The team sent out by Repipe Specialists were great. Quick but thorough and got the job done in a single day. They explained everything beforehand so we were ready when they showed up to do the work. I would highly recommend them. They explained the things that could potentially go wrong ahead of time, like the bathroom tile cracking when they cut through it to swap out the pipes behind the faucet handle, but in the end they managed to do the job and leave the surrounding tile intact so we were very happy about that. Paid over $13k for a whole house repipe job about a year ago. Just discovered that they failed to replace one water pipe that is under my house that was included on the contract. When I called to have that corrected, I was told that it wasn't part of the original bid and I would need to pay for it. They also are charging me $200 just to have someone come out and look at it to determine if it should have been replaced. Why would I pay to have my whole house repiped but not include one pipe? Very disappointed. If you are going to repipe, call plumbing companies directly and get bids from them. Don't use these guys. They are just middle-men and then hire a plumbing company and take a cut. I grew very frustrated with the pin hole leaks happening every few months with my copper pipes. I called a few repipe plumbers and settled with repipe specialists. The estimator was very professional, on time and through. Make sure you get everything written on the contract, to avoid and confusion later on. This is always good to remember for any transaction. On day of the repiping, the crew was on time, very professional and kept everything as clean as possible. They had the whole house done in one day. Patching the holes in the wall did cause some confusion, apparently I was left off the patching schedule. The schedulers were very accommodating and got me on the schedule with only a couple days wait time. The wall patcher were on time, professional and kept the house as clean as possible. I finished up the job with painting and texturing myself, however, I think they also have an option for them to do the whole patch and painting. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

When the estimator came to our house, I was very impressed with 2 things mainly, Jon Holman's knowledge and explanations. He was not only friendly, but explained everything exactly as it was going to be done (and was done). The job was completed quickly and we had a bathroom available all during the job. I asked a lot of questions during the repipe and Justin (our installer) was very helpful and patient with us. I tended to ask a lot of questions and watched as the project progressed. We never had to worry about any "bait and switch" deceptions. As far as I can see every single thing was completed according to our contract. And was done well. No additional charges! The people doing the job were very friendly. They all answered my questions, even though they were all busy and working hard. About my decision. I asked for bids from several plumbers (Including Repipe Specialists) and learned much along the way. The highest bid wanted us to do much of the work and wanted to charge extra for an inspection and permit. Another plumber asked to use our toilet before he left, then left the toilet badly plugged up. One plumber drove by our house and sent us an estimate without even stopping to look inside the house. The next plumber sub-contracted the job to another company, and the people from the subcontractor couldn't answer many of my questions - or even who the contractor was. The estimates on our house ranged from $5600 to $10,000. Repipe Specialists came in between the lowest and highest bids. Most of the plumbers were more interested in getting their money than giving us a detailed estimate. Several gave written estimates that included their name, address, phone number and maybe a breakdown between the house re-piping and replacing the supply line to the house. I don't think they even specified the materials except they said that they would install PEX. With Repipe Specialists and Justin - there is no competition in Vancouver, WA. The rest are laughable! We have already referred Repipe Specialists to our friends and neighbors. I am planning on making copies of the 20% off coupon with a more detailed story of my experience to give out to my neighbors. The house I recently purchased is 68 years old and had galvanized pipe. It was time for an upgrade. A local plumber did not want to tackle the job so I called Repipe Specialists having seen their commercials for some time. Kevin, the Regional Sales Manager, came out and the first thing he said was "I am not going to sell you on anything." I appreciated his honesty. He gave me a fair quote and put my job on the schedule. Everyone was booked for weeks so it took a bit longer than anticipated to get the job scheduled. Once the job was scheduled, Justin from Aqua Star Plumbing came out with his assistant a completed the job in three days. The house has a kitchen and bathroom on the lower level and a kitchen and bathroom on the main level, basically they repiped two houses. They were neat and kept everything clean. Justin kept be informed all the way. And since it turned out I did not need the drywall repair that was on the original estimate, I received a refund! Met with estimator Doug who was very knowledgeable, easy to understand what the scope of the project would incur. After a walk thru of the house we discussed pricing. It came in lower than my other proposals from competitors. Almost a year after our meeting and several calls we finally decided we would go forward with the project. The plumbers were on time, friendly and very fast at what they do. It took only 4 hours , did a very neat job, and the water pressure is now amazing. Should have done this a long time ago. Turns out Repipe Specialists is a national company that just does the marketing, bidding and payment processing. They subcontract the actual work to smaller local companies. So this review is only specific to that part of the process; to be clear, it negligent and unprofessional. The estimator was condescending, dismissive, complained about yelp reviews (when he asked how we heard about him), cussed, and made a big stink when we even mentioned getting other bids. We proceeded with Repipe without getting more bids because of the glowing reviews of the *work* and hoped to get the whole process over with in 2 weeks. He 'accidentally' double charged the deposit before the work was even scheduled. He argued against pulling permits and inspections. Now I'm doing that myself. The negligence was when it came to his assessment of our mainline. We knew it was a risk, but he assured (pressured) us that it was fine and clearly wasn't going to bid it. He didn't even LOOK at it. When the water was turned back on, pop it went. Price just went up 75% and timeline extended a week. The local crew has been responsive and satisfactory to handling the curve ball. In the end, we would have had to replace the mainline regardless - but learn from our mistake. Get multiple bids from smaller plumbers. read more

