Angel and Angel Jr. live up to their names. I got estimates at 2 other shops which were ridiculously expensive. The bumper HAD to be replaced. The light HAD to be replaced. Beware of scammers! They have deals with shady tow truck companies that will pretend to be with insurance companies when you have just been in a crash. Then, when I wanted to get my car out of their lot, they refused unless I paid over $1,000! They didn't repair anything. They didn't do anything other than let it sit for awhile. Then, because the manager Angel said he "didn't like my tone" he tacked on a charge of $1,000. He didn't like my tone...because I was annoyed his shady tow deals had messed up a very simple procedure (I was in a crash, the insurance company sent a tow truck, I get towed to the RIGHT yard). read more

So I had an accident not at fault, the car was there for a week, got the estimate approved and check sent to me. Took the car there since it was late at night and nothing was opened at the time, the tow guy recommended them. I wasn't confident about the shop but it was only a front bumper and hood damage so I thought that would be okay. On the day of the check given to them I was told by 2 different workers that I would have my car delivered to me free of charge when the work is completed. I was told that I would be updated via phone and/or email for updates on the parts and starting repairs on the car. They did not start to work on the car until 5 weeks after giving them the check, said that the parts needed were backordered. I know the shops can be busy but 5 weeks. I had to call them every week to check on it, always told that the parts were coming the following week, and told the same thing again and again for 4 weeks. They never called me on updates, never. Finally after 6 weeks, I call them and I am told the car would be done in 2 days, just needed paint. After 3 days, it is not done yet, said because it rained they had complications, but they did not warn or call me. Finally after 7 more days the car is done and they are asking me what time I will be coming and pick it up (remember two of the workers told me that the car would be delivered to me on the first day) Couple hours later they called and said okay but that the car would be delivered next day because they test drove the car and they said they need to make a wheel alignment. (so basically the car is not done) it was around 8 pm, peak hours rush hour time, who knows. The guy said he would take and make the wheel alignment next morning. ( I don believe them, pretty sure they didn't, if so could not show or give me a receipt ) Next day car delivered to me by a tow truck company, here the list of what I noticed : - License plate bracket not straight (and not just barely, that was the first thing I noticed like 25 feet away) - Both fenders front corners popping out slightly and not properly aligned with the bumper, not really noticeable 10 feet away, but still. -Rough idle when starting the car. -One driving lamps light is out I decided to fix it in my own. After 2 days the battery died, car won't start, call AAA, guy checked and the battery is leaking, needs new battery. He Also a loose screw by the engine bay, not even surprised.. I only had one previous experience before on another car, but it was about the same damage ( bumper and hood ) But the work took 2 weeks, and everything was good, Had updates, phone calls and emails on the work. Always keeping in touch. After that experience overall I had with this shop. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

This place is great! I came here on a bit of a whim on my lunch break to get my entire mirror replaced. I had no expectations of getting it done the same day since every other place I'd called told me I needed to wait at least two days for the part to come in. I dropped my car off around 1 pm and by 5 pm my mirror wasn't only back to new, they even washed my car! Aside from that the total price was also significantly cheaper than any other body shop I called and the guys who helped me were super friendly. I highly recommend this place! read more

