Before purchasing a ticket please read signs posted at the ticket window. That's the only place you'll be able to tell if the movie will be shown with subtitles. The subtitles are wonderful for anyone with hearing difficulties, but I found them distracting. I didn't see the sign posted because I purchased my ticket at the credit card kiosk (you won't see it at an online purchase either). After tjhe move started and I saw the subtitles, I asked the ticket taker about it and he let me know some Tuesday shows are subtitled. I figured I must have missed the notice and went back inside, but a few minutes later decided I'd rather trade for a ticket for a different showing. Strangely, the man who appeared to be the manager refused to speak to me - I mean he ignored me for a moment, then looked at me and walked away. So, I went to the ticket window (which is when I saw the sign) and he was there with the person selling tickets and neither came to speak with me. Since I've never seen someone ignored like that at a ticket window, I expected it wasn't accidental and figured I might as well watch the movie. I recommended online that they add a sign for similar items at the credit card kiosk and online, since the cutomer won't know about the subtitles until the movie starts. Miscommunications like this one will happen, but I found the reaction to be quite odd. It's great that they offer subtitles for customers wanting it, but check to make sure you're not getting the subtitles if you'll find them distracting. The theater itself was good, since it's new, but my experience indicates you'll have difficulty getting problems resolved. read more

This theater is middle of the road, their always seems to be lines at the ticket booth and concession stand. The parking lot is directly in front of the theater making it rash to get to the doors when it's raining or snowing out. The cinema had the volume right for the movie. Not too many previews and loved the chairs.

I gooned up the Fandango purchase and clicked on the wrong night . Interquest allowed me to redeem the purchase if I came to the theater straight away. We were able to change the time to the matinee on the next day. I saved 5 bucks, got the timeframe I really wanted, learned a lesson on electronic purchases, and was able to interact directly with their customer service person at the the front box office. The manager was quite helpful too. Interquest has been a wonderful addition to our community. read more

Good theater, but there should be a single bank line outside to buy the tickets which would work better for people waiting in the freezing cold, instead of three separate lines. read more

Went last Friday and it was a bad experience! Could not find parking for twenty minutes, ended up with one of only seats left in very front of the screen and the whole picture appeared to be warped. The popcorn is low grade and I had to wait half an hour behind other cars to leave the parking lot. I can't wait for the new theaters to open at Chapel Hills. read more

Will not go to this theatre ever again! Was at the 7:00 show of Black Panther and for 3/4 of the movie a baby was screaming and crying!!! You pay good money to have a great theatre experience, and management doesn't care enough about its patrons to take care of the situation! Yesterday my family and I went to see the new Star Wars movie at this theater in Colorado Springs. My mom is a regal member so we push more to go to regal rather than Icon Cinema across the street but I can assure you after this last experience we will be going to Icon exclusively. We showed up and there was a huge line for concessions which isn't a big deal but when we got to the front of the line we were largely disappointed. We were told that they were out of Coke and a few other sodas as well as out of Large Popcorns... which were the things we were set to get. Prior to the movie my mom upgraded to a large popcorn from her rewards we were told to get the medium and we could probably refill it but we already purchased the large bucket. They would not give us another bag or anything and the staff was not helpful or considerate at all. Looked like no management there at all. This is one of the many issues we have had with this theater. I encourage people not to go to regal due to all these issues but instead to go to Icon where the staff is helpful and nice and well managed. I don't know what happened to this theater but they are going down fast. read more

NEVER go to this theater for a big movie premiere! We typically go to Hollywood Theaters since it's close to our house, and usually have a pretty good time (nothing notable usually goes awry). But last night, at the Star Ware premiere, things were handled TERRIBLY. I understand that the sheer volume of people makes it difficult to organize, but when we arrived over 2 hours prior to our showtime, we noticed there was no line. There's were no tie-offs, there were no dividers... people arriving after us were stepping in front of us! So we went and discussed it with the manager. At that point, it wasn't too late to make some necessary changes to organize the crowd, but we were told "we'll sort you when the time comes to take tickets." That means that the lobby was filled with shoulder-to-shoulder people all for 10:15, 10:30, and 10:45 showtimes. When the time came for us to proceed past the ticket line, it was MAYHEM. I watched people who arrived two hours AFTER we did proceed before us. The people who had waited in line for hours were angry, not everyone taking tickets had scanners for digital tickets... it was a nightmare. When we finally made it through the ticket checking station, not much else mattered. Big smiles were across mine and my husband's faces as we proceeded to our theater - but then we came across the manager standing in the middle of the hallway telling us to slow down (we were just walking quickly). So my husband mentioned to him in passing, "Next time we really need to have lines for each showtime." His reply? "NEXT TIME! Yeah, you know what I'm doing next time? I'm making you all wait OUTSIDE in the cold!" I understand the stress of the situation, I understand the difficulty of managing and organizing a huge group of people--but don't yell at us! Don't be rude and tell us next time you'll make us stand outside in 1 degree weather because your lobby wasn't organized! It really rubbed us the wrong way. If the movie wasn't so good, we would have regretted going entirely. For important movie premieres: make sure to go to the Cinemark off Powers. Otherwise the theater is fine (though always more pricey than others, and now I really don't feel inclined to support them). read more

