Regions Fruit Tea add boba
Aaliyah R.

Delicious! Love the fruit teas & boba, so fresh and the boba is so soft and chewy. I personally get 50% sweetness & it's always amazing. Absolutely recommend, best boba around. They also have a small collection of games and a nice seating area so it's a great spot to enjoy your drink and hang out.

I was visiting Arizona for a week and discovered this place. Once discovered, I went 5 days in a row!!! The boba is out of this world. It's the perfect balance of real ingredients (not just artificial syrups and colors) but real fruit and sweetness that can be adjusted to taste. The basil seed lychee was chef kiss!!! I had never had basil seeds and they didn't disappoint. The lychee were whole and generously added. The tea could be chosen I went with oolong and added boba. It was absolutely amazing!!!

hojicha!

Ordered online via DoorDash and while it said my order would take a long time, it was actually ready right away. There was a small parking lot right out front and the store is located in a smaller strip mall. Inside it is very clean and well decorated. It would be a great spot to work or handout. The vibes and music were definitely spot on. I took my drink to go but I would definitely chill here. The Nut Biscoff Coffee was so delicious. I like to a bit sweet so I did 125% sweetness. Definitely recommend stopping in for a cold drink on a hot day. Great service as well!

Jasmine tea with boba - legit
Vivian H.

Pretty good boba tea spot. Nice interior and the Jasmine milk tea with boba was legit. My issue is as much as I try to muster my way out of being lactose intolerant, it doesn't seem to work. I didnt substitute the milk out and well now I am kind of paying for it. I can't seem to process SBUX's anything diary either or have dairy ice cream. Le sigh. Parking is annoying here with a small parking lot, so be prepared for that. I'd come back but would need to substitute dairy for coconut or oat milk.

Out of town guest and just found this spot heading out to Sedona but when I tell you we were all thinking about it the rest of the trip! Great flavor and presentation, cute shop and very friendly staff‍

So so good! We randomly dropped in here today for some coffee. The shop is small but very cute and aesthetically pleasing with a neutral palette. There are a few small tables and some chairs to enjoy your drinks. We ordered the Saigon Coffee and Pistachio Caramel Coffee. The Saigon was "stronger" and less sweet than the Pistachio -- both were good but the Saigon was excellent! The coffee balanced well with the salted cream and wasn't too sweet. My partner enjoyed both as well but also preferred the Saigon. Definitely try this place out! It was busy but service was fast.

This is my go to boba tea place in central Phoenix! I've ordered almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed me so far! I specifically love their fruit tea series - the tea flavor is right on the spot with a great balance of sweetness and fruitiness. Plus, all their drinks look so pretty. I sometimes also like to hang out there because the indoor space is so aesthetic. Although this place is busy during the day, you still find it comfortable and relaxing just to sit there.

Pandan coffee. Cold, as requested.
Deb P.

The positives: Tranquil space. The meh: They use syrup in their mango refresher and almost no "real" mango in the drink I did not taste any pandan in my "pandan" coffee. The service was cold. A smile goes a long way, lady! Meh. Barely 3-stars worthy in my opinion.

Ordered the Kyoto Matcha. The color didn't look promising and when I finally tasted; it was disappointing. Matcha flavor had no depth and the ratio doesn't taste good. Tasted like a lot of milk.

AJ S.

Order: matcha with red bean Got there when they opened and there were already people there from next door getting donuts. I'm not too big on matcha but thought I would give it a go since I love red bean. It wasn't sweet at all to me. Idk if I'm just so used to how sweet boba can be but (shrug). I believe it was only one size. I wish they would incorporate a smaller size. Service was speedy and the place was giving islander. Very cute decor. Nothing spectacular about the visit though.

Thai tea , 75 percent sweet with boba

Updating , that avocado chill smoothie plus boba was a pleasant surprisingly great drink and one of the few options with no caffeine :)

Stopped by Regions Tea for a little treat and a little work. The staff greeted us right away and was patient as we decided what to order. The store is clean and features a minimalistic decor. I ordered the Saigon Special which comes with strongly brewed cafe su da (Vietnamese Coffee) with their special blended of sweet milk topped with sea salt cream. I added boba. The drink was smooth and not too sweet and the sea salt cream was wonderful. Their boba was perfectly chewy. No wonder they made Yelp's Top Places to Drink in the Valley (https://www.yelp.com/collection/jxhL6S8v1UjYNB4l75zDpA). We had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Paris was good, but the experience did not warrant any return visit. They had a huge variety of options (sweets, meals, snacks, etc) in a few places near the ordering counter. The setup reminded me a school cafeteria. You pick up a tray, use the tongs to select your choices, walk up to counter, see more items peruse, then pay at the counter. The store was well decorated, very bright & colorful -- and the seating was quite comfortable (the whicker seats anyway). We ordered a wide array of savory & sweets. The salad needed more dressing, a few of the savory pastries were a bit chewy (had they been out awhile, maybe?), and most of the sweets were decent. The polite gal behind the counter offered to warm up the savory pastries but we declined -- I believe the heat would have made them more chewy. It was a bummer we didn't enjoy the food more. Very welcoming space in an enormous lobby, and easy to access. Chairs, sofas, bartops, tables... the seating choices are endless. Well lit, with a security guard tucked away to keep watch. The menu is straightforward, all the expected coffee choices, and a more extensive food selection than I'd anticipated. I chose to combine the avocado toast and substitute the toast for an everything bagel. They asked if I'd like chili flakes on that and... of course! The cappuccino was excellent, with dense, stiff foam, deep flavor, and perfectly portioned. The avocado bagel was phenomenal, with good, chunky avocado, spread thick on a buttered and toasted bagel. Plenty enough to spread along both sides and have a bit left over. The flow of customers was steady and they worked through all of the orders quickly and efficiently... really could not ask for a better quick coffee breakfast experience.

I've been frequenting this architectural marvel for over 10 years. While so many new shops try to mimic this vibe, none of them are Lux. Lux is King! The 11-Year Flashback: I looked back at my review from 11 years ago when I docked them a star for the "nightmare parking." Back then, I was a "to-go" only person who never envisioned myself as a laptop-hipster hanging out. Well, times change! I'm bumping them up to 5 stars now. Maybe it's the new competition nearby or my better timing, but the parking is a breeze, and I've officially embraced the "comfy chair" lifestyle. The "Cheers" Factor: What really sets this place apart is the people. After a decade of visits, it truly feels like Cheers--where everybody knows my name! Getting to know the folks behind the counter makes every visit feel like coming home. The Sip of the Night: I shifted from my usual plain Cappuccino as my target drink to include in a review to feature their Espresso Martini. I went with a Reposado base instead of the typical vodka, and it was stellar. With two full bars in addition to the coffee and pastry bar, craft drinks truly abound here! (Note: they have an amazing cappuccino too) The Comfort Classics: You cannot leave without the food. My go-to favorites? The Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese and the legendary Chocolate Chip or Red Velvet cookies. Return Factor: 100% I've been coming here for a decade, and it's still the gold standard. As I said in my review 11 years ago: "I see a book, comfy chair and cocktail in my future! Stumble home... Repeat."
