We chose Nance Property Services because his company would make every effort to donate the piano before they decided to recycle it. After getting a reasonable estimate, we booked an appointment for the next day. Phillip arrived on time, was respectful, and was a joy to talk to. Our piano was dated but still in good condition. He mentioned that people are looking for pianos like ours and that he knew of a family in Davis that could use it. Awesome news! In further chatting with Phillip, I found out that his company was the only one in the Sacramento area that did this. This company was contracted to do our flooring installation when we booked through Home Depot. I…read morewas impressed by customer service right away in the beginning because they called to schedule our installation before our materials were even shipped out to us, and they thoroughly explained where/how we should store it prior to their arrival. They provided an arrival timeframe between 8-10am, and someone was at our door right at 7:59am! They only sent one guy to do the flooring installation in our master bathroom/toilet room, master closet, and guest bathroom, so he was here all day from 8-5pm, which is pretty tough for a pregnant lady like me that just wants to lay around or walk around as I please, not to mention keeping our two dogs contained in areas that wouldn't cross paths with the worker, which is pretty limited in our small house. On the plus side, since there was only one person working, it wasn't so crowded and less people walking in and out, and less COVID exposure. I'm not sure if they normally assign one person to this size of a job, or if it's a COVID related procedure. Not the friendliest guy, but I suppose we hired someone to do our floors, not to find a new friend. I just didn't really appreciate his tone towards me when I asked questions or his condescending responses. He seemed completely nice to my husband, but my husband is a friendlier guy. I hope I don't have to chalk it up to my gender but I guess there are still people like that in the world. On the plus side, this guy is a hard worker. He would point out things or explain things along the way while the project was in progress. We did not see him take one break at all in the 9 hours that he was here. I hope he ate a big breakfast before he arrived. Overall we were generally pleased with the end product. Hardly anything would've been an improvement though (who installs wall to wall carpet in a bathroom...?). I did notice several scuffs/scrapes along the bottom of our vanity cabinets. I know it's not possible for them to carry every customer's paint color to do touch ups, and sure we could easily touch it up ourselves later, but just seemed a little disappointing that they are so obvious. I didn't even bother bringing it up because of how he reacted to me throughout the day and I just wanted my house back. I also had to remind myself that you get what you pay for. Home Depot was the cheapest estimate by far, so I am sure that has to reflect somewhere in the companies they contract with. It was a way better job than we could've ever done by ourselves so I'm still glad that we hired someone to come out. Our floors are even, sturdy, and look great, so what else can I say?

Even the assistant stated he was Miller Carpet care.His AD stated a certain amount of time spent on each room but I clocked them at 55mins for 5 rooms which means he was extremely aggressive with our carpets. My carpets are now damaged hence the updated review. Our carpets are flat, low pile with a pattern. His so called "contractor" rubbed so aggressively that now all carpets are rippled. These were not cheap carpets. The owner fails to understand that he sent someone complete different then what I was expecting, the cleaners told me so. Dishonest and crappy work. FYI- the owner is lying. I complained and he hung up on me. He just didn't care.
