Large flan iced latte with whipped cream and caramel. Recommended by staff and OMG I could kiss the barista thank you!

This Mexican-inspired coffee shop is such a gem. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like a regular -- genuinely kind, welcoming, and happy to chat about their menu. I ordered the flan iced latte and WOW. It was incredibly flavorful with that sweet, creamy flan essence shining through, yet the coffee itself still had a strong, solid kick. It's the perfect balance for anyone who loves bold coffee but prefers flavor-forward drinks over straight bitterness. The prices are refreshingly reasonable, especially for the quality and portion size. I'm already planning my next visit to try more specialty flavors -- and of course, the conchas. If you're looking for a cozy spot with personality, culture, and amazing drinks, this is it.

Tres Leches Cafe is a Mexican coffee shop in Phoenix Arizona that is so cute and full of Chicano culture. The staff is friendly and accommodating and your food & beverages comes out pretty fast. Came here with work colleagues for a quick meeting and stayed for all of the delicious pan dulce, cafe con leche and shopping for gifts for family and friends. The art work and decor is a Chicana's haven. So many cute photo ops. Can't wait to come back here again to try more delicious items.

Absolutely loved it here! It's a must try coffee shop that will not disappoint you. I admire the culture and set up of the cafe along with the delicious and various flavors to try out from their menu. I went to this location yesterday for the first time and was treated with friendly yet attentive service from two employees: Amilia and Seefa. They recommended me a drink and made my experience even better. The cafe itself is cozy and has sitting area for guests to browse the place. Highly recommended coming here; one of my favorite coffee places in the valley!

Love this coffee shop - their delicious drinks with unique flavors, their advocacy and community philosophy, and their cozy and colorful welcoming shops. With so many coffee shops to choose from in Phoenix, this cafe is always one of my go-to suggestion for visitors and friends.

Concha, cream cheese & jalapeño, and a hot flan with whip

Visiting the AZ area from CA | We stopped here for some coffee and had a lovely experience!! The owner and staff are super friendly. apparently they are just reopening and I'm so glad they did. We definitely had to add this as a last stop before our flight back home. If you're in the area, please stop by and check them out! We definitely recommend you order the flan (iced or hot) and the s. rosa if you visit on the weekend, see if the jalapeño & cream cheese pastry is available. So so yummy!

The flavors of pastries were not great - sugar and food coloring mainly. Nothing else to add, disappointing experience, unfortunately.

I read that their parking lot fills up quickly but that there's a public lot across the street, so I parked there and crossed over. This cozy restaurant was fairly busy and we perused the pastry case while waiting in line, lots of tempting treats. My friend ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which are topped with blueberries. A lot of their menu items have pork in it, but they were good about substituting. The burrito usually has schreiners chorizo, hash browns, cheddar, sunny egg and chili oil with side of salsa verde. I asked for avocado instead of the chorizo. We brought our own drinks so didn't order any. We grabbed a table on their patio since the sun wasn't over our heads yet. It's nice out there and I think they have some fans going to keep the air flowing, and there was also a natural breeze. Our food came out and they were plated beautifully. My burrito looked good, but it had too much hashbrowns and also there wasn't any chili oil, which was a bummer. Maybe they normally put it on the chorizo so they forgot to add it to my avocado. The egg was runny which I like: The salsa verde was delicious; I love cilantro and it had great flavors. I tried the pancakes and they were fairly rich but I liked the tart lemon flavor and the blueberries, one of my favorite fruits. This is a nice place to meet up (small groups) and I'm glad I visited again.

Service was just ok. Not unpleasant, but not super-friendly either. I don't need to have anyone go out of their way to engage with me, but I generally like to have a smile, at least. Overall I did enjoy my visit, but at over $50 for 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts (a fritatta, pictured, and a breakfast burrito), this felt like a bit of a splurge.

I visited for the first time on a Sunday afternoon, just missing the late morning rush, so I had ample options to choose from regarding seating (there's couches, tables, stools)! As a first-timer who loves specialty coffees, I inquired about which drink might be the sweetest and best suited to my tastes, and through shared decision-making, we decided on the Azucar Morena! It's comprised of brown sugar and molasses, which satisfied my taste buds and coffee fix. There wasn't a wifi password sign anywhere, but upon inquiry, I received it and proceeded to chill for an hour or so before closing. I loved that they kept the door open to let in more natural lighting and fresh outside air on that serene Sunday afternoon. Overall highly recommend this coffee shop for delicious, unique specialty coffees. I can't wait to return to try more, including the pistachio espesso and cafe de olla!