Where to start honestly that saying that (lo barato sale caro) that something cheap it ends up being expensive. At first like always the guy who referral to us was super nice and talk to angel who made it sound that they knew what they were doing but they told me 2 weeks it took 3 no problem but when they drop my car the back was not finish and they had to fix the bumper and they did such a horrible job it's falling and they didn't check completely and it also need it some mechanic part to be fix that they didn't take care of it and now my insurance is not paying had to pay out of my pocket plus had to take it to another shop to finish. First time experiencing RCC's service when I was recommended by my lawyer who sends all of his clients to Peter, and it was as good as it gets. Their personal tow truck driver drove to my house and picked up my car which was not drivable.. to take to the shop, and they also worked with my insurance to pay for a rental, so I was not in any frustrations or worries for not having a car. The damages on my car took about a month and a half to fix. I only wish they didn't keep getting my hopes up by calling in every other week and saying it will be ready by "the end of the week" when really it took a few more weeks, but they did an incredible job! The wait time was a little too much, but it was well worth it for their amazing job. It looks brand new, and every part is stock and directly shipped from the Toyota dealership. Reliable Collision Center is amazing! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Fortunately, this was the first time I had to take a car into a body shop. I called and visited at least a dozen other body shops before going to Reliable, including several of the big-name shops. I was encouraged to go to Reliable by a friend of a friend who works for an auto dealership. I am so glad I did. I dealt with Angel, who is great. I found their whole approach to be very straight-up and no-nonsense. I definitely got more honest and accurate information from them than from any of the other shops I visited. Their prices are also extremely fair. Nearly every other shop I went to looked at the estimate I got from my insurance company and told me they would probably have to request additional funds--which, among other things, can add a lot more time to the work, as the body shop has to renegotiate this total amount with the insurance company. Reliable was the ONLY body shop that told me that my estimate was more than adequate, which saved me that potential delay. They were also able to get me original manufacture (Toyota) parts, even though that is not what was provided for in my insurance estimate. Other body shops said that they would order the non-Toyota parts first, and only if they didn't fit properly would they then "possibly" be able to get me Toyota parts. Not Reliable: Without any hesitation they assured me and provided me with Toyota parts. From researching other body shops on Yelp, I was concerned both about how long the work would take (despite what I was initially told) and what kind of condition my car would be returned in. Well, Reliable had my car completed FASTER than they told me, even despite a delay they encountered due to flooding in the area. And my car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up, both inside and out. Most impressive of all, they even did EXTRA WORK on my car, repairing a number of small dents and scratches that were not part of the accident or the estimate I had. The exterior of my car looks brand new! See for yourself below. I don't know what happened with the one reviewer below, but I can tell you that no money was asked from me upfront. When the work was completed, I simply handed them the check from my insurance company. I never parted with one cent out of my pocket. My car has been hit 3 times this year. First time I got hit my friend recommended I go with RCC because he had a great experience and peter did an amazing job with his job. All three times my car was done perfectly and no one was able to tell I had been hit. Peter also never suggested to use after market parts and was persistent with my crappy former insurance that everything used will be original parts. That is one area that I'm not tolerant about. I can say anything but professional. Out of all the auto shops I've used this had to be the best one hands down. If your afraid to take your high end car anywhere I suggest wait am telling you that you need to bring it here. This shop is nothing but through with everything, there attention to detail even notice imperfections that needed to be fixed and it was my car I didn't even notice until they showed me. The staff is on point when dealing with your insurance company. They are friendly I have never met them before but the Manager Angle made me feel like one of the family. They even took the time to shuttle me around to find my cell phone and wallet when I lost it after my car was towed in. Once again the attention to detail carried over into the mechanics work. The only thing that I could say is they had it a little bit longer than expected I can't believe people would even complain about that I rather them have it longer because I know it wasn't a rush job and it proved to be right it was well worth the late. I would of been worried with the front end damage I had if they called me a week later to say that its finish you know if that happened In your heart it would be screwed up. Even if you don't have a high end car I seen them treat every car like it was. Where in a time that many companies are not military friendly. Not these guy very Veteran friendly. The whole front end of my Audi was somewhere on the I-5 they put it back together better than the dealership. All there work is backed up with warranties I wait a bit to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything was good with my baby and it was. We got into an accident and the tow truck driver sent from our insurance (State Farm) talked us into changing our route to this body shop instead of the one we normally go to. He told us that this body shop will not make us pay our deductible so we thought, "they get good Yelp reviews so hey we'll save $500!" Bad decision... Through no fault of the body shop, it took a month to work things out with the insurance adjusters but when the estimate was approved and the check was sent to us, they asked for the money before working on the car! When we questioned their "policy" of getting paid before the job is complete, we were met with an incredibly rude and defensive response. They claim they don't pay for parts with someone else's money. They get paid first. Every bodyshop I've ever been to, floats the capital they have to order parts, finish the job to our satisfaction and only then get paid. When I insisted this is not good business and the alternative would be for me to take my car elsewhere, Anjel threatened to charge us for "storage" for the month the car was kept there. So I threatened to tell the insurance company about their scam of not taking deductibles (which by the way is illegal) and about the tow truck driver to whom I'm sure they are giving kickbacks. He denied everything, calling my savings on the deductible a "discount" which we can apply to anything but his tune changed quickly. He told me to come get my car and they won't charge for storage and I did! Lesson learned. These guys are not on the State Farm approved list for a reason. They game the system and get customers by not taking a deductible. Go to a reputable place like Autobahn even if it means you pay your deductible. read more
