There is an abundance of amenities available at TLC which includes 2 indoor pools, 3 cardio theaters, indoor track, saunas, and rock wall. There are 3 locker rooms, which includes a family locker room. Additional services available include personal training, childcare, massage, and cryotherapy. Currently, not all amenities and services are available and will be phased in due to potential health and safety concerns. There are a variety of membership options available that require a one-year commitment. I have selected the three-month Jump Start Fitness Membership for $199. Addition three-month periods can be purchased for $165. This membership works well for me because I do not exactly know how long I will be staying in the area. Now there are only 2 cycle classes a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are paying for these classes and now they are cancelled. Also the gym has taken away the blue towels for cleaning the gym equipment are gone and and the disinfectant spray bottles are down to about two. So the place is very unsanitary. They also took away the Silver Snickers away. And the mens locker room is disgusting.

My experience the last 3 months was pleasant up until my last dose yesterday. I left yesterdays visit upset and completely discouraged, insulted and taken advantage of as a patient who is now dependent on this medication if I want to continue to lose weight. The last 3 months and $1200 investment feel like a waste . I would not recommend this place to anyone . Poor bedside manner and horrible way of doing business . 1. The woman at the front desk (red head) was unwelcoming and unpleasant. She rushed me into a room only to make me wait past my appointment time. 2. Uncertain of what her qualifications are stated the nurse was busy with another patient, and further stated she would just do it for me . Keeping in mind this was the same woman at the front desk when I walked in. 3. She was sure to let me know that the injection that I was receiving would be my last one, and if I wanted to continue the price now be $599 a month. She went on a rant about supply and demand , not taking new patients, discouraging patients who weren't benefiting from continuing due to short supply followed by... take some time to think about it . If she was implying that I was within this group of people with unfavorable outcome , the choice should be mine as a customer to continue if I wish. The $ isn't a problem for me , however her approach was unprofessional, and to make me aware of the significant price increase on the last Injection is just very poor business , and corners patients into paying significantly more money for an injection they are now dependent on to continue the progression of the treatment/ favorable outcome. This semaglutide experience with EBI feels like a scam . I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had loved it before for the rustic charm and now I love it even more. The staff is exceedingly friendly and courteous, especially the front manager j. (Nice family guy cute kids) they have wonderful rooms, and especially the group rooms.AKA the cottages , I would strongly recommend them for groups of three or more , since they have kitchens and large living room areas. I have such amazing memories of this place, and it's so amazingly maintained and beautifully kept.I hope we can continue to give our money to this place as the grounds are beautiful. Truly a well kept secret.But i'm hoping to bring more business here , so people can enjoy it as much as I do. Especially with the new brunch business settling in next door the food is great.
