What an amazing explosion of flavors! My spouse started with a smoky Negroni that was one of the…read morebest cocktails she has ever had. I had a glass of the tapestry Casera mix. Moderate body but very flavorful. We decided to try several of the appetizers including the Hamachi crudite, tuna tartar and miso roasted vegetables. Each dish had its own flavor profile that was absolutely out of this world. We segued to the grilled grouper in a burre Blanc sauce - and then had to order bread to soak up the awesome sauce! The fish was incredibly flaky, moist and flavor We ended the evening with a coconut Panna cotta. Our server, Taden, gave us excellent recommendations, was attentive and a pleasure. We were also very happy to meet one of the owners, Heather. Do not miss this restaurant. This is a must if you come to Santa Fe.

The hostesses let us know they did reach out but the number didn't go through (was wrong in their system). Both hosts were super polite & friendly. They were able to accommodate us. This place is small and they seemed to have reservations the entire evening but they still managed to get us in! We ended up not waiting the entire 45 minutes and were seated at a table for 4, comfortably. We didn't mind squishing in as they did let us know before hand it was for a 4 top. Our server was so lovely and super attentive! She told us the specials, and let us know about the ordering process (everything ordered at once, coursed for us). We started with the focaccia, which comes with olive tapenade & goat cheese. I would die for the olive tapenade recipe! It was SO good. I couldn't stop eating it. Our table also got the octopus, which I did not try, but it had rave reviews from everyone else. We ordered their burger, sea bass special, bolognese, and cocktails in addition to our apps! For dessert, we opted for the blueberry lemon tart, and creme brûlée. So good! I was so full by the time we got to desserts but had to have a few extra bites. I ordered the basil gimlet, which I haven't stopped thinking about. It so tasty, and refreshing! The perfect spring drink that I'm now determined to recreate at home! Everything was delicious! You can tell & taste that everything is made from scratch and fresh! Thanks to the chef & staff! WOULD recommend!!

We decided to head back up this year for my birthday and noticed this new restaurant and aren't we glad we did.. Food 10/10 Service 11/10 Everything else 10/10 We walked in and are instantly greeted by the great staff working there, after sitting down we quickly ordered the tapas style menu. We honestly ordered 4 other things but we ate them so fast I couldn't snag a picture - trust me you don't want to see a polished plate. Fantastic work on this place - if you are reading this review I urge you to pop in and try some dishes!!!

We made a visit to Elevated Pour on a beautiful winter evening in February. Not entirely certain if…read morethey were short-staffed or didn't have a welcoming host, but they were very busy with no open tables initially. We were told by the bar staff to give them a moment to seat us, so we waited outside on the front porch. This liminal space of time provided us the opportunity to observe the evening hour turn to dusk, and notice light changing into shadow across the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Eventually, we were told a table by the window opened up -- which was most serendipitous for us. Despite what seemed to be a staffing issue, the bartender graciously saved the day with his genuine hospitality/attention, and even brought our drinks to the table. Our food appeared remarkably fast, and disappeared from our plates just as quickly. I highly recommend the butternut squash soup and pistachio gelato (so delicious). The only true down-point for me was the lighting inside, as it was far too bright for my liking (ambiance goes a long way). With regard to collective experience and 100% worthy of mentioning, Elevated Pour ended our evening in Angel Fire on a most memorable note -- the night sky became lit up with stars visible to the naked eye... pure magic.

35 North is located at the Shops at Santa Fe on level 2. There was plenty of signage (shown in the…read morephotos) directing us to the right location, so it was easy to find. The café has a cool, modern vibe with plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. They were very busy on a Saturday morning. The counter staff was very matter-of-fact. Not rude, but not especially warm or welcoming either. Honestly, I got the impression she was just under a lot of stress. We also asked another staff member if we could use one of the patio umbrellas (they were all closed for some reason), and he was prompt and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, a meat-filled empanada, a honey latte, and a cold brew. The cold brew was a little too dark for my taste, though coffee preferences are definitely subjective. Interestingly, there's a place in Albuquerque that has an almost identical flavor profile. The toasted everything bagel was very good, but it didn't come with quite enough cream cheese. The single cream cheese packet also felt a bit lackluster presentation-wise. That said, when we asked for more, the response was friendly and accommodating. The honey latte had beautiful latte art and great flavor, definitely a highlight. The empanada, filled with ground beef, green chile, and piñon, was a bit over-toasted, but the filling itself was flavorful, even if somewhat sparse. Overall, I think 35 North has a lot going for it and could easily elevate the experience with a few small improvements to consistency and customer service.
