Loved the fried blue crab fingers they were beefy. And the critters were awesome! It is hard to find in the middle of off 30A. Excellent service!

Came here for dinner with my family on vacation. Despite having a party of 7 plus a baby, we were able to get a table outside with only a 10 minute wait on weeknight. We sat outside which has a nice beachy/dive bar vibe with a view of a pond. I had the seafood taco trio platter. This came with a fish taco, lobster taco, and a blackened shrimp taco. All were delicious and huge. Also came with a side of fries. My husband had the crab cake po boy which he also loved it. I tried it and thought it was great. My kids had the mini burgers off the kids menu which they seemed to enjoy. Service was great. I would definitely come again.

The food was great. The only thing is the menu choice I wanted was not available so I had to order something different, which was the crabcake plate. Service was somewhat slow as it was very busy in the restaurant seemed to that they didn't have enough staff for the amount of customers they had. We sat outside, which was nice. I would definitely go back again. The corn fritters were some of the best corn. Fritters I've ever had. I would highly recommend ordering some of those.

Delicious food and great service - Got the Southern Traditional oysters and the smoke tuna dip. Came out crazy fast, but it wasn't very busy ( 2pm on a Wednesday in late November). Bloody Mary was good and had a lot of garnish. Beers were cold and the vibe was nice. Sat outside on the patio by the water. First time having an Oyster Shooter and they were interesting to say the least. Lots of options on the menu for both food and drinks. Will definitely be back when in town again!

We went on a Tuesday night and waited about 20 minutes for a table. We were seated outside and, for a 93 degree day, it was quite pleasant with the fans. The food was good. Our table of four all enjoyed our meals. The food came out very quickly and our server was great. We will be repeat customers.

    Special - Blackened Trigger Fish

I love dives and this one has the beach vibe! This time I came to eat! No reservations, it's first come first served. So, after putting our name in we head to the bar. I ordered a Margarita with Ocho Reposado! They make the best margarita in town, it's the Tommy's Margarita! If you know anything about Tequila you know what a Tommy's Margarita is! Table was ready after 2 margaritas.... On to appetizers, Blue Crab Claws, sooo good! And Coconut Shrimp and the Mango Salsa is Awesome! Used some of that later! Then some Coconut Corn Fritters, yummy! On to the soup, Crab & Lobster Bisque, It was good lots of crab and lobster, I would have liked it better if it had a little bit more flavor. On to entrees, I got the special, I believe it was Blackened Trigger fish with 3 shrimp (used the mango salsa on the shrimp) on top of cheese grits, with some crawfish etouffee! Full of flavor that got the taste buds dancing!!! My son got the Bayou Sampler, he said it was amazing! And my wife got the Fish Sandwich she liked. Service was amazing! Grayson Beach has another Great Restaurant!!! Cheers!!!

This was mediocre. Our service was okay, not awful, but not great. The environment inside is very dive bar feel. The food was disappointing. Crab cakes were good, filled with crab meat, and fresh caught fish of the day was good. But everything else we wouldn't order again. The crab claws did not taste fresh and we were very disappointed. Despite are less than stellar experience it was spaced and there was a wait the entire time we were there. Definitely lower end food, so maybe just not my thing.

Neat little place. Tucked into a little shopping village it' has really good food! The oysters were good and briney. The seafood platter, crab cakes were all on point. The draft beer is reasonable and ice cold.

While waiting, we sat at the bar. I ordered a Paloma. It was tasty and the presentation was nice. However, we saw a cockroach in the straw container on the bar. We told the bar tender and she threw half the straws away. We told her she needed to toss all of them and she did. I couldn't finish my drink after that. The wait was very long. On the phone they told us it would be 20-30 minutes. It was 2 hours. They told us the reason was because another table was overstaying, which didn't make a lot of sense. Our waitress was rude. She was annoyed we wanted separate checks and was very curt. All of us were put off by her attitude. For appetizers, we got the edamame hummus, edamame, Brussels sprouts, and shrimp lettuce wraps. The edamame hummus was weird. It didn't have a ton of flavor and the wasabi peas and ginger on top were just strange. The Brussels sprouts and shrimp wraps were good. The shrimp wrap was probably our favorite app. For my entree, I got Sandor's ravioli. It was good, but not hot. The ravioli was handmade and very cheesy. The fish was perfectly blackened. Unfortunately our bride's steak was undercooked and she didn't want to send it back after the long wait and waitress attitude. I got the key lime pie to go and it took forever to get it. We had to ask another server to get it. It was amazing, but not worth the hold up after an already negative experience. We let the manager know about our experience and while they were very apologetic and offered us a discount, our experience was what it was and we had already paid. I appreciate their acknowledgment and offer to make it right.

When we received the bill, it seemed higher than expected. Upon asking for clarification, we were told there was an 8% "packaging fee," which exceeded the local tax. This charge was not itemized as a packaging fee on the receipt--only listed as "8%"--and there was no explanation provided. Since it had been a long day and our order was already prepared, we chose to proceed with the purchase. What concerned us most was that this fee was neither disclosed on the website nor mentioned when we placed our order. We only became aware of it after questioning the total. Greater transparency would have been appreciated. If such charges were clearly communicated in advance, customers could make informed decisions. While we understand that restaurants operate with tight margins, unexpected fees leave a negative impression and ultimately influenced our decision not to return. We have enjoyed the food in the past, but at this price point, we would likely explore other options that we feel offer better overall value.
