This place is a whole vibe. I've been looking for a cool spot in Santa Fe and this one really delivered. The music was great and they even had a DJ mixing it up. The food was yummy, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere was on point. Customer service was really solid and the inside has a nice setup. If you're looking for a place to hang out with friends or a chill date night spot, this is the move. Good vibes and good ramen. I'll definitely be back soon. Finally found an opportunity to stop by thanks to the Winter Walk, and they had a new offering of ramen in to-go containers! I like the smaller serving size, and walking around slurping on noodles is kinda fun. The ramen itself is pretty good too. How did we not know about this place sooner? There's really no parking out front but find a street spot out by Bumblebee's. It's worth coming into Remix Audio Bar! The Japanese/Korean menu is fantastic and they have GF ramen. And, the owners are wonderful people. My hope is that everyone discovers this place ASAP and maybe in the future they find a building in Santa Fe that is worthy of their presence. Come in and enjoy. read more

We walked in, and a set was already creating a groovy mood fitting our appetite for some ramen. Then, the power went out. The staff took time to prioritize the safety of the kitchen and staff, and then were so lovely to still accommodate us for dinner. We had their vegan broth and it smacks. They sat us outside in the back patio by candlelight and played us the previous night's set from a portable speaker. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere and staff, can't wait to go again read more

The atmosphere here is out of this world! Beautiful decor of stylish, music memorabilia in each room and a live DJ created an unbelievably relaxing space. Each room had its own feel. Two 8 year olds and a 5 year old where my guest and they felt so grow up drinking their fabulous sparkling drinks, while playing puzzles and a game of chess. Justin's hospitality was impeccable. Justin made me the Light Room, which was a delicious blend of aromatics and ginger in sparkling water, which relaxed my entire body. I left feeling REMIX like I had exhaled all of my worries and breathed in a fresh breathe of life. Welcoming ambiance, wonderful hospitality, and the kind of vibe you don't find anywhere else in Santa Fe. Plus the drinks... amazing matcha, coffee, and adaptogenic elixirs in all variety. I decided to check out this place randomly during my trip to Santa Fe. I can officially say that this place is the best coffee shop I've ever been to. The owner of the place, Justin, runs a really nice initiative related to training new people how to DJ in a cozy and comfortable environment while also running a coffee shop, hence the Audio Bar aspect. He's really nice to talk to and super friendly as well. My exhausting day was made much better by Justin. The elixir that I bought was so flavorful and it gave me a much needed boost. Always dreamed of opening up a spot like this back home! A humble but fierce, community hub that supports local artists. Great spot, played a few games of chess over some ice tea and dope music ranging from electronica to hip hop and jazz. Remix made my summer. I've been to quite a few artisan coffee shops and have yet to visit one with the menu options, sense of community, and empowerment of next gen artists that Remix has. I initially scouted out Remix as the only place in Santa Fe with kombucha on tap but upon getting there, I couldn't not get a few more drinks off the menu. The kombucha was floral and crisp and the Eye of the Tiger had a mildly sweet and surprisingly robust flavor. My favorite was the Atomic Blonde tea. An absolute must-have. I was skeptical when the owner said it was one of his favorites (how could a simple tea beat something with a name like Staying Alive or Dirty Mama?!). But it was everything I could ever want in a tea. Subtly sweet, herbal, warm, with the faint taste of turmeric. I swear it changed flavors in my mouth. The place is small in terms of square footage but delivers big on everything else. I would come back to Santa Fe just to visit Remix again. The owner is so dedicated to maintaining this beautiful space for budding artists and committed to putting out into the world what he wants to get back. It was a privilege to stop by. read more

This place is a very nice and welcomed respite from the hustling and bustling Plaza. Walk past the line for ice cream to go upstairs and get yourself a Taste of Chocolate (mushroom tea)... The guy working ( owner?, barista?, dj? All of the above?) was very friendly. The place had a cool vibe and would be great to play a game or two ( they even have some on the tables). The coffee was bomb - I wasn't familiar with where he got his beans from but it sounded like he had spent a lot of time researching what beans would give him the coffee characteristics that he was looking for - think he said LA? History

Established in 2018.

In 2018 Justin Ray (13Pieces) and Julie Grace (Mizz Joolz), both from New Mexico, joined forces to create Remix Audio Bar at 101 W. Marcy St. It’s started as a coffee shop and DJ school and transformed over the pandemic into a live stream studio and resource for local music producers and DJs to hone their skills and connect with other artists. Remix also begin offering equipment rentals, DJ services and events. In 2024 Remix Audio Bar expanded and relocated to the former Fire & Hops building at 222 N Guadalupe and with the addition of a kitchen consulted with Chef Joel Coleman to create a traditional Japanese style Ramen Bar and Izakaya style menu. Now, Remix Audio Bar, DJ Dojo, and Remix After Dark Ramen Bar all live within Remix Coffee House. Their passions combined are creating a unique way of nourishing the community with food and non alcoholic drinks and in a vibrant environment that promotes creativity, self development, and a healthy party lifestyle.

The interior is classy and very comfortable. We were seated at a nice comfy corner booth. The soft music in the background was soothing and just noticeable enough without being a distraction. We were served complimentary flutes of local sparking wine and a fresh baked bread basket and butter to start. We then ordered cocktails and three starters. First was a split plate of the endive smoked duck salad with a warm bacon vinegarette. Wow...this was nice and refreshing. This was followed by the crab dumplings with fresh corn and peas and lobster sauce. Delicious! The final small plate was seared foie gras on top of banana bread toast. This was very good. I miss foie gras. Unfortunately, it's banned in California. They had a 2023 Sea Smoke "Ten"Pi ot Noir on the wine list. This is one of the best Pinot Noirs produced in California and not easy to find. This was a no doubter and we ordered a bottle to pair with our entrees. My wife ordered their signature elk tenderloin for redemption because the restaurant the night before failed at executing this. I ordered the tomahawk pork chop. This was cooked to perfection with a nice thin crust on the outside and a perfect very light pink juicy center. We ordered a side of brocolini that was pan roasted with shallots and butter. Everything was very good and Michelin grade in our opinion. Lastly we ended the evening and split the tiramasu type of desert. My wife had the expresso martini and I had an 18 year old Glen Morangie scotch neat. The service was excellent and worth the splurge. This is a must when visiting Santa Fe.

Cold bell peppers in a corn tortilla- yikes ! I returned the carne asada before I could take a photo and opted for 2 carnitas tacos instead- tasty, but nothing special. Their green salsa is the saving grace of the tacos.

Think Jimmy John's with avocado on everything. The biggest problem, though is that it is far from ADA compliant. Both my parents use walkers and getting them into the restaurant was difficult. Once inside there is a big step down to get into the main dining area. Maneuvering through here was just difficult enough that we wouldn't be able to return here again even If we wanted to.
