One of the complaints that I'll push back on is that the walls are covered in theme, like a 1990s theme restaurant that covers every square inch of wall space with distraction. The thing I see is that the company takes pride in local service, photos with stories and meaning, keeping their mission in line of sight at all times. I always push for more women on those walls, but at least this location has done a much better job adding women to its living gallery/museum of service.
