The kitchen and bathrooms needed some extra attention, but the rest only required basic cleaning. We have had this apartment cleaned many times before, and it normally takes around 2-3 hours, so we scheduled 3 hours this time. After almost 3 hours, the cleaners had not even completed half of the work. I was honestly shocked by how slowly they were working. What was even more surprising was that they themselves said they needed around 5 hours to finish. They initially recommended 4 hours, but based on their progress, it was clear that even 4 hours would likely not be enough. I was not willing to keep paying for several additional hours when the apartment was already relatively clean and the work was progressing at such a slow pace, so I ended the service after the original 3 hours. I understand that cleaning time can vary, but needing around 5 hours for a 1,500 sq. ft. apartment that had already been lightly cleaned by the tenants was completely unreasonable based on our previous experience. The efficiency was far below what we have experienced with other cleaning companies.

I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective.
