He recommendations wasn't exactly inline with my ideas but base on what I had previously read about the company before actually meeting him along with his knowledge and experience in the pool industry I trusted his views. The project was planned for March 2023. Fast forward to now the team came in and did exactly what we discussed there were some minor chances which was done with further advice when I met Derick " very nice guys he is a customer pleaser he ensure that you are 100% happy or the job is not done". I have been in the construction industry for 15 years and I have worked with pool companies on several different occasions and believe me this is the first I'm meeting and working with a company where everyone affiliated with the company from the owners down to all the workers are honest, hardworking, polite and very professional. I'm pleased to have met and work with them, I will continue to work with them going forward and I will recommend them to all my family, friends, acquaintances and business associates. These guys don't get 100% in my book they get 110% for going the extra mile in costumer's satisfaction, their prices are very reasonable and economical base on market value with you also getting value for every dollar. From the designer Kelly, to the actual layout, Dieter (the owner), to the construction, Mike, they did a great job. With all if the delays caused by Covid, we actually swam by the end of August. The pool was completed in total by November with the patio!
