A look at the bar service area
George W.

We dropped in for after arcade gaming drinks. For games, they have pool and foosball. Not exactly what I was looking for, but hey, they are games. The bar is nice, dark wood. The event tonight was trivia, and we rolled in just in time to see several teams achieve victory. I had one of their Raspberry Regatta specialty drink (kind of fru fru, but it tasted good), and my wife had a Jameson's on the rocks. Bar service was cordial and prompt. The drinks were good, and there is a back way to get back into the Graduate Hotel we were staying at. All in all, a good time.

Fix the hours on the door! Here now, walked a distance and not open! Not in line with Graduate standards.

My, what a big establishment you have! This place, off the lobby of The Graduate hotel, is huge. Upon walking in, we walked for a while until we found the bar. It's much easier from the front entrance off the street than the hotel lobby. Drinks were pricey from what I could tell as 4 draft beers (Modelo and one other normal beer) was like $35, and they weren't tall boys. I had offered to buy the first round and we ended up only having one round. There were 2 Virtual "Bays" which had Golf Simulators, but they also had volleyball, football, soccer, baseball, hockey, and zombie dodge ball (which was difficult AF). We had fun for a bit while drinking our beers after a company dinner. It was also trivia night, which looked to have 2 people playing out of the 3 other people in the bar on a Wednesday evening in January. I'm not sure if it gets busier on other nights, but it was kinda dead on this one. I'd probably go back again if I stayed at The Graduate, but not sure if it's the right place to go, although I don't really know what else

Reiners Bar and Game Room blends old-school charm with an immersive sports-inspired dining experience. It is the restaurant at the bottom of the Graduate Hotel in downtown Providence. You can come in for a drink, have some elevated pub food or catch a game on TV with friends. You can tee off in one of their Topgolf® Swing Suites® or play some pool or foosball. The ambiance is really relaxed since the large windows overlooking downtown make it very cozy and warm. We had some drinks at the bar and the bartender was really nice and friendly. Very nice place to hang out before or after the theater, or any other event going on in the city.

My husband said I were staying at the Graduate hotel and decided to try out reiners as it's apart of the hotel. We were sat right away and our server came right over. He introduced himself as Bear or that's what we thought he said (our bill said David) but he made us feel like we've known him forever. To me that is the true mark of a great server. We ordered the chips and dip as well as the truffle tots to start. They were both amazing! We followed up with steak tips with green beans and fingerling potatoes. Again fantastic! Between the food and service this was truly a perfect end to our day! Also I'd like to mention again Bear/David and his excellent service!

We had some drinks and snacks which was good. The wings are standard but the cider was delicious! Regular service and when we were there not too many people so not that loud. I did enjoy the ambiance.

Pretty decent food and a good selection. My burger was great but my husband's salad was just okay. Looks like there are a lot of fun things to do here (some free, some $$). Might be a fun place if you have some time to spare.

I was lucky to have tried North when it was open so when I saw the former chefs were preparing the meal for Chef Night, I knew I had to sign up and was so glad I did. The meal was stupendous! The first course was shrimp and corn fritters. The fritters were filled with shrimp and corn and you can visually see the shrimp and corn. It wasn't overly doughy and the sauce was delicious! Chef Andrew described the dish and he told us that the shrimp was locally sourced from Dune Brothers. The second course was noodles with tomato and pepper dashi and grilled fish. The noodles were fresh, but it started to get a little clumpy. The dashi was really flavorful. The third course was miso tres leches cake with sakura whipped cream. This course I was the most excited about and it totally blew my expectations. Chef Andrew told us that they hand picked sakura petals and made their own whipped cream. The tres leches cake was moist, dense, and airy. The dessert was definitely the star of the show. Bravo to chefs Andrew McQuesten and Stephen Sternkopf for a wonderful locally sourced meal. Jean-Marc and the other bartender were also very friendly and accommodating. They checked on all the customers throughout the night and made yummy drinks. I had the Toasted Venture. This is one of the signature cocktails and has Toasted Pumpkin Seed-Infused Misguided Spirits Red Sky Silver Rum/Cynar/St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur/Rosemary Elixir/Mole Bitters. It was very good. A time at Clementine's is always wonderful.

It's best for small groups (no more than 4-5). I love the customer service here: our server explained the alcohol as we got each of our cocktails. I will admit, though, because I'm slightly hard of hearing, I missed a lot of the explanations, but that's ok. I came in a group of four and we all took sips of each other's drinks and that was really fun! Every drink was great, but I do favor my sake drink, white port/cream soda cocktail, the vermouth, and the one with the amaretto. Don't expect the menus to be the same as in this review! They do change it frequently and have non-alcoholic mocktails, too. We heard about this place from coworkers and that they had won an award for best new bar--an award that's well-deserved.

From our arrival, the hospitality was top tier. Warm, welcoming, unrushed. The space itself is cozy and intimate, with this beautifully curated burnt-orange vibe that feels a like a 1930s-40s Cuban lounge. Even the staff subtly matched the aesthetic and color scheme. You can tell a ton of thought went into every detail of this place. Every cocktail we tried was creative, balanced, and thoughtfully composed. Presentation was beautiful without being gimmicky. One of the hosts/servers took the time to explain each drink. We also tried the flan. It was silky, perfectly set, just sweet enough: 10/10. Once there, we learned that Loma's Latino-owned, and that heritage is subtly celebrated throughout--from their curated Salsa playlist on the high def sound system to their inclusion of Latin American flavors and ingredients in their menu. Oh and one of the details we loved most: there's no big wall of liquor bottles on display like you see in most places. They keep only a few featured spirits visible and tuck everything else away, which gives the whole space a more intimate, upscale, almost homey feel. In short: impeccable vibes, genuinely warm hospitality, gorgeous space, incredible drinks, and thoughtful details everywhere. Loma is exactly the kind of bar you hope to stumble upon when traveling--and the kind that makes you wish you lived closer. A must-visit. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

A lovely woman in the restroom overheard my friend and I unsure on where to venture, and she suggested this place! Moody and welcoming. Absolutely loved it. We went in ~10:45 on a Wednesday pm. Apparently they do live jazz weekly as well, but we'd come too late. A handful of bar patrons, a couple making out in the back of the dining room at their cute table, a lovely bartender, me& my bff. We really hit the jackpot for ambiance last night. Decor in there is so cute. I wish I took a picture of the table lamp on the bar. It was embellished with beads hanging on the rim of the shade. Our drinks were top notch. Mine was a citrus vanilla profile and hers was a savory martini. The sandwich, I had one bite of it was yummy. I don't like imitation lunch meats though. CATFISH was breaded and fried fabulously. Not oily. Crispy and crunchy. So happy to have discovered this place! The bartender told us they just celebrated 6 years of business!
