You order your food and drinks at the counter, pay up front, and your orders are brought out to you by the friendly and personable staff who buss the tables as well, so leaving is convenient & easy when you are ready to go. I have ordered the salmon nicoise salad every time so far as it is delicious and an incredible value with a good portion of salmon. So far the salmon has been perfectly grilled every time and the greens fresh, green beans perfectly al dente, rounded out with quality black olives, hard boiled egg and baby red potatoes. Perfect random stop for breakfast on our way North to Santa Rosa. Just a short drive off main route 101. Quaint, rustic, warm, and a great breakfast menu. There is ample outdoor dining in front of the restaurant and also a sweet spot filled with bamboo trees along the side of the restaurant. This was our spot. You do order inside and a server will bring your food to you. There is a customer water and coffee station set up to serve yourself. My veggie omelette did not disappoint. The freshest veggies ever, with sour dough toast and seasoned cut potatoes on the side. Simple yes, but there's something special here. They have plenty of seating inside and outside patio seating as well as seating along the street under a tent with heaters. I recently ordered the linguine al pesto for dinner, which comes with creamy pesto, tomatoes, garlic and garlic bread. The garlic bread was my favorite part of the meal but it was a lot of garlic. The pesto pasta was good but could have used a little more cream. I also recently had the veggie potatoes which comes topped with corn, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, cheese and scallions. This was good but could have used a little more flavor. They have a huge menu and serve breakfast all day long and have salad, soups, wraps, entrees, smoothies and a juice bar. I thought I couldn't go wrong with a classic club because I love a good sandwich, but the club was a bit underwhelming. The salad I got on the side was similar. I did love the Turkey Chili! I have only heard positive things about this place, so I decided to try it. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and I was very disappointed. It was almost unedible. I wouldn't even classify it as huevos rancheros, just a pile of undercooked rice, with flavorless black beans, small pile of lukewarm eggs, and a pathetic excuse for pico de gallo I tried by best to eat it, but left more than half of the dish left on the plate. Family and friends tell me to give it another shot, but I probably won't be going back. Atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly, but the food was not good. Here it goes: When ordering eggs benedict order your eggs "soft poached". I did and the dish was perfect! The eggs were cooked right at the sweet spot of slightly firm from the outside/ perfectly runny on the inside (yolk). The hollandaise is always on point. My favorite is the Blackstone Benedict. I have definitely been here a handful of times. They offer large portions and it's nice a spacious. You need to order at the counter and they will bring you your meal. Self serve yourself some water too. Sit in the main dining room indoors or sit outside on a nice day. The menu is huge so there's a lot to offer including sugary treats. I went with the BLT with a side salad. It was very large and delicious. My aunt has a monster salad. Her order was a bit tricky with her dietary restrictions. The CSR was really nice and patient with her. I love my aunt and I'm sorry folks have dietary restrictions, but some places it's really hard to get it 1000% correct. Vibe was relaxed and very casual. Place was pretty full as we happened upon a open mic music night. The dimmed lights helped create the stage for the young musicians who would sing that night! Food - I'm a sucker for breakfast at dinner so it's great to have that as an all-day option! I ordered a Mediterranean omelette and it came with a side of home fries. Unfortunately, I wasn't in love with any one thing so that's a bummer when you want to really like a place. Firstly, the egg part was cooked perfectly! Light and creamy. It was the inside that didn't work for me. The sundried tomatoes and spinach was so out of proportion that it was like a full salad inside the egg mixture. What it created was a bite that tasted overwhelmingly of tart tomato with the "slimy" texture of cooked spinach. I missed the egg, feta and onion. Anyhow, it's my favorite combo so I was just bummed. It was dark inside and I didn't want to use the flash again so I couldn't get a good pic of the inside of my meal. They have plenty of outdoor seating and have even expanded into the street. It seemed like they were understaffed, so service wasn't speedy, but they were definitely doing the best they could. I ordered the Mango Snapper Wrap and it was delicious! It came with an order of fries and was such a satisfying meal. My friends and I were amazed at the giant portion sizes! Came here when we were in the area and the ratings just made it an easier choice. The menu was basic, so I tried the Corned beef hash, there was a foul taste from it, I couldn't tell if something was spoiled or there was a chemical. It's not a typical corned beef, it was as if they cooked the corned beef whole and diced it into cubes, but again there was a off-putting flavor that I couldn't get over. My friend's bacon and eggs were basic too and something was just lacking. He tried the macaroons with chocolate and the macaroon was dry.. Don't wait to be seated like I did. Walk up to the counter and stand in line to place your order, then pick a table that works for you. There is even a gas fireplace immediately across from the counter where you place your order. Went for brunch, but from the looks of it, there seems to be a nice selection of beers on tab.
