    Had a fridge delivered, I understand this is a scratch and dent outlet. My fridge came and no…read morehandles for the doors. Delivery guys were very polite and let me know they left them at the store, no big deal. I call the store and speak with two very rude managers. I guess it was my fault that I didn't go through all the sealed boxes that were inside the fridge to make sure all the screws and handles were inside in addition to all the other parts and pieces that were inside the boxes. Told me what did I expect when I was getting money off because of the outlet. Before I checked out at the store they had me do a dog and pony show where they had me look around the outside of the entire fridge for damage before signing off on it. Apparently missing door handles is a normal risk to run here but no one will mention it until after the delivery and then act like you are less of a consumer for purchasing from the "outlet". Customer service does not extend to the outlet stores in the Lowe's family, I had them come and pick the fridge back up and bought it at Home Depot instead brand new for $400 more than the outlet price. Lesson learned, never again. I won't shop at any Lowe's now moving forward but it won't matter since they are so big, they do not have to care. YOU WILL BE TREATED AS LESS THAN A CUSTOMER IF YOU SHOP HERE.

We…read morepurchased a stove and dishwasher from this store over three weeks ago -- paid in full, two separate delivery windows confirmed, and we were assured everything was handled. It was not. Since then: no delivery. No communication. No callback. No refund discussion. Every call we make gets dodged or ignored. We are a household without a working stove or dishwasher because we trusted this store's word, and that trust has been completely violated. The sales experience was smooth -- because that's where they want your money. The moment the transaction was complete, we became invisible. This is not a minor inconvenience. This is a failure to fulfill a paid contract, and it is unacceptable. To be clear about our next steps: if this is not resolved with a confirmed delivery date or full refund by this week, we will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with our credit card provider. We will also continue to update this review publicly as the situation develops. We are not going away. We are documenting everything. To management reading this: you have our information. You know who we are. Do your job and contact us.

Had to carry heavy items back to car when I specifically did curbside for this reason. The Employee that brought it out (another female) told me " if they can carry it, then I can" not even knowing my medical condition. Goto check out the lights, and it's a mess. The lights aren't organized by size, brand, style, intensity, anything. So naturally there's a giant pile up of people all looking for things who can't find it. The staff are climbing all over everything because they can't find anything logically either. Give up and head over to the shelf brackets. The high end metal brackets are all of them, every last one, covered in scratches and scuffs. These are $20 a piece brackets and they're completely destroyed. The staff are courteous enough but Home Depot lives to ruin their own merchandise and this is no different.

And they sure came through! We found a couple of fridges available through the outlet for a few hundred dollars off due to minor cosmetic damage. I called on a Friday morning and Jason went and double checked that the fridges were there and re-described the "issues" with each. Within half an hour we had our fridge ordered and paid for. Delivery for new orders was pushed out nearly a week when I called, due to the volume of sales from the tax-free holiday. I understood the situation and was ready to live with no fridge for several more days. But here's when they went the extra mile - I had mentioned offhand that our fridge was out of commission during our conversation and without my asking for him to do so, Jason said, "since I know you have no fridge, let me talk to the delivery team and see if I can get next-day delivery for you." And HE DID! Delivery went very smoothly. I was texted with a link so that I could track the progress of the truck to my house online. Gerber and his crew showed up bright and early Saturday morning with my lovely new fridge. They were efficient and friendly and explained everything. When I couldn't get my sliding door to lock properly after they'd gone back to the truck, I thought that maybe they hadn't reassembled something right (they'd had to take the handle off the door to fit the fridge through) and went running down the driveway. Gerber came back up to the house and even though as soon as he looked at it, he saw that what was malfunctioning wasn't a part of the door they had disassembled, he still took a few minutes to help figure out what was wrong. And the "cosmetic damage" that got us about a 30% discount on the fridge? One tiiiiiny little ding in one of the doors that is barely visible. All in all, a very stressful experience ended on a high note thanks to a company that clearly understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service and hires folks who are proactive, friendly, and helpful.
