We got scheduled quickly and then Steve Sr. came by in our scheduled window to help me out. Steve was great! The first visit was good, technician seemed to fix issue temporarily. But after a few hours, the…read moreissue was back. The same technician said nothing wrong except short of refrigerant . We requested to check leakage first, the technician said it's big project to check leakage and we have to pay a lot, just refilling refrigerant will definitely fix the AC no cooling issue. Then we spent $1200 to refilled it. He even asked us to spend another $600 to change the capacitor which only cost $40. Then 3 weeks later, AC was not cooling again. we have to find another company to check leakage. It turns out the leaking point is just the connection pipe to the compressor. If at very beginning the technician checked that, we wouldn't spend twice for refrigerant refill and find another company to pay fix leakage.
