This place is a complete clusterF. One of the movies, the movie went dark so they gave us "coupons" written on the back of a receipt. Then the last movie, the sound wasn't working for the first 15 minutes. The time before that, 2 out of the three ticket machines were not working, and after a month, same thing, no repairs. I asked the popcorn people and they just shrugged and said it will probably never be fixed. So we're all waiting in a long ass line to get tickets and there's only one person working and she's not fast. Movie started like 15 minutes ago so we're just waiting and waiting. No one seemed to care, least of all the manager of the place who is slower than the other employee, who cannot answer any basic questions either. I said I'll just google it. From the start I should have seen the red flags...we were told to go to theater 6 so we go there after a few minutes we realized we weren't getting nothing so I go check with them tell me that theater is closed why am I there when I explained to them they tell us we go to theater 9 so we're going then they tell us we can't go in there because the movies about to end so we wait next thing you know the fire alarm comes on. Don't even get me started on our online food order. We order our food very limited options by the way when we get there they tell us the ovens broken if you guys aren't serving pizza we'll make sure the app also has the same thing. This was a very interesting experience being that there was no ticket taker, and I paid $30 for two tickets. Also there was only one concession cashier at 4pm on a Friday, which made for quite an underwhelming experience. I was looking forward to having a five star experience, but it ended up being three at best. The movie was the best part. read more

So, my wife and I have came here a couple of times and the experience has been relatively decent. The place is inside the Boulder Station Casino. Took some getting use to meandering through the casino to get to the theater but once you know it the first time, you know it. I definitely like the layout as well as the setting. I suspect from previous reviews that this place had a makeover at some point recently and it surpasses some of the theaters I've frequented in the past in other states. The little movie screens advertising upcoming movies and such along the way to the movie auditoriums is a nice futuristic touch. I like it a lot better than the usual still movie posters that you typically see. The theater auditoriums themselves are clean, stadium style with roomy black leather seats (not recliners). Personally, I like the old school upholstered style myself but that is to each their own, right? Nonetheless, it didn't change the way I watch a movie, regardless. So, that is part of the good. Another part is, hands down, you won't find a movie theater (at least I haven't, anyway) that's viewing first run movies for $10 or less. The matinee price here is $6.50! After that, the price goes up to $10 or $11 which is still cheaper than most and/or any place around here. Most places are charging $10 and up, depending on the part of town you are in. The price is unbeatable. Now, the flip side of the coin is....customer service and food. The first time we came here, the service was great. Very engaging, helpful, pleasant, etc. This last time, a complete opposite effect. Disorganized, awkward, clearly the individual working didn't want to be there, and not helpful at all. So, the customer service here can be inconsistent. One of the things I like to do when at the movies is....yes, eat! And what is it I like to eat? Popcorn and lots of it with butter, of course! I simply can't go to a movie without eating popcorn and it's like 40% of the reason why I go. Unfortunately, both times, the popcorn here has been a little disappointing which sucks because that would have helped the rating here. The first time it just tasted stale from sitting out too long. The last time it seemed someone had dumped way too much salt on them. Not to the point that it was inedible....but not far from it. Whatever happened to being able to salt the popcorn yourself? Probably be a good thing to taste before heading inside the movie, for sure. All in all...decent experience, definitely not the worst. Again, can't beat the price and be wary of the popcorn quality here. More of a 3.5 for me here. Thanks, come again! read more

Boulder station has been around for quite a long time now... since 1994! I've seen this casino almost not make it but somehow still standing strong. The Theater is actually upgraded and pretty awesome, of course there are always better ones but you cant knock this one of the list, specially if you live in the east side of the valley. The comfort of the chairs is tip top, not electrical but certainly comfortable, the theater area for the most part maintains clean. I guess we can all play a part to help the theater maintain as so. For me it is a short convenient drive from home, parking is in the rear of the casino side which you can access through Vegas Valley dr. You can easily walk right into the movie theater, you will catch a good ole sniff of accumulated tobacco but hey, that's just part of history haha. The concession area is ran by mostly the younger generation which I commend them for trying to maintain a job, the little time I was there I was help with a smile and also promptly. Great movie theater. Very large rooms with many chairs. And they are fairly comfortable. Can sit up or lean back. Too bad it's not a recliner. Great matinee prices. And concession stand prices are as expected. It is located right next to the kids quest (casino babysitter) lol. So if you need that one on one time with the love of your life with no distractions , this is a good place to take the kids. This does cost money. Anyway Compared to Sams Towns theater. Old school movie theater in a smoky off-Strip locals casino. Prices are on par with nicer theaters ($18 for matinee adult + senior), so you'll get a better value elsewhere. Luckily, all auditoriums have stadium seating and despite going to see a movie on opening weekend, the place was deserted. Props for having an exterior entrance right by the theater, so you don't have to spend much time winding through the casino. Unfortunately, despite the limited exposure, I still left smelling of smoke. That plus the pricing situation makes me unlikely to make this my first choice movie spot. I first visited this theater in 2013, I can tell you now, it was a very different place. It was sort of terrible, to be honest. A remodel has happened and I can tell you, it is very nice. Seats are, amazing. Luxury rockers are comfortable, along with the recliners. Video and audio quality is so superb, and it can get loud and bassy at times. Update (8/29/21): I've gotten my phone back due to the nice employees. If you lost something there, don't bother asking them online, do it in person, and they will give it to you. read more

It is insanely ICE COLD inside you might as well bring a comforter w/ pillows and camp inside cause it's freezing temperature at anywhere from maybe 62 below to 58 degrees Fahrenheit. The last two movies that my wife and I attended the stadium was literally freezing. My wife Sat through one movie with her arms inside of her blouse and the next movie she brought a large wrap, however it was just too cold to get warm. Good movies ..poor theater experience. Updated and modern. Located towards the back of the casino adjacent from the kids pit. This is the closest location to me so I will surely come back again. We usually don't come to this regal movie theater because it's usually dirty and the seats are uncomfortable. I know they just renovated the whole theater to make it look more modern and such but the seats could be so much better. And when we enter the screening to the movie it looks like they don't even clean the leather seats. I'm not sure if it's because they're under staff but it looks very unprofessional. They have partially reclining chairs... the head leans back but feet aren't supported. When I lean back, it over arches my lower back and causes pain. If I don't lean back the headrest pushes my head forward and hurts my neck. Its also very cold so bring a jacket. read more

I moved here a few months back and was pretty broken over having to say goodbye to THE theater I would always go to but the Boulder Station has quickly filled its spot. Staff are decent, mostly young teenagers who clearly don't want to be there but are still giving you good service (how it should be) and the theaters and bathrooms are always pretty clean. I can't say anything about the kiosks because I buy all of my tickets via app but I've never once had a negative experience and I go to the theaters pretty often. read more
