Not Dany Maids, I sent them photos and they gave me a quote for a while house deep clean, and they stayed to their quote! They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! When I found Home Cleaning Home on Yelp through their very high reviews and Yelp guarantee, I was willing to take a chance! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

Our floors had just been demo's except for some rooms that had dust from removing popcorn debris. The floors with the popcorn debris were incredibly dusty after the water dried up after the left. It was clear the just moved a mop around but didn't try to actually get the dirt off the floor. We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

We set up an appointment date through messaging. He showed up right on time and got to work. Two hours or so later, my gutters were good to go. One section of my gutter was way higher than the others, so his buddy returned a few days later to finish that part. The payment wasn't collected until the job was 100% done. This place is amazing. I first requested a cleaning on 12/23 because I was hosting Christmas dinner. I can't believe they found a cleaner so quickly and someone who was available for 12/23. They suggested I write down my top priorities of cleaning that I wanted within the 4 hours I had scheduled. The day of the cleaning I received a text informing me she was on her way and that her name was Mary. I had my list of items I wanted cleaned/done while she was there; Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Vacuum, Dust, Change sheets, ect. When she arrived I gave her a quick tour and left. I asked if she wanted me to take my little dog and she said no to leave him because she loves dogs. When I came back after 4 hours, everything I had requested was completed as well as more. She was able to finish my list and start to clean the baseboards, kitchen doors, etc. She went above and beyond to ensure my house was clean and all the items were checked off. I was so impressed that I asked if she was available for bi-weekly service. Luckily enough she had an opening. I called the home office and told them how happy I was with the cleaning and that I would like to schedule bi-weekly service. Mary just came this week as her first bi-weekly cleaning and I just mentioned to do everything she did last time. When I got home everything that I wanted cleaned was done and she started to clean the front of my kitchen cabinets. I like the fact that I don't have to tell her what needs to be done anymore, she will just see what needs to be done and do what she can in the 4 hours. This is the best cleaning service I have found. I have been a residential / industrial house keeper for over 20 years as an indipendantly contracted professional. I have had exp with other cleaning companies, and even worked for a couple of them for a short time. I had the pleasure of meeting several other house keeping ladies working on teams together for big jobs. This is a great company to work for, as well as obtain services from. These girls are, in my opinion, the best house keepers I have ever seen (except for my Mother) and each one seems to have a level of expertise in more than one subject pertaining to house keeping and product knowledge.. I called Rent Me Today to help me out with a house cleaning situation in the Land Park area of Sacramento. My first contact was with Jo, who I believe owns the company; she amazed me with her friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. We arranged a date to have my duplex cleaned as a "move out" and when the day arrived, a sweetheart of a girl showed up to do the cleaning. Her name was Nikki, and after all was said and done, I deemed her my "Blue Ribbon" girl. Go with your gut and choose a cleaning service with rave reviews, I've learned my lesson on choosing companies with no reviews. I was on the search for a cleaning company because my dog was developing adult dog allergies. I needed a deep clean of my one bedroom apt and a shampooing of my carpets. I compared different quotes on yelp and this company was the cheapest at $165 for the deep cleaning and $55 for shampooing the carpets. However, although there were no yelp reviews for this company (claims she has been doing this since 2016), I looked at this as a chance to support a small black woman owned business. The owner, TJ, responded quickly and had two people come do the deep clean on the 12th. My dog doesn't like new people so I had my boyfriend stay home as I took my dog out during the cleaning. When I got home, I called TJ to ask if the baseboards in the whole apt, the outside and inside of the cabinets, the stove top burners, and the backsplash on both sides of the kitchen were included in the cleaning because they weren't done. She said the inside of the cabinets had to be empty for them to clean (ok fair!) but that the rest of my concerns were supposed to be cleaned. She offered me $40 off but I told her that I have no problem paying in full if she would just finish the job the next week when she comes to do my carpets. She said no, take the discount; but when I tried to pay the invoice minus the $40, it would only let me pay it in full. She then told me that she would take the $40 off of the $55 carpet cleaning and that she would come do it herself. I was super happy with the customer service! Then, the night before the carpet cleaning on the 17th, i emailed her to confirm because it was already 2:30am, the day of the cleaning, and she had not sent an invoice or a confirmation that she was coming. She called me an hour before the carpet cleaning and told me that she now had more important things to do so she would have to send an employee and not herself; ergo she would have to charge me full price because she has to pay her employee now. In addition, she told me that she will hold on to her word but don't bother calling back. She continued on saying that my boyfriend had done a walk through of the apt so it was our fault. I told her that when I contacted other cleaning services, they gave me a detailed list of what they would clean. When my boyfriend asked me what they were coming to clean, I told him just everything, it's a deep clean of the apt. When her employees did a walk through, they showed him everything that they had done which was included in the cleaning. The parts of the apt they hadn't bothered to touch, he assumed that they weren't included in the cleaning. She lost it on me, screaming at me and telling me that she won't do it for free. I told her that I was never looking for the discount or anything free. I work as a bartender so I know customers just want free stuff. Therefore, right after the cleaning I had taken pictures of the neglected spots to send to her and told her that I didn't need the discount, I just wanted to her to finish the job the next week when she was planning on coming for it carpets. She told me she would come because she didn't want me leaving a bad review but that she wouldn't care if I lost her number. After crying, my boyfriend told me to tell her that we don't need her to come because she was berating me on the phone over her words and her ideas. We called Stanley steamers and they got the job done for triple the price...was it worth it? YES!! Go with a reputable company with yelp reviews!! The owner then texted me back the next day to apologize and offer me the discount. Keep your money; I never wanted the discount in the first place, I just wanted the job done correctly. I would rather warn people of this company than get another service done by this company. Why would we ever give someone another chance who went back on their own word and screamed at a customer, as the owner. Insanity! Not sure the Better business bureau would ever endorse this company at all.

Attitude was strongly unprofessional as they expected everyone at the house to help them unpack the truck when they were already paid to do that. Expected me to pay fir their hotel room every time we stopped when it was not covered in the invoice. Highly disappointed in their performance as they had just bragged about the previous client going to georgia and nothing was missing or broken. Arguing with the client's family about helping them, then threatening to call U-haulers to come help and try to charge me when they could have just offered client's family members that same money to help. Not very pleased with the outcome.
