Abby does a great job every time, haven't dealt with others salesman, don't need to. But even when its busy she's balancing everything really well always getting back. Once in a while a plant will have a bug or something but you can always skip those, the place is huge. Sometimes you get a free frog in the plants, that's cool.

They look like shit broken branches missing the leaves on the tops of all the branches and the root balls are all broken. They charged me a $100. For delivery so they could ruin my trees. Told them I did not want to place them in my open truck so they laid them down and drove them here no tarp no protection. Without letting me know all the deliveries in the past have been inside a truck. I spend a lot of money here, now so angry pulling my business will never recommend them online again. Will actively let people now how bad they treat their longest customers.

It seems as though the primary/only advertising this company does is on Craigslist. Fine, that's ok with me. They had a bed frame we liked, so we headed over to the store to check it out. At 11am on a Thursday morning, the whole plaza was a ghost town. Man Candy joked, as I straightened out my parking job, that I could take up 4 spots at once if I wanted. There was nobody else parked in the lot. Anyway, most of the businesses in the plaza are out of business, which lends itself to the overall creepy atmosphere. So we walk into the store. The surly dude at the desk is on the phone. Doesn't look up. Doesn't nod. No eye contact. Certainly no hello. We looked around, the bed we wanted to see wasn't there. Man Candy went to stand in front of the guy on the phone. Still on the phone. 5 minutes pass, Man Candy is showing AWARD winning patience (he generally gives up after 10 seconds or so), and the guy is still on the phone. Finally, he hangs up and looks up at MC, as though he's being physically pained by our presence in his store. MC asks the guy if they have the bed. Guy does not know which bed MC is talking about. No idea. He searches the website, and doesn't say anything. MC finally asks "well, did you find it?" and the guy grunts "yes". "Do you HAVE it?", he asks, finally showing his frustration. "No." And we walk out, saying nothing further. If you're the owner of this store, and this guy on the phone is NOT you, you need to consider, immediately, hiring someone else. This guy will put you out of business. If that IS the owner of the store, good riddance. I'm sure you will be gone within 2 months.
