My partner and I were in the area and we needed pedicures, so we decided to pop in because it looked beautiful. The place is pretty and clean but The quality of the pedicures were very low and rushed. I was shocked because the services are pricy so I expected a better job. The tech I had barely cleaned and groomed my nails rushing and barely did anything underneath to treat my feet, she scrubbed for literally 3 seconds I couldn't believe it. I also was told by one of the nail techs that my nails would be dried after sitting under the dryer not very long and I had a feeling it felt too fast and I got home to discover a splotched paint job which is really disappointing $120 later for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. I have to go somewhere else now to get it fixed. They never checked on us to ask if we liked our service- only eager to charge us. I work in the service industry, so it's really disappointing to get treated this way . It seemed like they were more into their regulars . My boyfriend who truly needed it more than me came out with absolutely no improvement to his feet so it felt like money just lost. I nearly came back to voice this but just decided to warn others. I also noticed a client next to me sitting down after and she was offered tea and we were never offered any drinks. I'd say it's a pretty salon but lacking in quality and in customer service. DO NOT GO TO REE NAIL I came to Ree Nail after a nightmare experience at another salon, hoping for a simple fix on my UV gel. Nails looked okay when I left, but within just one week, three nails developed fungal infections and one was painfully lifting, trapping water underneath. I returned the first opportunity I had to get the painful nail fixed. The original tech wasn't there, so I dealt with Ashley, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Despite showing my receipt and bank statement proving I spent over $100 there (and about $250 total on this set in total), they insisted I'd never had nails done at Ree and accused me of lying... even though my phone number and name were in their system. They refused to help completely at first, before finally offering a $15 repair -- something I would have gladly paid if it was offered upfront. I'm already $250 in... what's $15 more? After all the hassle and disrespect, I walked out frustrated and disappointed. I didn't want to remove the nails completely because I needed them to look okay for an upcoming wedding. Now I'm at another salon getting them completely redone because of infections caused by Ree Nail's careless work. If you care about your health, money, and sanity, avoid Ree Nail! REE Nails is hands down the best nail salon! I come here for their Gel X nails and treat myself to the fancy spa pedicure--I think it's the green tea one. The experience is always luxe and includes champagne. I moved from LA and wasn't sure I would find the right nail spa quickly and was referred here by a friend Joey makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. She's incredibly kind and attentive. The entire staff is phenomenal--Yuki, Marie, and Susan are all perfectionists when it comes to nails. I leave with exactly what I want every time. I've been going here for 2 years but the last experience was disappointing and turned me off from coming back to get my nails done here. I went in for a gel mani and gel French pedi. They paired me with Ella who had no idea whatsoever on what she was doing. She had to ask two different people to come help her, and she worked very slow. She cut my nails super uneven and barely put any polish on. I had 3 coats for my pedicure and you could still see my natural nail underneath. The lines for the French were so uneven. For my manicure it looked like I had no polish on. Extremely disappointing since it was for my birthday. I paid and I left and the salon kept calling me for two days straight (!!) asking if I tipped Ella on Venmo. That's extremely inappropriate and bad business. I like the job Ashley made. I didn't feel rush maybe it was because I came around noon. I like the background music it was relaxing and comforting. Update: I got regular manicure & pedicure. One of my mail got chipped literally the same day, I went to the place and they fixed it but other ones kept chipping it's a regular polish so it should be expected but I didn't expect it to happen this soon (I added photo from the the second day).
