The bathrooms are FUCKING disgusting. Every single stall has toilet paper covering the floors. I walked in and physically recoiled back out of disgust. Then, to cleanse myself of this nasty environment, i went to use the soap. To my surprise, the soap dispenser was not even nailed properly into the wall. It was swinging back and forth and nearly took my eye out. As well as the paper towels are empty. I tried to retrieve some and my fingers got stuck and it de-gloved parts of my finger. It reeks of cat piss as well. I am full of deep sorrow, and my heart is heavy. There is a silent anguish inside of me that i cannot explain. read more

My family decided to venture out to this popular steakhouse this past Sunday, and the lingering thoughts of what went down while we were there have been going through my mind. We didn't make any special reservations for this particular visit, but decided to go in on a whim around 7:30 p.m. After a short wait for a table, the hostess, waitress, and manager had asked me if we had a problem during our last visit, which was back in February. To be honest, I hardly ever have any sort of problems when it comes to this place, but I found it quite odd that that was the big question of the evening. Our food was prepared accordingly, and honestly tasted heavenly! My only beef is the portion size of the meals. It seems that because of economic twists and turns, some establishments are cutting back on loading up people's plates with fries and sides. I think my platter had a total of 15 French fries, and the size of my 6 ounce sirloin was 30% fatty, especially in the middle of the steak. I left the last piece on the fork for the staff. My kids complained that they're Jr. Ranger meals were, in a word, measly. Had I known that, I would have ordered a bigger portion for each of them. We went down the street to Dairy Queen for dessert. We left after waiting an hour and a half just to be seated. We were told 3 times that our wait would only be 5 more minutes after our first hour of waiting. We were a party of 5! We were in town from Virginia and had visited this restaurant several times in the past but it was obvious this visit that the service has severely declined. We will not be back. read more

Was not pleased at all. Get there Emily the lady seating my family spilled butter all over my pants. Then we sit down to look at our forks and food still on 3 of the sets forks n knifes. Our lady didn't even check how are food was. Or get us drinks. We had to hold up our cups in the air just for her to even come to us. And the manager is just as bad cause all he said was sorry. I was a frequent satisfied customer a Texas Roadhouse in Palmyra. However this evening the food was terrible. My medium well steak was served heavily charred and rare inside. I requested the steak be grilled to medium well. By the time the meal was returned my wife had nearly completed her meal. The steak returned by who I assumed was the cook, and was now throughly blackened with a medium interior. He requested that I cut the steak to check for doneness. Which I did, it was still quite rare but I accepted it. I had difficulty cutting and chewing the meat, it was so tough. I requested to speak to the manager. It took over 10 minutes for him to stop by, and it turned out to be the gentleman who brought out the recooked steak. He stated that I cut the steak and approved it. True, but when I tried to chew it it was tough. He then told me that if I would have rejected to steak after cutting it, he would have recooked me a steak. He made no effort to adjust the bill or apologize for the delay in addressing my complaint. The manager Matthew Johnson need's to spend more time on the floor to ensure customers are satisfied, and needs to hone his customer service skills. read more

Before we left for dinner I placed my husband and I on the waitlist. They quoted us 20-30 minutes and waited 45 minutes until we were seated. The waitress came by and took our order right away. We were able to enjoy the rolls and our side salad. We waited an additional 45 minutes after ordering food before it came. We ended up having to get it to go because we were on a time crunch. We did speak to the manager who was a very nice gentleman and told him we needed it to go. He did apologize several times and ended up discounting our bill. The thing we were most upset about was people in front of us in our booth ordered after us and got their food before we did. I have to say that was the only thing we didn't have a great experience with this time. Had we known there was an elementary school fundraiser we probably would have chosen to not go there. Stopped in for dinner and was seated right away. We ordered the cactus blossom for an appetizer and it was hot and delicious. They also served a basket of rolls with whipped butter - so good! For dinner we had the 6 oz filet with a baked potato, the 11 oz sirloin and a cup of chili and a 12 oz ribeye with a skewer of shrimp and green beans. Everything was cooked perfectly and our server was very good and always bringing us water refills. Glad we came in by 5 because it was packed when we left. On 07/12/2022, I had the 20oz bone-in ribeye medium-rare. The steak tasted great was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The side dishes( Broccoli and baked potato were two star at best but the steak was enough to take it to four stars. read more

