She didn't ask many questions after, but hey, I'm not picky with my brows, I just want them to look nice and even, and she definitely delivered! The service was fantastic throughout! Also, at the end, she put some soothing aloe and gave me a temple massage -- it was so lovely :). They have a loyalty punch card so you can get a free wax after coming 7+ times I believe. First of all, it was so happy to see that they had some same day appointment availability! Why that may not always be the case, some booking systems will still only show starting next day. I also loved that their menu had a lot of options, including more than one type of Brazilian to book. When I showed up to my appointment, I checked in and filled out some basic, new client information. I was then taken to my room with my waxer promptly after. They use hard wax here which many people prefer, but for me hurts the most. But I don't really care what is used as long as they're hygienic, quick, effective and will not spawn in-grown hairs. My waxer was quick, thorough and one week out...things are still looking good! As a bonus, first time clients got a significant discount which made me even happier about my experience. While my experience before check out was already excellent, that was just icing on the cake. Overall, I left very impressed and will definitely return again in the future!

I have NEVER bled before. And she had the audacity to tell me that my skin is sensitive and that this is normal. Maybe it is, but I have definitely never bled before. Like... what the hell?! They asked me to wait a couple minutes and then told me that they would do extensions for free on the broken nails. They took their time to explain that I should take a break from gel next time and do regular polish and were quite nice. They weren't expecting any tip but I tipped a small amount. Given that they were willing to redo my nails for me I'm revising the review.

Gel removal takes 1 whole hour, and I tell the nail tech that I can have my natural nails cut down, which is supposed to be $10 on top of $15 gel removal (per the owner's words to the nail tech in Chinese). When the owner rang me up, what should have been $25 was $35 before tax and tip. The nail shaping is terrible (asked for almond and she left me with uneven edges and some of them pointy). I didn't notice this or the leftover residue on my nails as I had to hurry out the door. Will never return, stay away or you will have to pay for mediocre service.
