Highly Recommend!! (and I don't highly recommend much!) Over the weekend my daughter's passenger window was smashed in. She didn't know until yesterday, Sunday. So, we started the process - police report, notify the apt complex, etc and I began the search for someone who could replace the window. Most places were closed yesterday. The earliest we could get Safelight to do it was Wednesday. The earliest we could get American Automotive (Atlas) to do it was this Friday. I called Texas Reliable Auto Glass. The gentleman that answered was very polite and super nice. He said he could do it today between 11 - 2. My daughter had tried to clean up the glass but without a cordless vac she was just using a handbroom and had a meltdown because there was so much glass everywhere and such small pieces that she couldn't get it up and out of the carpet. So, I texted the gentleman and asked if they would also clean up the glass (maybe this is standard but we have never had this happen so I didn't know). I told him that I was 300 miles away and it is so hard to be a mom 300 miles away when things like this happen. He said that they had all the equipment to clean up the glass and that he told me they would take good care of my daughter and get it all cleaned up and done right. They showed up on time and my daughter says that the gentleman has been sooooooo nice, polite, and thorough. Then he called me to let me know that he had finished. Unfortunately I got a big rock chip in my windshield on a holiday weekend after driving up to Austin from Houston. The first company I called for a quote, quoted me a ridiculous amount for me to have it fixed and brought into them for the service. I called Reliable Auto Glass and Iman promptly answered the call and gave me a quote. Their quote was HALF the cost plus he's mobile. EVEN BETTER! He said he'd be at my place by 11 am and showed up earlier. He only took about 20 minutes to do the repair and was super thorough. In fact, I've never seen such thorough work before in comparison to the windshield guys I know back home. He was super personable and friendly. Your questionable practice just earned yourself this one star update. Follow up: My goodness, what a dishonest business! I reached out to you on Sunday, and you scheduled *Tuesday* to replace the windshield. I told you the address, and the location of my car, and you confirmed everything at that time. My Son is at college and his truck was broken into in a parking garage. the driver side window was totally smashed. I am in a different city and I requested a quote from several places and Mobi responded quickly and I did receive other quotes but this one was reasonable and they were able to get out and complete the job within a couple of hours. They worked with me and my Son through text to accommodate his schedule as he was in class. They fixed the window and cleaned all the glass out of his truck. I was able to pay through Zelle. After a rock chip quickly turned into a much larger crack across my windshield, I needed to have it replaced. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote and were able to have a technician come out and replace my windshield the following day! Well, this should be a bad review because the replacement windshield they initially installed had two large scratches in it..... Iman did an excellent job on my windshield. My husband and I came down to visit Lago Vista area from West Texas and had a gigantic rock hit the windshield on the first day of travel. My window was broken into the past weekend and i was able to get it fixed within 3 days compared to 12 days if i waited on my insurances preferred vendor. The staff was very friendly. Although they don't work with insurance they will help with an itemized invoice so you can submit for reimbursement via insurance. Highly recommend if you need a quick fix on that glass.