We've been to this location a few times, with the service and food being good 1/2 of the time. Tonight was one of those not so great times. Our waiter forgot to take our order and then it took over an hour to get our food once he had. Thank goodness we had an appetizer and rolls to hold us over. I am so grateful our two children were so patient otherwise it would have been a LONG 3 hours! Our steaks were overcooked, but we were far too hungry to send them back. I would not suggest single people go here. When I went in they asked and I said one and I would like a table. I was rudely told if I'm am alone go eat at the bar. When I said I did not want to eat at the bar, they told me several waitress were late - not my problem. But they were still seating groups even with their waitress shortage. After a short wait the took me to a table. The waitress came over right away and got me my drink. When she came back with it she asked if I was ready to order. I was but I had only been sitting for less then 4 minutes. I ordered a salad, roadkill and an onion. The salad was out with in minutes which was fine. However my meal and onion was out in less then 5 minutes after and both came out together. She kept checking to see how I was doing, I wasn't aware of what she was done till I had maybe 4 bites of meal left and she came rushing over to see if I wanted desert, already with my check in her hand. She wanted to know if I wanted a box for my onion which I took, but I had planned to eat more of it there but I seen I was getting the bum's rush to get me from her table. I eat there often but next time I'll go to Lancaster, I don't like being rushed, my money is the same as the next person to sit at that table. Rude service is the the way to do it. read more

We always go here for an appetizer and a couple beers. I can't eat here too often because of my diabetes but I do every once in a while like to splurge on their fried onion which is called a Bloomin onion. I love it. Service was kind of slow last time I'm guessing because of the COVID-19. But definitely recommend this restaurant to be very clean and the service good. read more

Twice they've shorted food on our take out order. When you call to talk to a manager we got a person claiming to be a manager called herself Paige and said she doesn't like my attitude and therefore will do nothing not even refund the money for the items we did not receive! This is the 2nd time!! So basically they have no problem taking your money without give you the product!! Stealing from customers!!! I asked to speak to a higher up MGR and Paige asked if I wanted his number and I said "sure" but then said it's the same number just call during the day and hung up on me! Horrible service and obviously Texas Roadhouse in Palmyra can't find any good help! Oh did I mention the guy putting our order together dropped half of our order onto the floor and was going to put it back in the bag after being on their dirty floor until someone else said no you can't do that! I do not know if they hired new chefs or what happened. It was usually really good and I was looking forward to going back tonight but my mom and I both left sick. My steak was overcooked and tough, and the ribs were charred and dry. My Mashed potatoes were cold, and the corn was canned. My mom had the same issues with her ribs, he chili was too spicy, we ordered the big onion for an appetizer and the batter wasn't fully cooked and was falling off of the onion petals. Only thing I really enjoyed was the butter and rolls but even that was subpar to what it normally is. The environment was extremely loud and obnoxious with music the waiters and waitresses practically have to scream at the top of their lungs just so we could hear them. NOt a great place to go when u have a headache. We would have complained there but I Was so sick I had to leave immediately after paying the check. Sadly we traveled from Lebanon to Palmyra and just were very disappointed :'( we won't be going back for a long time sorry but I'm not getting sick again for something that is over priced read more

I came wanting a good steak and it was a bust. I've been to another Roundhouse before and it was great service and good food. It was a failure in the streak department. I choose a 20oz bone-in ribeye, cooked medium rare. The steak came in in about 15 minutes which was the first indicator that it wasn't cooked enough. I touched the steak and it was too soft. I cut into the steak and was only seared on top and raw in the middle. I sent it back to be cooked to the truth temperature. It came back and was cooked right around the edges of the steak. I cut into it and in the light I thought it looked cooked enough. When I ate to the middle I saw that it was rare and nor cooked enough and could not finish it. The sides were great and I wish the steaks was cooked right like the sides were. My server was great though, very friendly. I might give Texas Roadhouse another try, I'm not sure. read more

We use to love this place.... but This place has gone downhill. Over cooked Steaks and hidden fees!!We ordered medium steaks and they came out dry and well done. Then they upgraded our drinks and didn't tell us there was an upcharge. She acted like it was part of the drink and was just asking if it was ok. Very misleading!! When I mentioned it to the manager she said- yes they are trained to upsell and not tell the customers- it's part of Texas Roadhouse training. What deceive the customers?? Called ahead for a table on valentine's day and they were crazy busy. However despite the full capacity our service was excellent and super quick! The waitress was extremely friendly and on top of drinks and rolls. Our meals were perfect and great tasting. Was very impressed with the awesome service especially on such a busy holiday. read more
