Anybody have a high downpayment anything over a 100?

Yes they wont take anything less than like 2000 down because they do in house financing. Just the way they work I recently went to carmax and got a down of 500 on a car in 200 times better condition with same pricing.

I wanted to leave a fair and honest review of my experience because there were definitely things I…read morereally appreciated, but unfortunately there were also several things that left me disappointed after receiving the vehicle. First, I do want to acknowledge my sales representative. He was very nice, kind, generous, honest, and provided me with great customer service throughout the purchasing process. I genuinely appreciated how I was treated by him, and I don't want the concerns I have with the vehicle or my overall experience to take away from the positive experience I had with him personally. One thing I was a little disappointed about was not receiving physical printed copies of all of my purchase documents. I was told that everything was provided to me electronically, which I understand, but I personally would have preferred to have physical copies as well. With a previous vehicle purchase, I was given a complete printed packet of everything I signed, so I assumed I would receive something similar this time. It's not necessarily a major issue, but it was something I would have appreciated having when leaving the dealership. I was also told that the vehicle was going to be detailed before it was delivered to me. Once I received it and was able to look at it more closely, it honestly did not seem like it had been properly detailed. There was residue left on the windows from whatever product had been used to wipe them down, the interior was noticeably dusty, and there were food crumbs left on the seats. Considering I was specifically told it would be detailed, I expected it to be delivered much cleaner than it was. Another thing that disappointed me is that the vehicle remained with the dealership after I purchased it because it needed to be taken to an Acura dealership for a recall. I completely understand that it was being taken there specifically for the recall and that the recall service itself had nothing to do with the other issues I've noticed. However, the dealership had possession of the vehicle the day I purchased it and into the following day before it was delivered to me. Because they had the vehicle during that time, I feel there was enough opportunity to give it a final inspection and make sure it was clean and in good condition before delivering it to me. After finally receiving the vehicle and having it for only a couple of days, I started noticing additional issues. The wireless charging pad powers on but does not actually charge a phone, even after testing it with more than one compatible iPhone. The steering wheel is significantly faded/worn, tire valve-stem caps were missing, the two front tires appear significantly worn, and I also noticed concerning wear on the rear brakes/rotors. I completely understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that it was sold as-is. I never expected a used vehicle to be perfect or in brand-new condition. At the same time, when purchasing and financing a vehicle through a dealership, I still expected the vehicle to be reasonably inspected and for noticeable issues--especially potential safety-related concerns involving the tires and brakes--to either be addressed or communicated to me. I also expected it to be properly cleaned and detailed since I was specifically told that would be done. At this point, I honestly don't have the desire to go back and forth with the dealership over every individual issue. I would rather share my experience so future buyers know to thoroughly inspect the vehicle themselves, test all of its features, and look closely at the tires and brakes before completing their purchase and driving off the lot. With all of that being said, I do want to make it clear that this is simply my personal experience. I do think the dealership has a nice selection of vehicles, and despite the issues I experienced, I would still recommend giving them a chance. My experience with my sales representative was genuinely positive, and I appreciated the customer service I received from him. I just strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle take the time to inspect everything thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle itself and hope to enjoy it for a long time. I just wish some of these things had been caught, addressed, or communicated to me before the vehicle was delivered.

I knew…read moreexactly which car I wanted, but there were a couple of other good options too, including a Model S. They (Mario and some other guy) acted like they didn't even want to give a test drive of ANY car. Because I'd just been in an accident, I needed to make sure the suspension actually felt like a luxury car. LOOK--I've been buying cars for a looooooooong time, especially sports and LUXURY cars. This was hands-down the ABSOLUTE WORST car-buying experience I've ever had. I was looking at three cars I was ready to buy TODAY, and what these idiots didn't realize is I needed to leave with a car today. While I was waitin to testdrive the Model S, they kept asking me, "How are you going to pay for it?"--as if I'm broke--before even letting me drive the cars, AND as if I OWE them an answer... DUDE, we're not even near that part of the process yet! THIS is the WEIRDEST SHI* I've ever experienced in my entire f*ing life. At Lexus they wine and dine you, free cappuccinos, snacks pastries popcorn.. give as much time is necessary getting you comfortable in the dealership. This is why Ive spend $70,000, $45,000 on a car there. These idiots didn't get the memo!! So OF COURSE I left when they made it feel uncomfortable. I go to another car dealership which didn't have anything I was interested in. but I met this young Asian guy from Korea who was also car shopping. he was looking for a convertible Mustang or convertible bmw. elegant cars had a convertible BMW in his price range! they LITERALLY had a DOUBLE SALE OPPORTUNITY!! I came back specifically to test drive the Tesla Model S, butNOW i brought this new friend who was ready to buy rt away... and again they're asking how I'm going to buy it without first making sure I even like the car. then even though the BMW convertible is listed online for sale they told the Korean boy that the BMW wasn't working at all..! I was like wtf!? I asked about the car earlier they never told me that! #HELLASHADY That's not how you sell ANY f*ing thing. Danny brought out a paper with the Model S's price, title and taxes total of almost 30k and I'm wondering why! like I already know what the price is, the price is no problem for me, and I STILL hadn't test drove the car yet!!! so it was just the strangest interaction that just was hella awkward which challenges explanation. Their hella f*ed attitude lost an EASY $30K LAY-DOWN. All they had to do was let me test-drive the two cars I was interested in. I would have paid and left! But in this scenario I simply just left LOL #DUMB #EXTRADUMB I honestly started questioning whether they sell cars AT ALL.

