Unfortunately, they don't seem to be able to fix the unit that they sold to us and installed for us. Stay far away! After calling almost a week ago, yesterday they came and ran diagnostics on the unit and said that all the numbers looked right and ultimately, they didn't know what the problem was, and that there was nothing they could do. Our unit had been running continuously for days and wasn't decreasing the temperature in the house at all, so clearly something was wrong. It felt like they wanted to just get out of our house and to the next job. The manager on the phone, Johnny, was telling the tech on site to just leave. We emailed and called the office to ask for someone to come back, and they can't get us on the schedule for another day - requiring us to change around our entire schedule and cancel appointments to be available for them to come back. We're now stuck finding someone else to come figure out what is wrong with the a/c unit that Tanous sold and installed for us for $7,400, since Tanous is unable (unwilling?) to properly diagnose the issue. In the meantime we're just wasting tons of electricity trying to keep our apartment somewhat cool. We have a 6 year warranty on the unit, which apparently means nothing. We're going to end up finding someone else to come figure out the problem, and having to pay repairs for a unit that Tanous should be covering for us. During this visit we also discovered that we had been incorrectly billed $190 for another visit in 2025 to fix a different issue with this unit, that should have been covered under our 2 year labor warranty. Luckily we realized it and asked about this and they agreed that it was an incorrect charge, so they waived our service charge for the current visit. At the time of install I would have recommended this company, but after our follow up experience, I cannot discourage others enough.

I contacted a couple of them. One plumber came out looked at it and didn't know where to shut the water off at. He then never came back. I contacted Maximo and immediately got a response as well as quick quote. Guillermo came ready with everything (even the replacement hardware), looked at it and began the work. He kept me informed every step of the way about what they were doing. They came at 2 and finished about 5ish. We had previously agreed about a price. Yet I gave him a bit more because he also changed my bathroom sink faucet which the handle was broken.. the next day when I had a small issue, he came back quickly and fixed it. DO NOT TRUST. I hired go green to take a look at my split level central air system. The 2nd floor…read morewas blowing cold but the first floor was about 5 degrees hotter....after spending 2 hours with his assistant fiddling with the outside unit , Justin charged me over $600 and told me it "should cool down in a few hours"....the Central air unit was completely broken by the time they left and my home heated up to over 80 degrees overnight (hotter than outside). Our newborn and my wife barely slept through the night...it's now over 85+ degrees with my Central air on and we'll be staying in hotel....we need to hire another company to actually do the work CORRECTLY....Justin has yet to return any calls. Between the repair fees and accommodations I've lost over $800 by trusting Justin and Go Green Air. They also backed into my neighbors wall on the way out...Complete nightmare, DO NOT TAKE THE RISK with Go Green Air.

I had a terrible experience getting my 2 MIDEA ACs installed by a person who said he knew the units…read moreBUT TOTALLY DIDN'T. The windows could not close ( a prime feature of these ACs), and they were completely unsecured - one almost fell on the floor as I was trying to tilt it to close the window. I reached out to several companies, quite wary from the previous experience. URBAN AIR HVAC, had a picture of the AC on it's site so I chose them. VLAD came that day, exactly when he said he would and competently reinstalled the units securely AND CENTERED THEM IN THE WINDOWs!! He gave me good advice on preventing air leakage, since the insulation strips were damaged in the previous process. He also guaranteed his work and committed to come back if I had any problems. He only charged his reasonable hourly rate, but I had to insist he get paid for the 2 reinstalls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VLAD AND HIS COMPANY FOR ANY HEATING AND COOLING JOBS - HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMPETENT, QUICK AND AFFORDABLE
