peach cobbler, watery Jambalaya and an overpriced burger and burnt dry hush puppies
    Casey R.

Wait time was awful 25 minutes ok. then get there and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. when the place had a couple of people sitting at the bar. the bar tender was very loud and rude sounding on the phone in front of customers totally unprofessional. and when I got my food was told no catfish sorry. why make me wait 35 minutes to tell me I am not eating tonight what I ordered and you still have it on the menu!! one and done with this place never will eat here again. and would not recommend it!! also the hush puppies sucked and were dry and overcooked and had a weird aftertaste. the jambalaya was watery and I have had real cajun cuisine visting new orleans.

This was my first time here. I met up with a friend so we could watch a band play. We decided to do a small pizza as an appetizer.. which they're small is the size of a medium. we ordered the lasagna pizza. The pizza was delicious. We ordered chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwiches were really good as well.. I had onion rings with mine, and my friend had french fries. We ordered so much food. We definitely had leftovers for both of us. I liked the atmosphere and the decor.

The catfish po boy was dry you could tell the sauce had been sitting on top for awhile. Inside smelled like stale beer and was not lighted well. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating, which is the reason it is getting a second star. Nobody at the table enjoyed their food, most items were extremely over salted and could not finish the meals. The loaded mashed potato side was more like a cheese dip.

This was my second time eating here. I sat at the bar both times. Food has been amazing. The first time I had the catfish nuggets and jambalaya. Today I had the catfish po' boy. I'm loving having a Cajun place in Middletown. The bar tenders have always been very pleasant and attentive and Ive been pleasantly surprised by their mixed drinks (they have an amazing special expresso martini). It is very clean and vibrant place that is kinda suitable for any occasion (stopping in for a quick bite, casual date, family and friend gathering etc...).

This is our 3rd visit. we love this place. Menu and atmosphere is wonderful. Kimberly is the best bartender. She will make your exact cocktail to your expectations and, man, they are delicious! Relish has great happy hour specials. You must try this place! Really!

I placed my first order with Relish 670 Bar on March 7, 2024. I placed an order for pickup and was told it would take 45 minutes for my food to be ready. I arrived 30 minutes later and to my surprise my order was ready. My food had been sitting waiting for pickup because the food was barely warm. Why was i told 45 minutes? When I looked at my food upon arriving home I was not a happy customer. As you can see from the pictures my food was burnt!!! Is this the quality of food a customer receives when an order is placed for pick up? I also ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it has no flavor. I don't usually say "never", but I will "never" support this establishment again!! If someone brings up this establishment it will not be recommended by me.

Tried this new place no sure what o expect. It's American comfort food. First the drinks were SO good. We got the ginger snap martini, jalapeño margarita, and ginger cosmo. The drinks were all we talked about for the first 5 minutes and they were so good. The apps were amazing!!!! And the jambalaya was also amazing!!!! The desserts were amazing!!! Basically everything was so good. I plan to come back

    Opening soon!!!

The restaurant wasn't too crowded, but there were still a fair number of people, which was nice. There were a few specials--chicken noodle soup, meatloaf, etc that seemed tempting as well. My mom wound up getting the chicken noodle soup, and she loved it! We split the pork burnt ends appetizer. If I had known how good the pork was, I would've maybe gotten the pork belly bahn mi. I know I'll have to get that next time! Because this appetizer stole the show. I absolutely will have to get it again next time. I got the fish and chips, which were stellar! They were heavy on the fish and a little lighter on the breading than I normally expect, which was nice. The fries and coleslaw were delicious too--I really loved the fries. My dad got the wings, which he picked when he saw they make their own dry rub. Really great stuff!! Heavy on the seasoning but delicious. I'll definitely be back!

