Don't bother wasting your time if you need a smaller job done. They will come out and never call you back with estimate.

Horrible work, no English speaking workers on site. Destroyed personal property and did not replace items damaged. Still haven't returned to finish the work after almost 2 months won't return phone calls. read more

Buyer Beware Regal claims that their work is done by factory trained installers with factory trained installation. In truth, Regal has no installers and 100% of their work is hired out. For my job (replace rotted wood on house exterior), Regal hired four laborers (three of which did not speak English) who arrived at the job in an unmarked pickup truck. The laborers spent 3 hours on the job (the homeowner was billed for a job to take 1 to 3 working days) and left debris and a substantial amount of unused material at the site. No Regal employee was present during the work. When the customer (me) complained about the unsatisfactory job, Regal management threatened to file a warrant in debt and seek a mechanics lien on the property. read more

I rarely write reviews but felt this was deserving. If you are a potential customer, be warned that you may not get an estimate and your time will be wasted: - 4/4/24: David (Managing Partner) arrived to give me an estimate. - 4/9/24: I emailed David asking about the status of the estimate. - 4/15/24: I called, talked to Receptionist, she said David hadn't arrived yet but would talk to him when he came into the office. - 4/18/24: I called, see message above because I got the exact same response...she'd talk to Dave when he arrived. - 4/24/24: I called at 8pm thinking no-one would be in the office and I was going to leave a voicemail to have Regal lose my contact information. Instead I relayed the message to lose my information. Here is what makes me so angry about this whole process. David is a "Managing Partner", not some summer intern that may drop the ball due to inexperience. He personally came to my house to give me an estimate because he was told that I might need an estimate on a major 2-story 4-season room addition. I chose Regal because I need siding, windows, sunroom, all of which costs a lot of money and I want to know who I'm dealing with before I sign any contracts. It didn't occur to me at the time, but now that I've never received an estimate, I suspect that David didn't want to be bothered with small jobs. Regal, if you are reading this, you lost out on a lot of potential revenue. I was going to use the 2 smaller projects as a gauge of quality to see if I wanted to work with you on the massive ones. I had to move my work schedule around, contact you 3 times, all just to get a simple estimate. Since you clearly don't respect customer's time, now I'm asking you to lose my number. Avoid this company if possible. They came out reviewed the job, promised an estimate and I haven't heard from them since. I called and an even texted several times, left voice messages - again no response. In the mean while we have hired another company. read more

We had a major overhaul on our house, over $70,000, performed Regal Home improvements Co. (Our contact was under Lee Builders Supply Corp. T/A Regal Home Improvement Co.) Once the job was completed, we noticed after a rain the gutters were leaking against the back soffit and getting in behind the new siding. We contacted Regal's Project Manager who via phone message and a letter advised they would repair the work. Unfortunately, after many phone message to the Project Manager, this was not the case, we had to hire another company to come out and fix the issues. (See photo's). We did take this to the next step to try and recoup what we had to repay to get the gutters corrected, we went to small claim court. We did receive a judgment against the corporation, to no avail. (A lot of legalize email's between both lawyers advising of name changes and other stuff). In closing, BUYER BEWARE as they will do the work, take your money, but if there is an issue, you may not get the work corrected or reimbursed! read more

I setup an appt for Monday 8/24/2023, Mr D. Eckles came and measured out my job for deck railing, stair railings and gates at the stairs. He stated that he would have my quote by Friday 8/28/2023. As we were out of town until then, that seemed reasonable. At 3pm on Friday I still had no quote. I texted his cell at 4:10pm to ask if they were going to send me a quote. I figured I would give him until close of business Monday 8/31/2023 so I could make a decision between Regal and 2 other companies that I already had the quotes in hand. Needless to say, I never heard from Regal and went with another company on Tuesday. If my job is too small for your company, just say so and at least have the courtesy to call me back so I could move on. read more

I needed a to replace my old deck. Called Regal. Dave came out , gave us an estimate. We decided to go this company. Our deck turned out fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a deck built, window replacement, any type of quality home improvement. I'm very pleased with the work they did for us. read more

So, I need a deck. I had 5 companies come out. This one came out and said that he would get me a quote by Thursday. On Friday I called him twice with no answer. Called his office. He was out of town, would be back Monday. Called him Monday. No return call. Called the office. Was told he would be in in the afternoon and the lady on the phone took my number again and promised he would call. Two weeks later I am still waiting.....don't waste your time with companies that won't even bother to call you back. Even if he would have said..."we aren't interested as the job is too small" or whatever the reason...that would be better than no answer at all ever. read more

We had windows installed and I am sorry to say we were very unhappy with the process. The windows were weeks late. We hand to call to follow up and were made to feel like we were a bother. The installation was poor. We had to point out large gaps they left and we had to point out the rot they were going to cover up. The owners did not care and just made excuses. We will never use them again. read more