The good news is the work that was done seems to have been done neatly and competently The less good news is the sales process was very high-pressure, I had five messages within 24 hours from Doug each and every one asking for my credit card. Scheduling was another challenge. I made the initial appointment, then called a few days later to see if I could move it another week out. Instead of confirming that the crew was available on the new date, they just canceled my appointment and I had to rebook even further out. And last, they did not do all the work that was requested. I have two hose bibs that needed to be hooked up and asked that that be placed on the work order which didn't happen so the guys didn't do the work. I spoke with corporate and they said they would take care of it but it's been a month and I haven't heard anything from anyone. So you can use them if you want but be prepared to do some pretty bold management. And don't let the salesman boss you around. read more

Needed some pipes looked at (low water pressure). Called and got a quick estimate from Doug- he came out and did a walk-through, pointed out some options, and showed us some installation pictures. He was very professional and informative, not pushy or 'sales-y'. We had two other estimates that were quite a bit higher, but these guys did the job in one day for a better price. Here is why I don't recommend this company. They are essentially a marketing company - they don't actually do the work. They hire a subcontractor for you basically. So couldn't you just do that yourself? Yes. the plumbers Repipe contracts with have their own websites and you can just hire them directly, but weary of the quality of work you will be buying. Upon completion of repiping my kitchen and part of a bathroom they actually made my water pressure worse. They used narrow pex connections so think of instead of getting 1/2" pipe its more like 1/4". On top of that there were a number of unnecessary 90 degree joints used that probably didn't help either. In addition to Repipe not actually doing the work the contract you sign creates some ambiguous liability situations (which they probably want). If you have problem and call them they literally just forward your call to the subcontractor - who of course in my case didn't do anything and incorrectly told me why my water pressure went down. I don't get the impression they really are experts. The repipe sales rep was also uninterested in helping and even lied to me about coming to see what was done. In the end you will be better paying money directly to a quality plumber. Really do your research. read more

About half of my home plumbing was still galvanized and one pipe had started to leak. After reading reviews for Repipe here I decided to give them a call. The estimator (Doug) was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. An estimate for re-piping the basement, two bathroom sinks and two exterior hose faucets took about 20 minutes. The paperwork was thorough and clear so I knew what I was committing to. They were able to schedule the work to happen in about a week from when I met with the estimator. Two days before the work was to start I received an email with details of how to prepare my home to maximize their ability to quickly replace my piping and telling me who the team lead would be if I had any questions. The team showed up on time the day of the work and it took around three hours and required 6 small holes in walls which they also patched very cleanly when they were done. Before cutting any openings they consulted with me and confirmed my approval and were also open to other approaches that might require less cutting. They used drop clothes everywhere leaving no mess behind and took away all of the debris from the work. I would happily work with them again. read more

I initially wanted copper pipe to complete the piping that was partially done in my house, but the sales rep said they wouldn't do copper in Seattle because of some additive in the water would eat through the pipe. Strange since Seattle uses copper to supply the house. So I agreed to PEX. Their lead installer had me sign a list of expectations and guarantees, one of which said the walls would be left ready for paint. When they were done only the first coat of taping had been done and definitely not ready for paint (bubbling tape etc.). I made a partial payment and asked that the sales rep come and see the final mess. An hour later the rep called and without trying to determine the problem started out threatening me with collections for breach of contract. When he finally came out he tried to say that the company only guaranteed one coat of taping. When I showed him the list of guarantees, I had signed, he was shocked and changed his tune and we agreed on a discount and I agreed to finish the taping. One other complaint I didn't notice until I was taping, they just ran the PEX straight out of the wall with no bracing and attached the angle stop directly to the PEX. Now there is no way to change the angle stop without calling a plumber. Also the angle stop wiggles at the end of the PEX! read more

