Hurricane Plumbing is hands down my go-to for all plumbing needs. You're not just a number on the…read moredocket with them--they treat you like family, every single time. The level of care, craftsmanship, and professionalism they bring to the table is unmatched. You can feel the pride they take in their work, and that kind of commitment is rare these days. I've used them for major jobs like re-piping my entire home, and recently for a smaller project hooking up my kitchen sink and installing a new dishwasher during a renovation. No matter the size of the job, the service and attention to detail are exactly the same--top-notch. They even went out of their way to supply a missing disposal ring strainer to make sure the install was done right. I sleep better at night knowing their work is behind my walls and under my counters. I trust Justin, the owner, 100%. He's a stand-up guy with an unbeatable work ethic and a deep understanding of true hospitality. If you're looking for real professionals who care, communicate, and go above and beyond every time--look no further. I'll be calling them again soon to swap out my gas water heater. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Problem: Electrical Surge from Lightning. So on the evening…read moreof the 15th going into 2/16 we had high winds little to no rain, and 4 really close lightning strikes. Power went out on the 3rd strike. I already had a subscription via Del Air for my AC and Water Heater (plumbing), but needed an electrician for the hallway light fixture and surge protector outside. Light was doing this flickering like mad. Chandler Starr OE-06 came out. On time and professional. On a weekend no less. Detailed notes, code violations from my builder were found and he fixed, a under weight fan dome thing that was holding an 8.5 lb light fixture, to my breaker having a single tap vs double tap from sprinkler system the builder had put in brought to code, and replaced our Surge Protector outside for both ac fans, and breaker. Had to cut into ceiling drywall and they will be sending out a drywall guy to fix that. Chandler was patient, easy to talk too, professional, and made sure I understood everything before leaving, and the process of the drywall guy, and the follow up visit for the 2nd AC fan install. Now lets talk about Frank Gay in general here. Coming from someone whom was with Rinaldi for YEARS until my guy retired and this new kid started coming around and lack of doing maintenance was more about selling (literally tried to sell me 2 UV lights when I ALREADY have them installed), and telling me I needed duct work on a 2 year old home. Prior to moving here in Orlando Rinaldi was great. No qualms. Prior to my tech retiring I was all in. Then they raised their rates to being more expensive, less quality maintenance being performed, and more pushy on selling I went to Del Air. They are all over the place here. BUT Rinaldi had HUMANS answering their calls, AND they would come out on the WEEKENDS....for a fee which is reasonable. Well Del Air.....Prior to this year (2026) I would get a human being on the phone. Sometime near the end of 2025 and this year something changed. Now its BOTS trying to assess and address your concern. 1-888-843-6835, 407-270-2880, 407-329-6384, 407-993-1341, 1-888-335-2478, 1888-831-2665, 407-594-7553, 1-877-744-5224 ALL those DEL AIR numbers are either BOTS, or no answers, and you can leave a message but no one calls you back (try it for yourself as I already did it for you). When you do the TXT game... Another BOT. The BOT doesn't confirm your appointment. I shown Chandler this prior to signing up with Frank Gay. I am soooooooooooooo f-ing done with Del Air. Frank Gay has an ...... wait for it....... ya...... a HUMANIZING PERSON answering the phone and amazing one at that. It's legit. A breathing bloody HUMAN. 1 call done. That 1 call in and out faster than a f-ing bot asking a million questions the LIVE person asks also. 1 and done. No one person dealing with a flipping claim wants to deal with a f-bot. Seriously. THANK YOU FRANK GAY!!!! Thank you a ton. But the moment you go BOT will be the moment you go FLOP. Please don't. After calling them and dealing with them. They may not be the cheapest, but boy oh boy, here take my money just don't give me a headache AND take my money. You pay for what you get. I am quality over quantity, and although I will dabble into new experiences (Del Air), there are some things I just wont tolerate no matter what. If I can request Chandler in the future better believe I will do so and work around his schedule (unless my AC is out and not avail). Frank Gay, you got a good thing going and a good tech. Don't f-it up. Costs: $2400.00 but insurance will reimburse. Work performed: Surge protector breaker and 2 fan units outside Plan replacement from Del Air to Frank Gay Light fixture up to code Breaker replace and up to code electrical inspection on known bad areas Frequency change upstairs

I have used Harvey Baker Plumbing for almost 20 years and have usually been very satisfied with the…read moreservice. This time was no exception given the technician, Juan, was amazing. He properly took care of an outside faucet issue that was "repaired" previously 24 months before. I noticed my outside faucet was slightly spraying water from the "repair part" recommended two years prior. In April 2024, I called Harvey Baker Plumbing to fix this faucet as it was leaking from the knob at the time. A young gentleman came and said he did not have the part on his vehicle to replace it (something to do with the pipe size), but he could "repair" it. However, I would not be able to turn the water on and off from the faucet knob. He said the nozzle at the end of the hose would serve as the on/off mechanism. When I discovered the current leak, I called and the receptionist said she could get someone out between 12-2 the next day. I explained the previous situation above and said I definitely want the faucet "replaced" this time. She looked up my previous invoice and said she would note on the ticket the faucet should be replaced rather than repaired. Next day, she called again and said she could have the technician come out earlier if I was available. I said I was and Juan came 15 minutes later, a little after 10am. He was a joy to work with, smiling and providing great conversation and expertise! I explained everything and he said he had the necessary part to rectify the leak. He did a great job. When I got the invoice, I noticed the parts only cost $33 compared to the "repair" part of $10. I was surprised the previous gentleman couldn't drive 4 miles to the office to get the necessary part and recommended the "repair" instead. I estimated I could have saved approximately $200 of labor charges had the work been properly completed the first time. I would have requested the previous technician get the necessary part had I known the difference in part costs was minimal. At least the "repair" lasted 2 years. I will probably continue to use Harvey Baker Plumbing in the future, but I'll make sure I request a more seasoned technician like Juan next time. Final note - Harvey Baker Plumbing now charges a 3% credit card fee on the invoice, which was not their practice previously. It was not a big deal to me ($7.75), and I understand a family business would prefer cash or a check. If I have a major plumbing issue in the future, at least now I am aware of the added fee.

It was not an emergency since we have two bathrooms. My work and personal schedule was extr.mely busy this week. I called Drain Tactics, since I was put on the schedule. I was given a window for the service. I had also called several businesses to compare pricing. One was booked and it would have conflicted with my schedule. Another never answered. Another was over double the price. With another, the price STARTED at 3x the price and the guy said it would likely be 5x the price just to START. I was very pleased that I had called Drain Tactics. I was given a window for the techs to show up. John and Jay showed up early in the time frame that was given. Both are extremely friendly, polite and very professional. After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Before leaving, they asked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. John and Jay both thanked me. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING and GREAT WORK. You cannot ask for anything more. I STRONGLY recommend Drain Tactics.
