It's difficult to find eyeglass replacement lenses that are affordable and made correctly but Replace A Lens does a GREAT JOB! My lenses are Trivex with prisms and 2 pd #'s and all are done perfectly. I have nerve damage from a stroke and my prescription changes every 4-6 months so I've tried all of the cheap online eyeglass sellers. A few are good but sometimes it isn't possible to get the frames I want with the lenses I need all from the same place. The turn around time was accurate and I paid extra for FedEx so I wouldn't be at the mercy of the mail. I will be using Replace A Lens again. read more

They confirm they got 'em and inform you when they're on their way back free of charge with tracking info. This time they had a discount that got me new lenses for $41.50. It was time for my first pair of occupational progressive glasses. I had my own frames and simply wanted a lens replacement. With my prescription in hand I called various businesses like Site for Sore Eyes, Lenscrafter, Costco and others. All but Costco were ridiculously expensive and Costco's lens company apparently won't perform a lens replacement on customers own frames that have crystals or "bling" on them. I have used their services several times the past few years. Twice I had to return because the lens on a pair of glasses was flawed or, they misread the prescription. And I do not live near the shop. What is really galling to me however, is their coupon comeons each month. They never offer more than 10% off a single vision pair of lenses and/or like this month of August, $20 off polarizing. You cannot combine the 2 even if you order 2 different lenses for different purposes. I have found that the discounts are negligible. When the glasses were finished, the glasses were the correct prescriptions; but, in the four months since I was evaluated, my right eye worsened by 1.00 diopters.