We recently used this company to repipe our entire mobile home and were really impressed with how professional everyone was--from our salesman to those in the office to the on-site crew. Our salesman promptly returned my phone call (most plumbers didn't call me back for days).He came to our home and showed us the quality of the materials that would be used and gave us an estimate that was reasonable. Financing was available. The office checked in with us and even called to see if we could move up our date, which we really appreciated! (Original date was the week of Christmas). I called to add the installation of a water heater to our order, and they assured me that would be no problem. Once the crew showed up (on time and on the day promised), they reviewed all the plumbing issues and set to work. All told, they were totally finished and gone in about 6 hours! All work was done neatly and cleaned up. We will be recommending Repipe Specialists to others in our community! read more

Originally We planned to give a better review, but there were some issues I didn't check out before they left since I left work quickly and had to get back. Mainly they did not hook up the cold water to the washing machine. I have contacted them multiple times and spoken to multiple people who keep saying they'll call me back but don't. I'm still waiting. The other issue was that we would do our own patching but they didn't even try to put back the large cuts in the drywall behind the fridge, under the sink and behind the toilet so not even a temporary patch with tape. They scratched the Hallway side of bathroom door which needs to be repainted and they screwed through the tub faucet fixture into the hallway wall so that needs repair too. I also asked them and spent an extra $200 to have them hook up the ice maker but that's not working right either. You would think that for spending over $8,000 they wouldn't be that sloppy. If they come back (it's now been a week) I will update my review. read more

Repiped my sister's house for me (I own the house) - replaced galvanized with pex. Got the work done in about a half day. Cleaned up after themselves. So far plumbing is fine. Two issues - (1) Sister decided not to have the master bathroom repiped because it has new pipes, and she reports that it was not explained to her that meant there wouldn't be water in the bathroom (which was possible to do - the pex can be connected to the galvanized pipe). In my opinion, they should have connected the water in the bathroom - or made it crystal clear to sister that there would not be water in that bathroom (2) they charged the final bill to my credit card without obtaining authorization to do so first. They did promptly credit the card, but it was concerning to me that they charged over $6,000 to my credit card when I did not authorize it, and without a signed contract with me (sister signed it) Update 5-29-17: After several months, Nick came out and connected the galvanized pipe to the new pex. I am now a very satisfied customer - same original issues but I appreciate that they corrected both problems read more

I made that choice based on the price and the sales Rep that came to my house to explain procedure. He gave me a thorough rundown of the process and it all happened as he explained it. The job was completed and the final inspection came in a few days. The Inspector looked over he job and was impressed with the quality of the work. I thought this was going to be a good process, but it has left me frustrated and annoyed with lousy service and some sloppy work for $7800. Originally we planned to give a better review, but there have been issues that have compounded, leaving me frustrated with the whole process. My fault for not closely inspecting their work upon completion and trying to get back to work too fast.- I looked around in the crawl space, but didn't check that the washer was not working correctly , the ice maker wasn't working , there was a scrape on the outside of the bathroom door which needs to be repainted, and there was an area damaged in the hallway wall from the screws in the tub fixture poking through from the inside that have to be patched. I expected to have a scar in the lawn and plants ruined by the hose bib where the pipes enter. I also said I would patch, but I did not know that meant they removed the large drywall cut outs and disposed of them leaving exposed pipes, with no tape or anything. This is a 1040 sq ft house with one bath and all fixtures in a straight line from the street and a crawl space you can stand in. So for $7,800 I am not happy. After 2months and about 27 phone calls to get my final receipt and warranty, they are telling me now I owe them another $500. The contractor they subbed out for this never told me I owed her money since I paid upon completion of job. I kept calling trying to get the final receipt and warranty. Since she couldn't get answers, she finally told me to call their 800 number again. I had to wait two weeks and have a dozen calls to people that kept saying they would call back just to have them fix the issue with the washer. Once that got fixed I have now been spending my time trying to get the final receipt and warranty - only to find out that when I paid the guys when they left the house I now still owe $500. At some point this will get resolved, but I have already been told I will still owe money. My advice, don't rush your inspection so they can correct mistakes and make sure they communicate - it seems shady when they don't. read more

