He never tried to pressure me, but he was right. A year later it was blocked again, so this time I called him to do the permanent fix. He was able to come out the same day with a crew and start work. It was a big job, involving rooting out the clay pipe leading to the street, and then relining it. I was worried they would have to excavate the whole pipe, but they only had to dig a small hole and was able to insert a liner into the pipe to ensure a good seal. The next day they came back to finish the job, replacing a length of old cast iron pipe under the house. I can't say enough good things about Z and his crew. He is prompt, kept me updated as the work progressed, and he and his crew did meticulous work - even down to replacing the plants they dug up in the exact same spots! This was a big job - and expensive - but Z's price was more than fair. I won't hesitate to call him again. If you have a sewer line problem call Z - you'll be happy you did. Well, as happy as anyone can be about having to replace a sewer line. : )
