Went inside where still no one came out but one was talking about his need to defecate but not nearly in such polite terms. No greeting no introduction and simply a did you need something. When I said I'd like to know more about vehicles they said what do you want to know? It's a car dealership, there are no prices, sell me your car using your sales skills. When I said I was no longer interested the other kid said fine, muttered something under his breath and told me to f--- myself. Pretty sure that's not how you do business.

They send her to another place for the inspection and it fails with a laundry list of issues and deemed unsafe and fire hazard. They won't fix it and say she's trying warranty fraud when in reality the car is a mess and they're to lazy and scummy to fix it. Absolute trash. Scum of the earth. Miserable lovers! Multiple people have had the issue and it needs to be shut down and turned into a homeless shelter something manchester needs more than these lowlife scumbags.

I live in Dover, NH and had to pay someone to drive me an hour to get there. When I get there it is dark, dreary, and wet so I did not notice these on the vehicle. The vehicle had been on their lot for 55 days so they obviously had to know the condition the vehicle was in and had been aware of these scratches. When I finally got the vehicle into decent light I noticed them ans of course was very displeased. Spoke to management and they did give the me the option to return the vehicle which is fine but when you already got rid of your other car to get this one, drove it back, registered it, and would have pay for another ride to go through the head ache of returning it, you really hope there is another option. They got back to me and are splitting the cost of fixing the scratches which I feel satisfied with.

Refusal of Warranty Service…read more I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV from Werner Mazda in April 2024. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced multiple defects requiring service. These defects and conditions have substantially impaired its use, value, and safety, including but not limited to: EV battery failure requiring towing and replacement within the first six months of ownership Repeated and prolonged failure of the MyMazda app climate control system following service Cooling system defects requiring radiator replacement Premature tire replacement at approximately 17,000 miles Ongoing loud noise and vibration when turning left Fuel or exhaust odor inside the cabin upon startup In October 2024, the vehicle failed to start and required towing. The EV battery was replaced. Following an oil change on December 27, 2024, the climate control feature in the MyMazda app stopped functioning. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the dealership, the problem remained unresolved until January 23, 2025, after Mazda Corporate confirmed an IT solution and the vehicle software was updated. On October 25, 2025, I brought the vehicle in for a windshield washer warning light, squealing brakes, and a recall. During that visit, Werner Mazda stated the radiator was cracked and required replacement. I was also told that all four tires needed replacement at approximately 17,000 miles. Although the tires were replaced at no cost, I was told I would need to pay a $129 alignment fee, which I declined. After this service, the vehicle developed a loud noise and vibration when turning left. On November 17, 2025, the vehicle was test-driven by the Service Manager, Dylan Gallagher, who stated that he did not have an explanation for the issue. Prior to that visit, I already had a scheduled appointment for November 24, 2025, for an oil change and to verify the recall, which was still showing as open on my account. During that visit, the oil change was completed, the recall was cleared, and a technician video was provided stating the vehicle was in excellent condition. Due to worsening noise, vibration, and a new fuel odor upon startup, I contacted Mazda Customer Service on December 26, 2025 and customer service rep, Starler scheduled a service appointment for January 2, 2026. Werner Mazda accepted the appointment and Dylan told Starler a loaner vehicle would be issued. At approximately 2:15 p.m. that day, I received a call from Dylan Gallagher informing me that the dealership would not be servicing my vehicle. When I asked why, I was told it was because I did not complete a survey after my prior visit and that, if I had, it likely would have been negative. I asked to speak with his boss and was denied. I was told I come come pick up my vehicle. When I returned to the dealership, I was handed my keys by Dylan and told that I could leave. No written explanation or repair documentation was provided. I was informed by Dylan that he had spoken with Eric and they agreed the vehicle would not be serviced. The vehicle remains under manufacturer warranty. Refusing to inspect or service a vehicle after accepting an appointment and issuing a loaner raises serious concerns under New Hampshire consumer protection and warranty laws. This refusal may be considered evidence of noncompliance with the manufacturer's warranty obligations. I have notified Mazda Corporate and filed a complaint with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau.

Now not even 3 mknths later his AC compressor has failed on the first time ever being used (it was 90° out the day it happened). Called the dealership back and explained the situation and said they wont commit to anything and I should call service to habe them repair since its past 30 days. This is my first time dealing with them as a dealer and I must say Im appauled that they dont stand behind their vehicles. They insisted when I bought this the car was in mint shape and would need nothing since they shpposedly went through it top to bottom. Buyer beware, these vehicles are not as they seem and their reputation does not match the service. I will never buy here again. Ill stick to Foss Motors who DOES stand behind their cars and would cover this if it were bougjt from them. In fact, since I have other cars with Foss they are giving me a 50% discount on parts and labor as a courtesy! Stay away from Ira Subaru of Manchester

I called and asked if they had a car on their lot so I could come and test drive it later that day…read more The sales person, Crystal, said it was available to come see and we set up an appointment. I drove up two hours to the location. A salesman walks out, and offers to help us out - but is confused, as the car is in the sold section. It turned out that Crystal had left, and there was no record of an appointment made for us. After more confusion and waiting, the manager had to come out and apologize because the car was sold. He said that Crystal did not check to see if the car was available. This was very frustrating as we wasted 4 hours of our time that day driving to see this car, and the sales person did not do a simple check, just blindly assured us. I do not know why she did not write us in, or why she left either, as she said she would be right at her desk to see us. I would never do business with this dealership because they wasted so much of our time due to a salesperson's incompetence. Ultimately the manager was apologetic and I know it is not his fault. I could not believe the wasted time due to Crystal; it was not a good experience. I will also say that it is sleazy that that car continues to be listed as available on their website and third party listings. I can only assume they do this to bring people in and then try and sell them something else. Inventory should be immediately taken down as it is sold, especially for this car as they made such a big mistake - but it is still listed.

As we were walking up to him, I told him that he has a tough job ahead of him, as we have been Toyota owners since the 1990's. MATTHEW acknowledged that and took on the challenge with a smile. He was genuine, not pushy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. I said, we continue to be Toyota lovers, but are hesitant to get a Rav 4, because this year it is a hybrid model. We were looking for something similar in size. He took the time to listen to what exactly we wanted in our car, which was a sunroof, heated, leather seats and safety features. We decided to look at the Honda CRV and take it for a test drive. Although MATTHEW was young, he obviously learned a great deal about being good at his job, he was extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. Before the test drive, he took us through the entire CRV, explained in detail the features that it had and how each of them worked. Throughout the process, MATTHEW was patient and never pressured us, making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. MATTHEW was easy to talk to, he answered all our questions honestly and provided helpful suggestions, which made our buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We would HIGHLY recommend calling Matthew Perez to anyone looking for a new car. You will not be disappointed! You can contact MATTHEW at (603) 657-5680. Donna and John R
