Outstanding service. The Rest Assured exterminator gave me a plan of action no other exterminator did. He directed me to order a plain, bare-bones metal bed from Amazon with plain metal legs to the floor. Wood and fabric weren't ok. I did have to assemble it. The legs could have bedbug protector cups, interceptor cups, placed under the legs to prevent the bedbugs from climbing up the legs to me. He brought a memory foam mattress and said bedbugs hate memory foam. He directed me to put bedclothing and clothing in the dryer at high heat for one hour to kill the bedbugs. He directed me to buy 54 quart airtight containers in which to store heated clothing so the bedbugs couldn't get into the clothing. With the bedbugs in the bed clothing dead, and since they couldn't climb up from the floor to me, it is such a relief not to wake up the next morning with itchy bites. There are still bedbugs in my apartment, it will take a good while for them to be gone, but it is such a relief not to have them in my bed. read more

I highly recommend this company if you have bedbugs. Take my word for it. The only real way to get rid of bedbugs is fumigation. I wasted probably $1000 on a regular Exterminator that tried spraying for bedbugs but it didn't work. The problem was persistent, and I learned that the only thing to do is fumigate. While it's not cheap, it really is the only way to get rid of them so, you should not get a regular Exterminator. Take advice from this experienced, public Health Nurse; get this company ( they specialize ONLY in bedbugs) and will arrange for fumigation. They did a great job and they also take extra steps to prevent reinfestation. Whatever you do, don't post an inquiry on Yelp or Angie's list asking for bedbug treatment! Every guy with a sprayer will call you up and assure you that they can treat the bedbugs, but believe me; won't get them all and you will have the problem for months like I did. Skip all those steps that waste time and money and just call this company. I live in the High Desert area (Hesperia) which they supposedly don't even go to but they did agree to come up here and I was so grateful! It's been a couple months and there's no sign of those little bastard bedbugs! We didn't have to clean up the house and we didn't have to get rid of any furniture or mattresses. A couple of months back, I called Rest Assured when we thought we may have had a bed bug infestation and spoke with Robert. He allowed me to text him close up photos of the bugs so he could try to assess over the phone what kind of a bug we were dealing with. Upon review, he suggested that they might be bird mites instead -- and low and behold, he was right! We had a dove nest on our master bedroom balcony which in fact had mites! It took me forever and two days to gather enough options in the Orange area to treat my bed bug problem. My landlord was adamant about having me as her tenant pay for the bed bug treatment, and since there's no viable way to prove that I didnt bring them in--alas I came up with these folks. What stood out was their 1 year warranty as long as you follow their rules. This was the ONLY place that offered a warranty, so I was grateful. Robert and his sidekick came and examined and made sure I had bed bugs. Completely horrific knowing how disgusting the critters are but it had to be done. They were both very professional and thorough with their job. For my 1br 1ba and new bed covers and island cups I paid around $700. They said my infestation was about "average" from what they normally see. I bought the air-tight containers and religiously washed my bedding and kept my bed as its own island. It's been around 9 months and I think I'm finally bed bug free. Omg, can it be true!? I may have had one or two bed bug nightmares since then--but I quickly return to reality. I hope. Pros: - They use eco-friendly sprays which means if you have a dog that's visiting you probably wont have a problem. They sprayed my bed which kept it moist for a while but knowing it wasnt harmful for me--bring it on! - The team was quick and thorough. 1.5 hours and they were done with my 1br/1ba. - They dont use heat as a treating method--and they are adamant that people dont need heat treatment. It just makes them spread to neighboring homes and they come back later. - The warranty is a little piece of mind. - ONE treatment. Other places come back a few times but they only needed to come once and inform me on how the "extinction method" works. So far so good after 9months. Cons: - The cost could get expensive but they seemed reasonable. - Getting them on the phone took longer than expected. I think I had to try back a few times. Warranty: - I havent needed to have them come back. Their 1 year warranty is if you dont add any new furniture to your house. So if you're planning on getting that new couch, you need to wait a year or have them come back and treat the new one for something like $150. I had less than average amount of furniture and my couch was really small so it kept the cost down. Tips: - Buy air-tight containers for your clothes and bedding. They sell these at Target, Walmart, The large ones are around ~15 bucks. I bought 4 from Jet dot com. They are very helpful in keeping the critters out of clothing you would wear. Keep one on your bed to keep safe all your bedding and bed clothing. - The island cups are very important and making your bed its own island (detached from walls and any wires). They trap bed bugs if they try and climb up to your bed. I honestly only saw one straggler since the treatment and he definitely died in the pits of bloody hell. In the end I'm grateful. They got the job done and I havent been bit or seen any new bed bugs for 9 months now. I will probably continue to practice safe-living for the rest of my life because bed bugs are NO fun. If anything they are the cause of my PTSD. I hope to never have to use Sleep Well ever again--so for that, Thank you! read more

But I still wasn't sure what was happening. So for piece of mind they offered to come do an inspection. I actually feel pretty bad that it has taken me so long to write this review, but here it goes. TL;DR - They're awesome, call them already!! I never knew how scary bedbugs were until I had them in my bed. I had been itching for a while not knowing what the problem was, until I woke up in the middle of the night and found a swarm of them all over my body. It was TERRIFYING! I scrambled out of bed, got them all off me, ran to the living room and after coming down from hyperventilating I looked up bed bug specialists. He knows bed bugs inside and out: how they think, how they move, what they like and don't like, what their tactics are for getting around your house. After explaining all that he set to work cleaning out my mattress and box spring and the whole bedroom. He checked all other rooms too to make sure they didn't spread. My housekeeper told me that she had found bed bugs in my couch, having no clue what to do I started to google and yelp. (Advice keep a sample). What can I say... yelp reviews don't lie... Robert and his son KNOW what they are doing. I am beyond grateful yelp led me to this wonderful family-owned business. If you're reading this, it's because you have bed bugs - so here's my story on what happened to us, and hopefully it will ease your mind. Back in August my boyfriend was waking up with a weird rash on his hands and arms. Nothing on me. But there were SO MANY that we thought it was a rash. A doctor visit later confirmed bug bites. We live near a water channel, so we chopped it up to mosquitoes and summer weather. Well, two days later, I wake up with the same thing all up and down my arms. Doctor prescribes us steroid cream and that is all. I knew it was something else, so I took to the web and found out it was bed bugs. I got a recommendation for an exterminator who was an "expert" in BBs. He comes to our house and finds a nest of them in one of our box springs. Also was one in our wedge pillow I used to bridge the gap between the wall and our mattress. It was a bed bug utopia, and we were on the menu. So he sprays our room down and gives us a 30 day guarantee. Fine. Three weeks later I get bites again. He comes and sprays AGAIN. Now it's been 6 weeks, life was back to normal. NOT. I woke up and found a blood stain on my pillow. A couple hours later, a full grown adult FULL of blood just chilling on my comforter, looking at me like, "You thought your were safe, didn't you?" PANIC AND FREAK OUT MODE ENSUES. I take to the web yet again, because let's face it - our guy's method was NOT WORKING. I luckily found Robert, and too bad I didn't find him to begin with. He's honest, direct, and down to business. He knows what he's talking about AND he's not here to rip you off. He came and inspected our entire house to rule out the chance that these spawns of Satan didn't spread throughout our entire two story home. FORTUNATELY, they did not. Happy dance! Last week I woke up with several bites on my lower legs... at least I thought they were bites. As the days progressed they began showing up in different areas. A friend of mine had used Robert a few years back after having horrible episodes with bed begs and finding peace in Robert's knowledge and follow-up work. She referred him to me right away.