Came for Friday 1:15 pm showing. Informed me there would be a $5 surcharge for that show because they were using the money to upgrade the sound system!! This is bait and switch and dishonest. Don't know that I trust them now. Really bad management call if management was in on it I'm a senior and will guide my friends elsewhere. read more

Very nice theater,not too crowded(we came to see the movie on sunday). Service is nice,lines move quickly,seats are super comfy and rock back and forward. The only small complaint I have and I might be wrong is the sound isn't the greatest. Coming here from California,we've been to some great movie theaters with some crazy sound,so I might be spoiled. We've also been to some horrible theaters there and this theater definitely blows a lot of Los Angeles ones(sorry I can't compare to any others here in Colorado,because we haven't been to any). Maybe we will try Imax next time. Don't get me wrong,the sound isn't horrible by any means,its just isn't the greatest. Bottom line,the whole experience was very satisfying and I am very pleased with this theater and will be coming back. Oh,and did I mention there is a huge building next door that seems to have bowling and arcade? We haven't had time to check it out,but I bet it is nice also. read more

I had been visiting this theater ever since it opened in 2008. It was the only theater I had been visiting. Well, a few months ago, when the new Kingsman movie opened, I went to see it and they asked me where I wanted to sit. They changed to "reserved seating" which is absolutely idiotic and I told them so. I also wrote to their corporate company and posted my displeasure on Facebook, but no one ever responded. I will NEVER set foot inside this theater until they change it back to regular seating. read more

I would recommend this place because the staff are nice and it is clean. The movie manager is polite. Popcorn is delicious, along with your soda. The theater is a good size, never super crowded, and the screen with the sound is awesome. read more

RPX- seating, Hmm lets see, leather cover seats, extra padded. That's good. No extra room though, just as narrow, maybe a bit tighter even. That is really bad, have to share arm rests, and $5.00 more per ticket. That really stinks, And they do not post the times that are RPX, so if you show up and the show you want to see is RPX and you were not aware, you can fork over another $5 per seat or wait an hour or longer. Imagine coach on a plane with leather seats, same small width, get up close to your neighbor. You have to pre-select your seat cause it is preassigned. Worth it, no way, Been to theaters with much wider seats, that recline the same but you do not feel like cattle squished into the seat. For $5 more per seat you think you would at least get your own arm rest on each side. REDBOX ALL THE WAY!!!, Perfect seating, cheap snacks, and a crowd the exact size you want read more

Clean theater. Good prices, esp because we had coupons from the Entertainment Guide. But, when we saw a movie Tuesday late afternoon the parking lot was a sheet of ice. Snow hasn't been falling all day but the lot was not taken care of/treated (e.g. with salt). read more

popcorn was not fresh, unable to relax before the movie start time due to loud commercials, start time was 4:40, actual start time was 5:00 due to having to wait through TWENTY MINUTES of previews. if the movie industry wants people to go more this aint helping. I won't be back. read more

A new theater that is clean. They do not offer any child/kid popcorn/drink meals so you will need to spend quite a bit if you plan on getting your child something. They also do not have any sort of child booster seat available. One of the employees said that he though they were working on that. My biggest problem with this theater was how close the seat rows were. If you have someone sitting in front of you and they lean back in the seat, the seat will hit your legs before it reaches it's max recline. I have never been in newer theater that had rows so close together. You can't but help bump the seat in front of you as well as your seat being bumped by the people behind you during the movie. While this theater does have quick access to I-25, I won't be coming back here unless it has a movie the other theaters do not. read more

Went in to watch a movie with several and sat towards the front. It was soooo cold in the movie theater that we all had our jackets, gloves and hats on to try and warm up. There literally was a breeze/ draft coming in. 3 ppl left during the movie to ask them to warm it up. The young kid that we spoke to graciously said he would report it to the manager, and he did. After the movie was over, 2 of us separately went to the management desk and asked to speak with a manager. The person I was talking to never even turned around all the way to acknowledge me, and snidely remarked on how it was impossible for it to be cold when there were hundreds of ppl in the theater. And that no one else complained.... Really?! At least 3 different people walked out during the showing to complain. I asked that as the manager, why he didn't get off his chair and walk into the theater to check it out for himself,and what reason would we have to lie?? Paid $14 per person to freeze indoors, and be ignored of our concerns. Will never go there again! read more
