It seems like the company went through a merger or buyout, and since then the service has gone downhill. I called multiple times about a propane delivery that was promised but never came. The new agents who answer the phone seem so used to complaints that they just say whatever they need to get you off the phone. This is the first time in more than 10 years that I've ever run out of propane, and it happened because of the company's new management structure or whatever changes have been made. Over the course of 2 weeks, I spoke with 4 different agents and asked each of them to have a manager or supervisor call me back. I never received a single call. Do yourself a favor and find a different propane provider.

While I was out of state, my home ran completely out of propane. I did not realize the tank was that low, and once notified, I immediately contacted Superior Propane Plus to request an emergency refill. This was not a minor inconvenience--it directly affected two elderly individuals living in my home. My 75-year-old mother, who has health issues, lives in the basement. My 78-year-old mother-in-law, who recently underwent a kidney transplant in March, is recovering here as well and is currently receiving in-home care from occupational therapists, physical therapists, and home health nurses. Heat is not optional in this situation--it is a basic necessity. Despite explaining all of this in detail, I was told that no expedited delivery would be made and that the earliest refill would be 10 to 14 days out. This was said while outside temperatures are in the 30s, and the interior of my home was already dropping into the 50s. What is most troubling is not just the delay, but the complete lack of urgency or concern given the circumstances and my long history as a customer. There was no attempt to prioritize the delivery, no escalation, and no reasonable accommodation offered. After more than a decade of loyalty, I expected significantly better service--especially in a situation involving elderly, medically vulnerable individuals and the loss of heat. This experience has made it clear that customer tenure and safety are not treated as priorities. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Superior Propane Plus.

    I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the lack of fuel delivery to…read moreour home despite multiple calls and assurances from your company. My husband, AJ, first called on 1/16 when our tank was below 30% and also notified you that the monitoring system was not working. He called again on 1/20 and was told we were scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 22nd since you would be in our area. No delivery occurred. I then called on 1/23 to report that we were between 20-25% with snow and ice approaching, yet we still did not receive fuel by 1/29. On Monday 2/2 after being given the runaround/ told someone would call me back @ 8:20 & 12:40 when I attempted to get an answer. Then I called back after 4p as our tank had dropped to 10% or less. I spoke with Claudia, who stated we were scheduled for delivery on 2/5. After 4:00 PM today (2/5), I called again to confirm since no truck had arrived and was told drivers would be working until 8-9 PM and that we would receive fuel tonight. We are now (8:45p) below 5% (essentially empty). AJ has contacted your emergency line and was told someone should arrive within two hours. Thankfully driver showed up at 10p to fill tank and how ironic we were told he was around our area all day and we weren't on his ticket. Adding to our frustration, Tiger Fuel has had no problem drafting our account monthly, yet we cannot get the basic service we are paying for. This situation is unacceptable and has placed our household at risk during winter conditions. We relied on repeated assurances from your company that delivery was scheduled and coming. Please provide: 1. Why the runaround btwn different offices when customers call. 2. An explanation for the repeated missed deliveries and lack of communication. 3.     Although I previously left a bad review due to service issues they rectified the situation. Not…read moreonly did they make sure I got my propane the owner took the time to contact me about my concerns. That shows true integrity! The reality is this has been a horrible winter and they have had to struggle along with the rest of us. Taking responsibility and willingness to talk to your customers proves they care. Sometimes things just don't go as planned!

    I rented a cargo van for four hours yesterday, returning it just before the UHaul office closed…read more When my invoice was emailed to me last night, I found a (significant) error in the billing -- clearly some sort of keystroke error, but large enough to cause me concern. I immediately emailed the manager, whose email was at the bottom of the invoice. When I went to the office at 7 the next morning, the Assistant Manager DaShan Ross was expecting me. It seems the manager had forwarded my email to her the evening prior because she was already familiar with the situation and what had to be corrected. DaShan was very apologetic, and we shared a chuckle about the error. I have not always had the best experiences with UHaul locations around town, but I couldn't be happier with the Lombardy location. I will be going back to them when I need to rent another van!

The truck had weeds growing in the engine and violent lurching. U-Haul refused to tow us to our destination. We lost our original moving appointment, burned through extra fuel because the truck was faulty, arrived late to storage, our reserved unit was occupied, movers cost extra, and several items were broken. My husband was injured in the defective truck, and I lost a full day's wages because I couldn't report to work on time. Zero accountability, terrible customer service. Avoid U-Haul for long moves at all costs. Broken furniture. Extra moving fees. Unsafe conditions. Terrible customer service. Avoid U-Haul for long-distance moves. We're still waiting on fair compensation.
