Since we moved into our house, there has been a leak in the roof in our unfinished attic area. Additionally the attic vent fan stopped working. We received a reasonable quote to have the fan replaced and the leak repaired. That was in November 2022 and the work was done in march 2023 for weather safety reasons. They came and did the work in a timely manner. Since that time, the leak has continued. They have returned several times without being able to find and actually fix the leak. Now it is winter 2023 and once again, the leak has returned. Roofmasters returned several times. This time they have narrowed the leak to a lack of pipe flashing. The problem with this? In November 2022, I sent a picture of ice and water to roofmasters calling out the pipe as a possible root cause of the leak. Either it was ignored or they attempted to fix and failed, or they repaired the wrong area. Regardless, I'm easy to work with. Things get missed. But I expect a business to make it right when mistakes are made. I would have been thrilled that they may have actually found the original leak, but now Roofmasters is treating this as if it is a new problem unrelated to the previous work order to fix our leak. Apparently they consider it a new job. ITS THE SAME LEAK! And they have GHOSTED me completely when I asked them to make good on the work we paid for. It's the same leak. Same amount of water, same location. Since November 2022. In fact, we left the buckets in the same place all year by a happy accident which meant it collected most of the water to avoid damaging our ceiling. Moral of the story, expect Roofmasters to need to come back several times to fix leaks and when they finally find the root cause, don't expect them to make good on their promises and stand by the quality of their work. They will probably treat it as an entirely new job/problem. What a scam! I had originally recommended them to many other people. I've been sure to reach out and withdraw my recommendation.

From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. They asked great questions to make sure nothing got damaged or misplaced, and the finished product was better that we had hoped! All scrap was removed and our yard was left in great condition. I felt my chimney needed a review because it had been over 20 years since the exterior had been looked at, so I walked over and talked to him. When he finished that job he came over, got out his ladder, and looked at my chimney which tops out at 2 1/2 stories. He figured out what it needed (1. cut-out and R&R one broken brick, 2. complete cleaning with a power wash, and 3. R&R the old flaunching on top), gave me a very reasonable estimate, and came back two days later to do the job. I could not be happier. He performed what he promised in a timely fashion, and cleaned up the site after he was done. He even looked at a little vertical crack I had under a bay window, and dug it out and replaced the mortar in the joint ... and he did not charge extra for that. So I have nothing but good things to say about this fellow. I have worked with four other masonry outfits (3 for estimates and one for a small job), and Steve at Masterly Masonry is far and away the best. His prices are reasonable and he won't nickel and dime you to death. He does quality work ... 'nuff said.

Scheduled job for 4/14/22, the earliest they had. A rep named Spencer called me at 7:39 am this morn & stated they would be at my home between 8:30-9:00 am. 9:02, 9:10; 9:30 no workers so I called. Spencer said he would check on it, placed me on hold and stated the workers told him they did job already. Hmmm still looking at cracked window. He said he needed to look into matter further. I requested a discount for Job, said he would check into it & call back. He did and said the guys were minutes away but the office could not offer any discount so i informed him to cancel job.
