I'm back when I found out the recliner seats were completed. Night and day from my last visit a definite must try at the Boulder Station this is a now an amazing theater with the recent remodel. I will be back I enjoyed how updated and how clean the theater looks.

This was a very interesting experience being that there was no ticket taker, and I paid $30 for two tickets. Also there was only one concession cashier at 4pm on a Friday, which made for quite an underwhelming experience. I was looking forward to having a five star experience, but it ended up being three at best. The movie was the best part.

So, my wife and I have came here a couple of times and the experience has been relatively decent. The place is inside the Boulder Station Casino. Took some getting use to meandering through the casino to get to the theater but once you know it the first time, you know it. I definitely like the layout as well as the setting. I suspect from previous reviews that this place had a makeover at some point recently and it surpasses some of the theaters I've frequented in the past in other states. The little movie screens advertising upcoming movies and such along the way to the movie auditoriums is a nice futuristic touch. I like it a lot better than the usual still movie posters that you typically see. The theater auditoriums themselves are clean, stadium style with roomy black leather seats (not recliners). Personally, I like the old school upholstered style myself but that is to each their own, right? Nonetheless, it didn't change the way I watch a movie, regardless. So, that is part of the good. Another part is, hands down, you won't find a movie theater (at least I haven't, anyway) that's viewing first run movies for $10 or less. The matinee price here is $6.50! After that, the price goes up to $10 or $11 which is still cheaper than most and/or any place around here. Most places are charging $10 and up, depending on the part of town you are in. The price is unbeatable. Now, the flip side of the coin is....customer service and food. The first time we came here, the service was great. Very engaging, helpful, pleasant, etc. This last time, a complete opposite effect. Disorganized, awkward, clearly the individual working didn't want to be there, and not helpful at all. So, the customer service here can be inconsistent. One of the things I like to do when at the movies is....yes, eat! And what is it I like to eat? Popcorn and lots of it with butter, of course! I simply can't go to a movie without eating popcorn and it's like 40% of the reason why I go. Unfortunately, both times, the popcorn here has been a little disappointing which sucks because that would have helped the rating here. The first time it just tasted stale from sitting out too long. The last time it seemed someone had dumped way too much salt on them. Not to the point that it was inedible....but not far from it. Whatever happened to being able to salt the popcorn yourself? Probably be a good thing to taste before heading inside the movie, for sure. All in all...decent experience, definitely not the worst. Again, can't beat the price and be wary of the popcorn quality here. More of a 3.5 for me here. Thanks, come again!

Parking conviently located near the structure. We went on a weekday so we got great parking.overall I'm impressed with the theater but the seats don't recline like others, it does push back a little, but not as comfortable, sound system impressive. Restrooms located inside as well as in the casino. Tuesdays they offer $5.00 movies, if not get Regal Unlimited.

Great movie theater. Very large rooms with many chairs. And they are fairly comfortable. Can sit up or lean back. Too bad it's not a recliner. Great matinee prices. And concession stand prices are as expected. It is located right next to the kids quest (casino babysitter) lol. So if you need that one on one time with the love of your life with no distractions , this is a good place to take the kids. This does cost money. Anyway Compared to Sams Towns theater. This theater is a whole lot nicer. And cleaner. I would recommend

Old school movie theater in a smoky off-Strip locals casino. Prices are on par with nicer theaters ($18 for matinee adult + senior), so you'll get a better value elsewhere. Luckily, all auditoriums have stadium seating and despite going to see a movie on opening weekend, the place was deserted. Props for having an exterior entrance right by the theater, so you don't have to spend much time winding through the casino. Unfortunately, despite the limited exposure, I still left smelling of smoke. That plus the pricing situation makes me unlikely to make this my first choice movie spot. But the auditorium and bathrooms were clean, and staff at box office and concessions were nice.

Auditorium 9, very common auditorium if you're watching something there in recliners. The recliners themselves, are super comfortable

I first visited this theater in 2013, I can tell you now, it was a very different place. It was sort of terrible, to be honest. A remodel has happened and I can tell you, it is very nice. Seats are, amazing. Luxury rockers are comfortable, along with the recliners. Video and audio quality is so superb, and it can get loud and bassy at times. Update (8/29/21): I've gotten my phone back due to the nice employees. If you lost something there, don't bother asking them online, do it in person, and they will give it to you.

Ask the Community - Regal Boulder Station

Is there a separate or rear entrance for the Regal theater, or do you have to walk through the casino floor of the Boulder Station to get in?

Hi There, Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out! For specific information about entrances, Please contact the Theatre at 702-641-7505.

