SAH felt dusty, hot and dark inside. Waited at the front counter for a bit til an employee greeted me. Nice and knowledgeable but SAH did not have the key blank either. Ended up at A-Abbott Locksmith in Orange who was able to cut me a new key.

I stopped in to have a key cut for my SUV using key blanks I had already purchased online, only to be told they wouldn't cut them because they weren't purchased from their store. At no point over the years was I ever told this was their policy. After years of supporting this business, they refused to perform a simple key-cutting service. Customer loyalty should count for something. Very disappointing experience. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Their gardening section has almost everything you'd need to begin gardening, whether you had a yard or an apartment balcony. I picked up a planter stand, watering can, soil, shovel, and a pot. It was easy to find things in the store. I was also looking for seed packets, but couldn't find it, and it was really hard to find a team member to ask for help. Eventually we found one, and learned that Lowe's doesn't have seeds when it's out of season. Good to know for next time!

The other big box stores we looked at had an ordering wait time of 2-3 weeks, while CW had many fire safe doors in stock and available to view in the store. Highly recommend this place for doors and fixtures, they are a bit light on bathroom and lighting options, but are well stocked otherwise. Another note to add is that CW doesn't do online ordering, so either you or your contractor will need to pay and pickup the items on site. The associates will also help you load items into your truck which is a nice plus.