Great Company to work with. They had repiped our mothers home a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Fast, clean and friendly workers. That is why I called them again for our home. Our friends also just had their home repiped and were very pleased with the job done for them. We called Doug the estimator to give us an estimate on our home. He was friendly, prompt and described throughly what needed to be done. He also had good suggestions and was not at all pushy. He gave us a fair estimate plus honored the discount coupon we had with no questions. The Company that repipe used was Global Plumbing. The installers arrived promptly on the day and time scheduled. They were all very friendly, professional and very careful with our floors and home. They had no problem answering our questions and would tell us what they were doing as they changed our galvanized pipes to PEX pipes. Showed us how bad our galvanized had become. Scary to see all the corrosion and junk in the pipes. They were very patient with all our questions. They replaced our old 1973 galvanized pipes with PEX pipes. We had new faucets and and valves put in the bathroom and now we can turn on water from other parts of the house when someone is taking a shower...no more hot or cold showers when water is turned on! Three new outside faucets too. Water pressure is so much better now! We were very please with the work they did. The team were experts in what they were doing, most of the guys had worked for Repipe/Global Plumbing for over 10 years. Must be a good company to work for if they stayed there that long. I have already recommended this company to anyone who needs repipe done, plus other jobs too. I know the next time I need plumbing help, I will call Global Plumbing for plumbing jobs and of course Repipe for repipe. A big Thank You to the whole team! read more

I echo the other reviews that referred to Repipe Specialists as a high-pressure sales company as much as they are a plumbing company. Don't even think about calling them unless you 1) receive other bids first;2) can commit that day; and 3) and know exactly what you NEED so you can confidently tell them you don't need something they're pressuring you to buy (e.g., fixtures, water heaters, etc.). Frankly, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I found the advisor rude, unprofessional, and the whole experience was chaotic. I have quite a bit of experience knowing what the experience SHOULD be - my whole family works as plumbers at a family-owned plumbing company in another state and I worked in the field as a laborer (both residential and commercial) for several years through high-school and college. I called Repipe specifically requesting a BID for a specific job: leaking galvanized pipes in one section of our house that includes the pipe run and 4 fixtures (water heater, toilet, sink, shower). We're planning a kitchen remodel so it doesn't make sense to replace the galvanized there with Pex now and then tear it out once we change the layout during the remodel. The receptionist seemed anything but knowledgeable about plumbing and told me my repipe job wasn't large enough (even though my job could be about the same size as somebody else's house). Her coworker overheard our conversation and called me a few minutes later to apologize for the actions of the prior representative and stated that not only was my job large enough (4 fixtures) but they'd love to provide an estimate the other section of our house for the remodel at a future time. Sounds good to me! I wanted to get 2-3 bids before making a decision and Repipe was the first visit I scheduled. I took the day off from work so i could be at home for their appointment. When the plumber/estimator showed up, he didn't seem interested abiding by my bid request and immediately started speaking presumptuously that Repipe would be doing the work and it sounded like on that same day. This concerns me because all I wanted was a BID at this time and I informed him as such. He did a non-thorough walk-through and was more interested in trying to upsell me on a new water heater and new fixtures instead of the problem that I actually have. He even wanted me to pick out the fixtures in his catalog that day so he could install them! He didn't even look at the leaking pipes before moving on to his next upsell opportunity - repiping the rest of the house immediately. I reminded him that I only wanted a BID for now due to the remodel. This seemed to turn him off and then left saying that I "should call another plumbing company. My jobs are only over $5K." The most outrageous thing is that he didn't even LOOK at the leaking pipes to see the original problem. I get the vibe they're a national chain that uses high-pressure sales tactics. I never observed such high-pressure sales tactics on any of my jobsites when I worked at the plumbing and heating company as I did during my experience with Repipe. My impression is they train their staff on upsells and efficiency and nothing on customer service. Furthermore, apparently they hate new business because the estimator told me that Repipe won't even accept jobs under $5K. The initial job I called them out for fell under this limit so "he'd have to repipe the whole house in order to meet his threshold." There you go potential customers - if you feel like your job is under $5K then call somebody else. I'm pissed that I wasted a day off of work for him to be at my house for 10 minutes and never even check out the original problem. Furthermore, I'm also peeved because he stepped all over my irrigation lines and ripped them off the plants. They've withstood children, dogs, pedestrians, and months of traffic yet he's the one person who uprooted them and then didn't even tell me about it, try to fix it, or apologize. Disrespectful and unprofessional all around. To me it shows the type of carelessness I would have dealt with if they had done my repipe job, so maybe I dodged a bullet. My advice to Repipe is to ensure the entire company (phone reps and onsite estimators) have a better understanding of what your job minimums are so they can avoid wasting everybody's time; have your estimator/plumber better prepared for the visit; spend a few minutes at the beginning of the estimator's visit by providing an overview of what the customer should expect during Repipe's visit and confirming the plumber/estimator's understanding of the problem; have the estimator fully assess the landscape so you can address the customer's highest priority need (replacing galvanized pipe) before THEN trying to educate/upsell the customer about secondary issues (e.g., fixtures, remodel work). read more

