink itself was solid and not too sweet which I really liked, but perhaps next time I visit I'll be able to try their boba and most likely give this place a five star if everything lives up to this experience because I was simply unable to enjoy the drink as much as I would've if it had regular boba. This place probably has one of the best sea cream jasmine tea that I have had at all the other places I've been too. Their menu has such a wide variety to choose from. Their drinks are definitely more on the tea side so you'll get a more better flavor of the tea compared to other places. While waiting for my drink, I talked to Megan more about their loose leaf teas that were in canisters, and she was super awesome at describing each profile! My favorites after our conversation were the Blood Orange (combination of orange peel, apple, hibiscus, rose petals and rose hips) and the New Zealand Sunny Slopes (blend of natural kiwi, strawberry, apple and other natural fruit). Sad to say that coming here was a disappointing experience. I was excited to try it because I've heard positive things from friends but the first time I went, my Strawberry Jasmine Green Tea tasted like flavored water. The second time I went my Honey Oolong tasted burnt to a crisp and not to mention they ran out of boba :( I usually never ask them to re-make my drink but after allowing 6 of my friends to try my drink and none of them wanting it because of the taste, I had no choice. I've tried Honey Oolong at many places and I will say it's the best here! The tea has not been over-steeped and has right amount of sea salt cream and honey. Grasshopper was unique to what others places don't have - green tea, jasmine flower, and cucumber juice. Now, I know I know, cucumber what?! Get out! I love cucumber and don't mind cucumber juice, but this is very refreshing. If you want some refreshing and detox-feeling drink, get this! New fav! Hands down this was worth the 35 min drive. I got the BMB and my friend got the Dalgona and I didn't try hers but mine was AMAZING! One thing I paid attention to was that they aren't using syrups or powders. That is a HUGE HUGE plus for me! I pay attention to that and really dislike when companies use those. They had a fresh tea machine that they continuously filled up with herbs and hot water and used that for the tea bases. Next time I come I'll be trying one of those! The boba is not my favorite here though, the pearls are a little smaller and a bit firmer. If only they were more QQ, then this shop would easily be one of my favorites.
