Rosemary Lemon drop Martini and a Tequila Old Fashioned

Such an amazing place! went there for my parent's celebration. We had the elk and filet and it was so good, and my family loved their drinks. The service was excellent, an easy 5 stars. [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance was very cool, we all loved the rooftop seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I cant wait to go back again, and taste the delicious food and drinks. A little expensive, but expected for the type of place. Definitely recommend going for any type of celebration.

We have been long time patrons of Restaurant Paradis and we never leave disappointed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is beautiful[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the service is top tier, and the food is always incredible. The key lime pie is some of the best I've ever had!

This place is delicious! The service was great and food was delicious. It's definitely pricey, but you get what you pay for! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would recommend for a nice date night instead because it's dark and small, it wasn't the best place to bring a big group.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Writing this after the 3rd trip here over the past couple of years...in short, I LOVE IT HERE! Side note, they were kind enough to work us in for celebrating our anniversary somehow after calling and asking (didn't see any openings), props to them for helping us celebrate our special day! 4.75/5 overall for me here: +1 - Food and Drink - hard to pick a favorite, any fish dish is awesome +1 - Venue and Vibe - interesting layout, the outside and into the bar feels more modern, while going further inside feels more upscale +1 - Staff and Service - we've yet to have a bad time with anything here, good balance of timeliness and delivering orders to expectations +1 - Cleanliness - has always looked ship shape, no complaints here! +0.75 - Location and Parking - love the location, it's tough to find parking close by that doesn't require a bit of a walk, still worth it though! See you next time, I think we have a tradition on our hands!

We ordered two virgin drinks at the bar-- a Piña Colada and a Mango Daiquiri. Both were very refreshing on a hot summer day! The restaurant seemed decently busy, and the bartenders were nice. At one point, one of the bartenders checked the tip jar, which I thought was a little odd and probably something that shouldn't be done in front of guests. Other than that, everything was great! I'd definitely recommend this place!

Everyone in our 7-person party enjoyed their apps and entrees. I tried the following: -Peel and eat jumbo shrimp- these royal red shrimp are apparently caught locally (in the gulf) and they are AMAZING. Succulent, flavorful, tender, a little sweet. The only comparable shrimp I remember having were at Penny here in New York and they were smaller and way more expensive. -Spicy tuna dip- also a highlight! The tuna is smoked and the dip has a medium fresh-green-pepper spiciness. -Ceviche Good! This was a special. The base ingredient was shrimp and aside from the citrus, there was some hot sauce drizzled on the top. Also served with tasty avocado. -Bushwacker (frozen; white rum, coffee, Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, float): I wanted to have one of these on the trip! I thought it was tasty and refreshing, tasted mostly chocolatey, and was served in a metal cup, which kept it nice and cold. It was obviously sweet, but not overly sweet.

Plenty of street parking. No issues with a spot and we stepped in and were greeted by Paul and Lark upon entry. Major plus is the fact that you can get fresh oysters shucked and shrimp, fish, burgers, they have something for everyone! If you don't care to eat in, getting it to go is also fine I'm sure. Ordered a dozen oysters, steamed Old Bay shrimp and potatoes, and a shrimp and fish plate that came with Cole slaw, hush puppies, and fries. Plenty to share. They have multiple sauces and seasonings, especially of note is the Crystal hot sauce from Louisiana which is one of the best IMO for oysters. Service was very good, friendly, professional, and helpful with support. Couldn't have been happier with the lunch today, we already will plan one last visit before heading home Saturday. I cannot say this enough, good food, great service, fast in and out, accommodating when asked for something. It's 100% perfect for this area. The person cooking in the kitchen also nailed the food cooked back there also. They have a steam box in the front as well as a huge area where the seafood is displayed. Support small businesses!

We started with the soup of the day (seafood chowder), which was good. Then we ordered the steak frites and a burger, and the food took a long time to come out, the server came by to say she'd check on it, but it still took much longer than expected. When the steak finally arrived, I had ordered it medium but it came out medium well to well done, pretty overcooked, and the fries that came with it were also a bit burnt. The server was attentive and offered us a discount for the delay, and when I mentioned the steak, she got the manager involved. He came over, apologized, said he'd let the chef know, and ended up comping that dish entirely, it was clear they cared about making it right. My husband's burger was good. We had wanted to try the carrot cake for dessert, but after everything, we just lost the appetite for it. The service was friendly and they tried to make up for the mistake, but between the long wait and the overcooked steak, it wasn't the first impression we were hoping for. Hopefully just an off day.