After few years of water leaks and trying to fix's them myself or call plumbers. I decided to call Repipe Specialists and I'm glad I did. Doug came out and explain everything to us and gave us a great price quote. He also told us that the work can be done at my home in a day. The other plumbers said it would take two days and quote me a price twice as much. The work crew came out on time and started at 9:00 and was done by 12:30. I was shock it only took them 3 1/2 HRS to replace all of my pipes with flex pipe. The work crew were very nice, they work hard and they clean up after themselves. read more

Overall I was pretty disappointed with Repipe Specialists. They have a good sales pitch, and the price was definitely lower than other quotes I got. But they're really nothing more than the sales pitch. Repipe Specialists simply took my deposit and then subcontracted the job out to a local plumbing company. Repipe Specialists didn't even schedule the appointment. They just sent an email saying call this number and schedule it yourself. It took about a week to get a call back from the plumbers (Global Plumbing), then another 3 weeks to get them to come out. Once Global Plumbing showed up, I had to spend about an hour with them walking them through the entire job (which was a repeat of what I had already done with Repipe Specialists' sales person). As for the work, the new pipes seem to do the job- no leaks. But the work crew was very sloppy and disorganized. The dry wall patches are very sloppy, and they left an incredible mess- drywall mud matted in the carpet, pieces of the old drywall scattered around the house, dirt on the walls near both doors from their crew coming in and out, and- the icing on the cake- an unflushed toilet with p*ss on the seat. In summary, I went with Repipe Specialists because they were the cheapest option. After having the work done, I still feel like the experience was cheap. read more

The team is very efficient and the work is fine, but pretty rough... as you'd expect for a one-day repipe. the walls were patched and ready for prep and paint as promised. I own several properties and have engaged many contractors in the area, and this company stands out as a great service provider. This company made a prompt appointment and showed up on time for a quote. Doug LISTENED to me when I described what needed to be done, and that I didn't need any education on plumbing. He quickly evaluated the project and gave me options on choices and their costs. He left me with a firm quote and expected lead times. Re piping projects require drywall to be removed. I did not request that the drywall be replaced/repaired. So I needed to coordinate the timing of the piping with other contractors and Re-pipe Specialists had a date available that fit perfectly into my scheduling. they showed up on time, and did the work VERY neatly and efficiently. the drywall cuts were very square and fully stud to stud. This makes repairs much easier. they also left the drywall adjacent to where it was removed from, and where it could not be damaged by other trades. The crawlspace is very tight in this house, and other contractors have damaged duct work when working in the crawlspace. Re-pipe Specialists did not. I inspected all of the work and it was done very well, even where the house has odd structure and tight spaces. They were insistent that I inspected each connection and that I was satisfied with the work before they left. They cleaned their areas and took the removed pipes with them. Oh, and they were the lowest bid I received on this project. What a bonus. read more