Does anyone know if they have $5 movie tickets like other theaters are doing?

Yes, they do on Tuesdays if you have a Regal Crown Club membership, only for the non-recliner seats though (at this location). Recliner showings cost $6.

Again, small town folks used to family vibe businesses. Restrooms need much attention. Sinks were stopped up and very rusty. The two "gentlemen" at the scan tickets booth were less than pleasant. Seemed very annoyed at being asked where the restrooms were. Snotty blokes. They need to be in housekeeping where they do not have contact with the public. Their attire was much too tight, left nothing to the imagination. I went to go see The Mandalorian and Grogu tonight and here is my takeaway from tonight: - The theater feels really clean and relatively new. The chair was very comfortable (no heater in the chair though) and the recline went further back than most places that I can recall. - The food service was interesting. I decided to go traditional and just get a large popcorn and a large Diet Pepsi (yea, yea I know :P). The price wasn't too bad at all for $9.75 for both. I am still unclear on how to get a refill on the drink though. I do appreciate that the servers did not disrupt the movie at all. I have gone to theaters in other cities where they would step in front of the screen at times and it was maddening. - What's up with literally over a half freaking hour of previews and ads? Holy crap. lol I'm just going to add 20-30 minutes to the start time going forward. - Popcorn was solid. Not the best, not the worst. The soda is a 32 ounce. You're really working to make that last while devouring a large bucket of popcorn. Honestly, I love those large soda machines like at South Point. - Service was a-okay. I see some people report bad service, but everyone I spoke to was nice. I was greeted with a smile when I first got up there and greeted with a smile as I left. The servers were alright. I had to wait a while for my drink after they dropped off the popcorn. The delay was so much that I had to go ask the server in our theater if it was still on its way. Luckily not a minute later I had it. I just downloaded the Regal app and I can see myself coming back here since it's like a 10-minute drive from where I live. There is a points club, etc and some pretty good promos on there if you're a movie lover like me. I will be back. 4 stars.

I want to like this location, and there are definitely some great things about it. It has a great IMAX screen, a great Dolby theater, and it always seems to get the newest AMC technology. And they always have the sound turned up! That said, the theater feels seriously mismanaged and is in real need of repairs and better upkeep. It is always dirty. I've been there for first showings of the day and still seen black marks on the bathroom floors. There is popcorn on the floor everywhere. The Coke Freestyle machines are constantly out of syrups, hot food items are often unavailable, and the overall condition of the theater just feels neglected. To be fair, the staff has always been extremely nice and polite. This doesn't feel like a customer service issue as much as a staffing or management issue. Either there aren't enough people to maintain the theater properly on a daily basis, or the staff they do have aren't being allocated to the right areas. I've worked at a movie theater before, so I understand the challenge of cleaning a theater in 15 minutes before the next showing. Because of that, I give some leeway when it comes to the cleanliness of the auditoriums themselves. But with so many theaters in Las Vegas renovating and stepping up their game, it's disappointing to see the biggest theater chain in the world lagging this far behind. For me, AMC 18 is a love/hate relationship. I keep coming back because of the screens and technology, but the cleanliness, food availability, and overall upkeep really need improvement.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this after being a loyal AMC customer for the past…read moreseven years, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. For nearly a decade, AMC was my go-to destination for the cinema experience. However, over my last several visits, the cleanliness of this theater has declined to the point where it's become unacceptable. The restrooms were severely neglected. The smell was unbearable--comparable to an unserviced outhouse--and the floor tiles were coated in a dark, grimey residue, and trash cans throughout the building were overflowing, leaving rubbish spilling into public walkways. It was obvious they hadn't been properly maintained. The auditoriums were equally disappointing. There was popcorn and trash scattered throughout the seating areas, cupholders were littered with leftover debris and garbage from the previous showings, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned between showings. It's hard to enjoy a movie when you're sitting in an environment that feels neglected and unsanitary. I understand that theaters get busy, but this wasn't a one-time issue and allowing a theater to reach this level of filth reflects a complete disregard for hygiene and customer comfort. This has been the reality over multiple visits, which tells me it's become a pattern rather than an exception. As someone who has supported AMC for seven years, it's incredibly disappointing to see the theater in this condition. I sincerely hope AMC addresses its housekeeping and maintenance standards because no customer should have to pay premium ticket prices to watch a movie in an environment that feels dirty and unhygienic. Until significant improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere or, and I hate saying this with every fiber of my being, watching streaming services. I hope this feedback serves as a critical call to restore the quality your long-time customers deserve.
