I made contact with Paulina last Friday morning for her to program keys and remotes for 2 vehicles. She quoted $125 for a 2006 Ford Ranger and $175 for a 2012 Honda Civic which is reasonable, in which I scheduled to meet with her later in the afternoon to complete the work. She showed up and completed the programing for the keys to the Civic. I did not bring the truck, so we scheduled for a later appointment. I to called and texted he following Monday morning. I bought a Keyless Entry Remote online and tried to program the new Remote with the original key. After my first attempt, both the new remote and original key remote do not work. It also triggers the car alarm, whenever I open the car door, it will make the siren sounds. I panicked and called the Honda dealership to ask whether they can reprogram my original key remote. 5 stars for Paulina and her excellent service. Someone broke into my dad's car recently and tried to start it by jamming a key into the ignition. They twisted their key in there until it broke and got stuck inside (the word 'stupid' is all I see when I think about these dumb a$$es). So, of course, our key no longer fit when we tried to start the car the next day. Luckily for us, we found Paulina through word-of-mouth from another locksmith. I called her at about 9 in the morning and she was able to come to the location of our car on the same day. She called me when she was on the way and arrived promptly and went to work on the car right away. She spent about an hour taking apart the ignition and excitedly called me over to show me the broken key that was jammed inside. My ignition was so old and worn that it wouldn't turn over. I was in a real bind as I had a huge presentation up in Sac the next day and it was already past 2:00 pm. She initially said that they probably wouldn't be able to get to it as they already had numerous calls but when I told her my dilemma, she said that it wouldn't be until after 7:00 pm. She showed up and took the ignition housing out of the steering column and proceeded to change all of the old components with new ones. She even asked me of I had AAA as they would reimburse part of the service fee. She explained everything and was quick and professional.