First off, the ambience of the place is fairly nice though you would not know it from how many of the other patrons choose to attire themselves. If you're looking for a upscale, dining experience, other patrons would suggest this is not the place for you. They started off by attending to put us at the wrong table per our reservation. The table was apparently filled, and they moved us to a different table, which was perfectly fine as it was a nice booth with a window right next to the table. They then gave us several menus from which to choose, which was confusing as there were so many different menus with similar food options, including brunch, menu, a burger, menu, a dinner menu, a Mother's Day, special menu, and the regular menu. There were also two separate drink menus. We started by ordering some drinks and an appetizer of the meat and cheeseboard for the table. We put in our full order at just before 12:59 PM and the meat and cheeseboard came out fairly quick. Overall, it was the best part of our time at the restaurant. With regards to our main meal, we had ordered an eggs, Benedict, a children's pancake and bacon, special, and a steak and eggs meal. That was apparently a mistake as it took them over one hour six minutes before the food hit the table and when it did, it was a mess. The medium rare steak was cooked to a well done with the eggs being extremely messy and not very runny for over easy. The potatoes were dark and charred in places, but we're not crispy by any stretch of the imagination. The Canadian bacon had not been rendered well on the eggs Benedict and one of the two poached eggs clearly had not been poached appropriately. Also, my daughter indicated that the syrup was way too sweet, which was especially surprising as she is someone with a sweet tooth. The pancakes themselves were extremely dense and unfair and served on a plastic tray missing one of the size that was supposed to come with the order. It is clear that the kitchen does not know what they are doing as I was the second person in a row to have issues with the cook temperature on my steak, a problem that appears to carry over to other aspects of the meal as well. At the one hour mark, I've been so frustrated. I had requested to speak with a manager and he was actually the one who brought out the food to our table. There was a good four minute gap between two of the meals being brought out and the third meal, which is what my wife had ordered for her Mother's Day brunch. By the time the eggs Benedict came out, I showed the manager my stake and eggs, and he agreed that it was cooked to a well done rather than the medium rare I had ordered. I had overheard the exact same issue on the next table over where the older woman had not gotten her meal until nearly all seven others at the table had completed their food. At that point, I sent back my steak and indicated I did not want it to be remade as I was done with the place. Shirley, thereafter, I was clear the rest of the family was of the same mind as the meals were a mess and cooked improperly. The manager eventually came over and indicated that he is going to take care of the entire CHUCK which makes sense sense more than 75% of the food ordered had been uneaten or inedible. The service was no better as waiters and waitresses would walk by and failed to refill empty water glasses, even though they would look right at the empty water glass and would have pictures of water in their hand at times. One waitress went to five separate tables around us, including table she was not serving and failed to fill our water, but filled water at other tables. Our waiter was also missing an action for a good portion of the meal. Despite having the meal taken care of, I did leave a small tip for the waiter, though nowhere near what I would have had the service been even somewhat competent. This is a major disappointment as the last experience I had at this restaurant for dinner had been so positive it convinced me to book the place for Mother's Day brunch. I'm not sure if this was a one off situation but I would never recommend a return to this place based on the experience I had this day. What's worse, our reservation appeared to fall between two rushes as we were the second table in the rush that showed up about 10 to 15 minutes after our arrival at the place. As such, our food should've been fairly quick and coming out but others who ordered their food more than 20 minutes after our table received it with no problem. I have to say that the Taco Bell we had as result of this poor food service was Myles and Myles better than the food experience at the restaurant itself.

My friend and I were out shopping and wanted to grab lunch. She was craving a sandwich so we headed to Cotton Hollow. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and seated in the bar area at a high top. We couldn't decide between inside and outside so when we were seated at a window table over looking the patio, we had the best of both worlds. Both the dining room and bar are lovely. There are tons of GF options, but I always go for the choices I normally can't have elsewhere. They have a dedicated GF fryer so I opted for the fried fish and sweet potato fries. The fries were crispy and lightly salted. The fish was tasty and crisp, but a little dry on the thinner piece. The coleslaw was an Asian style slaw, which was not my thing. It was a bit odd for me. My friend opted for a chicken wrap and it was insanely large and she said it was delicious. The photo is only 1/2 of the sandwich which she took home. I had the red sangria. It was drinkable but had a bit of a sour taste and no fruit. My friend had the Hugo Spritz, which was perfect and refreshing. I have been here a few times and they are consistent and have a wide menu. It's on my list of regulars. Hint, if you go to Sayulita and can't get in, this place is right across the street and a good choice.

It was served over a bed of fresh vegetables with a salsa verde sauce that tied everything together really well. For dessert, I got the cheesecake. It looked small at first, but it was very filling. It came with a strawberry and a side of fresh whipped cream. The flavor was a little unique, not as sweet as I expected, but it worked really well. The service was good throughout the night, too.