We saw the special ad in the Home Concepts magazine and have been contemplating about replacing our pipes due to multiple leaks we've been having over the years. We decided to submit an online request a free quote visit. We received a phone call right away and scheduled the walk through at the first available appointment. The estimator was knowledgeable and courteous and provided us a quote on the spot. The proposed price was fair and reasonable. We scheduled the work to start shortly but a bit delayed due to the snowmaggedon. Once schduled, the crew arrive promptly as expected and got the work underway with no issues. They were fast and efficient and checked in with us on occasion to ensure we knew the status. They got done on earlier than we were expecting on the same day. Well I learned something new today - how water comes into your home and how it leaves are two totally separate systems and are handled by different folks. Repipe Specialists handle the water coming into your house...which in our case we don't need help with. What we need is a drain guy for the places we have old galvanized pipe. I feel terrible I wasted Repipe's time, but I am incredibly grateful they explained the systems to me and were very honest and upfront about what I need and what I don't - a rarity in the home repair industry. 1. What impression did you have of the gentleman who estimated your job? Our impression was good. He showed up early, but most important is being on time. He walked through everything and gave an informative presentation. He made it clear that the complete system needed to be replaced, which included connecting to all existing equipment, water heater, etc. He answered all the questions we had at the time as well as our follow up questions. He also explained the process which included the schedule, how we would be contacted, what would happen the first day, and what needed to be prepared pre-installation. It is very helpful to set expectations. Suggestions for initial estimate presentation: We did not realize that a complete re-pipe did not include the pipes from the shower control to the shower and tub outlet pipes. This should have been pointed out during the estimation visit, especially since we were told that all pipe would have to be replaced. During the installation all of the water supply line flanges (fits against the wall and covers the area where the pipe leaves the wall) were removed and none replaced. This was a very unfinished and unattractive outcome. We spent considerable time and money finding and installing the specialized hinged replacement flanges. These should have been replaced prior to installing the valves. 2. How did the job go for you? The job went very well. The estimate was for 1.5 days and was completed in one. The main runs in the attic were placed as I requested. There was one hitch. The project manager (PM) indicated he could not attach the pipe to our existing in line filter because it was not noted on the quote. We explained that the estimator said that all existing equipment would be connected and that it needed to be a complete re-pipe to gain the lifetime warranty. I pointed the filter out to the estimator as having just been installed and he said he understood but again the new pipe must be replaced because it needed to be a total re-pipe. Regardless the PM said he would take care of it and he did. Suggest the PM and the estimator work together to resolve misunderstandings. They arrived when they said they would, the PM kept us informed throughout the day (which was extremely important), and they cleaned up before they left. Three other issues: One of the lines to the washing machine was leaking. The next day the patch person fixed it by installing a gasket that had been left out during the installation. When the dishwasher was reconnected the line to the dishwasher cracked and was not noted during the post installation walk through, so suggest the walkthrough include looking under dishwashers in the future. The patch installer helped to resolve this issue. Also, we noted there was no hot water. The pressure valve on the water heater had leaked about 3 inches of water into the overflow pan under the water heater and extinguished the flame. We understand that his valve must be released to hook up new pipes. We also understand that these valves often have buildup and do not always re close. However, strongly suggest the PM note that the valve was opened and to keep an eye for potential leaks. 3. Was the job completed per the contract? Yes 4. How were you treated by the repipers? Courteous and informative, no issues. 5. Did the repipers show up at their scheduled time? What time did they leave? They showed up on time, the PM preformed the walkthrough, and they began work. The estimate was for 1.5 days and they finished in one. They left at 7 PM 6. How were you treated by the patchers? Courteous and informative, no issues. 7. Did the patchers show up at their scheduled time? What time did they leave? He showed up early, he performed the walkthrough to identify all areas that need attention, and immediately began work. He left at 5 PM. All patching within each room was well done. The patching under the sinks was a bit lacking. We understand these areas are not seen unless you open the cabinet, and they are hard to reach, but we spent a lot of time when we moved in making sure the areas under the sink were dry and patched correctly. We were unhappy with this part of the job. 8. Is there anything else you think we should know? The patcher completed the work and left 3/19/2018 indicating we would be contacted by the company regarding the final payment. I had to call your office yesterday (4/10/18) to find out when we would receive the final bill. We found it to be odd that given all the good communication we received during every phase of the job we had to follow up to make payment. 9. We have wonderful things to say about Repipe Specialists. They did a wonderful, fast, professional job! They patched all the holes, took away the old pipes, did not harm the home in any way. They were on budget, too. The only thing I would do differently is put some cheese and crackers out and offer them a chance to use our bathroom because these guys worked for four hours straight without a break or snack. read more

Estimator could of told me that existing pipes would not be taken out. Would have been nice to know or I would of suggested that they could have done it for us. As far as there work it was ok.. didn't clean up very well in a few spots. Had problem understanding the lead as he spoke broken English. Sub par company, but you get what you pay for.. read more

We had a really good experience. Our estimator was on-time, knowledgeable, and polite. The crew was fast and professional. We have a 110 year old house with a combination of galvanized and CPVC. We also had an original galvanized line from the street to the house. We were having a new main installed and new PEX run throughout. The crew arrived on time in the morning and were done by early afternoon. Sometimes I worry that fast means sloppy, but these guys took pride in their work. We heard about Repipe Specialists on the radio. After checking reviews on Angie's List, we decided to have them come out and give us an estimate for repiping our rental property. The price seemed right, so we scheduled the work. Nick and his crew arrived on time, did the work quickly and respected our property. All of the guys (there were 6 or 7 of them) were very friendly and easy to work with. They started at approximately 9 am and were finished (plumbing and drywall) by 4 pm.