I called Elegant Auto Sales and scheduled a next day appointment with Mario for the car I was interested in. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by Mario and another employee there. After visually inspecting the car, I went on a test drive with Mario. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't rushed during the test drive, unlike other dealerships I've been to in the past. It gave me the confidence that they weren't trying to hide any issues with the car. Satisfied with the test drive, I decided to purchase the car that same day. When I mentioned I would be paying in cash, Mario offered to drive me to the bank so I can purchase a cashier's check. I've visited numerous dealerships before with the intention of paying in cash, but none of them have ever extended such an offer. Since I had taken an Uber to the dealership, I took Mario up on his offer. I've owned the car for six months now and it's running great with zero problems. I've noticed that most of the negative reviews are from people who chose to finance their car and are angry with the high interest rates. If you're paying cash, like I did, you won't have to worry about that. My only complaint is that it took two months to get my car registration in the mail. I don't know whether this was the dealership's fault or the DMV's fault, but it made things really inconvenient for me since I was unable to insure the car without the registration. TL;DR: If you're paying cash, this is a good place to buy a car. I'll definitely be recommending this car dealership to people I know.

I found for cars on the website i was interested in. I called the morning of the day i was going to go visit the store and asked if the cars were still available. When I got to Carrolandia i was approached by some woman who apparently worked there and started speaking to me in Spanish to me. After i made it clear i didn't speak Spanish she shewed me away and pointed towards the office. I went it to meet a sales man who had just stepped away from his lunch with a mouth full of food. I told him what i was interested in and told me that ALL of the cars i was interested in were not available. He actually told me the man on the phone lied to me about what he had in stock. OK.... I took a look at the inventory. He sales man was pushy and unprofessional. I found one car i was interested in and i asked the sales man what the payments would be like out of curiosity. It look 45 Min's for someone to finally meet with me. At one point another sales man clearly bored actually took out a guitar and started singing loudly in Spanish. When i finally entered his office. The finance agent apologized to me for the overwhelming smell in the office because he had just been smoking marijuana. That was the last straw. I left and never returned. Just simply how unprofessional these people were i would never give them my business. Or recommend that anyone else. They need to be taught how to treat there customers properly and how to be professional businessmen. Not to mention they need someone greeting customers who speaks English. They could have the most amazing cars in America but one would never know because of the service.

From my very first internet inquiry, Adrian was responsive, professional, and never came across as the typical pushy salesperson. He took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and worked with me to negotiate a price on my new Grand Highlander Nightshade that I felt was fair and fit my budget. One thing that really stood out was Adrian's communication. He stayed in constant contact, always responded quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I live in San Diego and wasn't able to pick up the vehicle for two days because of work. Adrian worked with me to lock in the deal and made sure the dealership held the vehicle until Saturday so I wouldn't miss out. That level of customer service meant a lot. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Adrian happened to be off that day, but he had already arranged for Stefan to take care of me. Stefan was outstanding as well. He welcomed me, made the process easy, and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. It was clear that Adrian had communicated everything to him, and the transition was seamless. I couldn't be happier with my experience or my new Grand Highlander Nightshade. Thank you, Adrian, for making this purchase possible and for providing such exceptional customer service. Thank you, Stefan, for taking over and ensuring everything went smoothly. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, communication, and customer service, I highly recommend working with Adrian Flores and Stefan. I recently bought a vehicle from Manhattan Beach Toyota and I am a happy customer…read more I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Kenia. Thank you so much for being very responsive to my questions and transparent with pricing! I am very happy with the service you provided and I would be happy to recommend you to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car in the future. Kenia is one of the Internet Managers at the Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership and I was mainly communicating with her through text messages. I found her through an affiliate website. Right away she was very responsive in answering me. No BS, no games. She told me the car I wanted was out of stock but she would let me know when it was available. It took a few weeks but she helped me find the car that I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me one that was currently available on their lot. When I came in for a test drive she did not rush me. I felt no pressure at all as I was walking around the car. After all the paperwork was signed, instead of just giving me the keys to drive off, Kenia took the time to show me all the features of the car. For months I had reached out to many dealerships within a 100 mile radius asking for out the door pricing. Some dealerships wanted me to make a deposit upfront, others tried to push options I did not want and refused to remove them when i asked. Most dealerships would stop communication if they did not have what I was asking for. It was like pulling teeth trying to get transparent numbers with other dealers. Kenia really stood out because there was no hesitation with providing the final out the door pricing, and it still beat out most of the competition. Everything she presented was clearly laid out when I asked her to break it down. If you are buying a new car, make sure to do your research! Know what you want, get comparables from other dealerships, and do not rush. Be patient! If you do find the Toyota you are looking for at a different dealership, I would still recommend giving Manhattan Beach Toyota a call and give them a chance to earn your business. You might just be pleasantly surprised with the experience.
