Think of all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger wrapped inside soft, pillowy steamed bao buns. They were unique, comforting, and unlike anything else you'll find in the parks. The Mangkwan Mousse was rich without being overly sweet. There is outdoor and indoor seating available. We chose indoors because it was a bit hot on the days we visited (thought the mornings were very cool). Our 1st visit was unplanned. We were walking by and decided to do a mobile order since we wanted a snack. We chose the Beef Brisket Sandwich with fries. So good! Definitely shareable if you're not too hungry. I thought the indoor seating was very, very spacious, and we didn't have any difficulty finding a place to sit . The sandwich also came with a generous portion of fries. We returned 2 days later since we liked the food so much. We shared the BBQ platter which came with pork ribs, smoked pork butt, and smoked sausage; also served with corn bread and a choice of a side (french fries, of course!). The platter was more than enough food for us both, and we enjoyed the ribs the most. Honourable mention goes to the sausage and fries, as well as the bbq sauce. There are 4 dispensers in the rear of the restaurant. We just opted for the classic bbq sauce. BOTTOM LINE Great meal options at the Regal Eagle Smokehouse in the American Pavilion at EPCOT.
