While in the middle of a home re-piping project, a significant leak was found under the house. There was a hot water leak that had been spewing water at the rate of a few hundred dollars a month. The leak caused mold and uncomfortable levels of humidity. This had to be remediated before the re-piping could proceed. I asked many companies to bid on the job. Ronny sent a supervisor named Edgar to survey the site and estimate the job. The estimate was reasonable and proved that they had a solid understanding of the work to be performed. I found Rony and his team with Yelp for a mold restoration issue I had in my condo in West L.A. He was very responsive from the beginning and actually walked me through not only the remediation process but the entirety of my project after I gave him context. He knew was he was talking about and built trust by being authentic, open and knowledgeable. During the entirety of my project Rony was always very responsive, from the initial call to visit and provide me a quote, until the end after the invoice and payment. Rony is truly someone reliable and you can trust he will be excellent. For example, after his team had remediated the area where we had the mold and water damage and were ready to finish the job, we noticed a leak that hadn't been detected before. Rony was amazing by letting us keep his drying equipment longer until the leak was fixed. Moreover, he went above and beyond. By the time his team determined that there were no more signs of a leak, we didn't have the full report from the plumbing company (as the leak didn't come from our unit), yet Rony said that I wouldn't need to worry and that if for some reason it wasn't fully fixed, that "he got me". In the end the leak had been fixed but Rony truly took ownership, understood our situation and made sure everything was good. Secured my kitchen with plastic and gave me a discounted price on the testing and provided the 2nd test with money out of their pockets. Ronny's guys made sure the kitchen was fully clean of mold. Obviously knew what they were doing. They sent me a complete estimate itemized with photos. I would definitely have gone with them except that we had a removable shower that they said we would have to get someone else to disassemble and move and then they would do the restoration. I really didn't want to deal with another person to pay them separately to come out and disassemble the shower and move it out of the bathroom so I went with another company that said they would do it all themselves.
