Took my deposit and nothing. When thinking about though the overall price was reasonable the breakdown was wrong. Deposit was three times what I had previously paid on deposit but the driver portion was the same.

Had questions and easily called in and had all my questions addressed. All necessary instructions for drop off were sent in an email. I worked out all the logistics of where I would get my car washed, what time I would get to Pier C, and arrange for a ride home. I chose Lyft. Time at the port took about 30 mins. It wasn't busy. I drove up, on entry, they have you pause in this area that has dozens of cameras facing the car. Only takes a few second, the proceed to park, check in inside the bungalow, then wait for someone to do the inspection. I was given my receipts and was told I could track shipment on their website. Upon drop off, I step out to the side walk and called my Lyft. I checked the link daily to see when it was loaded onto the vessel, when it was at sea, and when it arrived in Honolulu. Dropped it off on 10/10/22 and picked up on 10/20/22, just 10 days. I checked in at the pier office and waited about 8 mins before I was called. I was given time to check the vehicle before driving out out. Great experience all around and will definitely use them again.

With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. Transported with relo a couple times already. Sam was very helpful during the whole process. He quoted me a reasonable rate and said he would be in touch soon. Sam and his distpacher contacted me daily to give me updates. It did take a bit longer to be picked up than i expected but they still get five stars from me for their honesty and communication. I shipped cars many times before with other companies and its mostly all the same theres no guarantees for pick up dates and sometimes I've had to add some more money to get a quicker pick up but those companies will promise you everything and chargw tou more without letying you know whats going on first. I've found relo to be an honest company. They will check in with you and give you options if the car is taking a while to move. Other companies just dont do that. Thanks read more

Had a good experience shipping my car with relo auto transport. I've shipped cars before and it's usually the same, get a quote, wait for the company to call and let you know when it can be picked up and all that. The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable and didn't push me to book with them. I called around and got other quotes for about a week then decided to book with them. the reason for only 4 stars is, Unfortunately, when I called back a week later the price had changed. only by about $40 but when I asked to have the previous price honored I was informed that it was only good for a week. Other than that they provide great service and seems like they really know their stuff. read more

I transported my truck with Relo this past week for my move from the Glendale to Canada. I didn't want to pay the high import fees so they recommended shipping to Washington and driving the rest of the way. This saved me hundreds of dollars! I've shipped cars before using other companies and i have to say they have the best customer service i have ever experienced with an auto transport company. Affordable auto transport service! I use relo about twice a month for the past 5 months to get my cars from auction to out lot. It's hard finding a reliable company to work with since there is so much competition out there but its just always a pleasure to work with them. Upfront pricing and if we are ever on a budget for a certain transport they work with us and do all they can to get us the best pricing possible. I had never shipped a car before and heard many horror stories about the process from others moving across country but Sam was a great help and very friendly. He explained to me upfront that I may have a longer than normal wait time for pick up because the route that I was moving from is not a very common route being that I am moving from a rural area. however, he was able to have my car picked up within a week no problem. My son goes to school at Berkley so we shipped his car up there for him. Sam was a great help to us. This was the first time we have ever done something like this and he was very informative and walked us through the whole process. We got the car picked up within a couple days and it was delivered just as quick. We shopped around for a bit to get the best price but some of the companies we contacted we just didn't feel comfortable with until we ran across Relo. Booked with them so ship my car home from San Fran to Texas. The service was great. The rep I booked with and the dispatcher were great. they both kept me informed of where my car was and updated me daily. The driver did have a little delay due to a tire blow out but both the driver and dispatcher called me right away to inform me and again right after he was up and running again. The rate was competitive in my mind. I have transported cars before in the past and after a couple times I realize that you get what you pay for. Used them 4 times already to ship our cars. My company just started a contract with relo auto transport to ship our cars purchased from auctions to our dealership. I have to say they have the best prices we have seen in a while and they deliver on those prices unlike other companies that hook you with the low rate then jack it up after you sign their contract. Bought a car from a dealership in northern California and needed to get it shipped to my home in Palmdale. Found relo auto transport in an online search and gave them a call. They got me a great price and got my car picked up the next day and delivered the same day. I chose to have door to door service and the driver took that seriously delivering car directly in my driveway. Minor issue with the driver and Sam was immediately on top of it when I alerted him. Turned out to be a non-issue, but it was nice having Sam deal with it instead of me. And the companies themselves largely don't provide a lot of info to distinguish themselves before you choose them. So overall I was incredibly pleased and perhaps even a bit surprised that this was such a seamless, easy experience. It was done in the exact time frame promised, and communication with James and his colleague was reasonably frequent when requested, and always clear and friendly. I know delivering a car to the city can be challenging to certain locales, so originally they asked me to meet somewhere in Queens which was fine, but when a conflict câme up for me they drove the car the last stretch right to my door. Everything was in perfect shape and done on time--the car made if rom Glendale California to the Bronx safely, in perfect condition (well, in the same condition the 12 year old car started out in!) and with no extra charges....honestly a much easier experience than I expected and I am quite grateful for that!
